"Located in the Lower Highlands, Just BE Kitchen was one of Denver’s first 100 percent gluten-free eateries. All of their menu options are free of gluten, grains, and refined sugar. The menu takes cues from the Paleo diet — filled with a lot of grass-fed meats and proteins and seasonal produce. The philosophy extends to the drinks menu as well, which includes alcoholic kombucha, skinny margaritas, and even gluten-free beer." - Nisa Sedaghat

Google
Our regular go-to for lunch or dinner when in Denver. Creative, delicious, and allergen friendly food in a restaurant that has such a cute vibe. Easy ordering on a touchscreen or through the staff at the counter. I love that they use nutritious, whole ingredients and willingly modify any of their dishes to suit individual needs. Love their burger, buffalo cauliflower bites, buffalo chicken salad, all of their soups are amazing, and their menu changes seasonally. So great to be able to dine in a dedicated gluten free establishment that serves such delicious meals!

I ordered delivery from here last night and got a salad, brownie and chicken and dumplings. The first two items were great, but the dumplings were very off. They were incredibly hard and almost tasted like they were raw. I’ve ordered this dish multiple times from here, so I’m confused. The dumplings never tasted like this.

Just Be Kitchen is a game-changer for anyone with dietary restrictions! For the first time, I felt truly safe and welcomed at a restaurant. With my numerous allergies and sensitivities, dining out can be a challenge, but Just Be Kitchen has been an exception. The menu is entirely allergen-free and thoughtfully designed, allowing me to choose anything without worry. Everything I've tried has been delicious, reflecting the care and love put into every dish. The restaurant's atmosphere and decor are also wonderfully done, creating a warm and inviting space where I don’t feel like a burden. They offer an allergen menu that clearly lists the location of ingredients like garlic and onion, which is incredibly helpful. Their commitment to being gluten, dairy (99%), corn, and soy-free is impressive. The staff are always friendly and have remembered me on every visit, which adds a personal touch to each experience. I’ve visited all their locations and have had lovely experiences every time. I’m grateful for a place that truly makes those of us with dietary restrictions feel valued and cared for. Thank you, Just Be Kitchen, for creating such an inclusive dining experience.

Google
The consistency of the food is hit or miss. I once received the be fulfilled burrito with the sweet potato almost completely undercooked. My mistake to order again, as today, I received my order with sweet potatoes that were hard and also somehow spongy…they definitely seemed old and were burned. I had to pick them out of the burrito completely. The only consistent thing about ordering here anymore is that it’s a 50/50 chance the food you receive is any good. I have been a consistent customer up to this point due to their GF, DF, paleo options that are difficult to come by elsewhere but the quality of the food continues to go down. Probably will not bring my business or recommend here, again. UPDATE: Ordered here again, 12/24/24... at this point this is my fault. I ordered a different item, the loyal quesadilla. When I originally received the order, I thought it was incorrect because the chicken resembled scrambled eggs in color and consistency. I reached out to the restaurant and was educated on my error, where I was assured that the substance was in fact chicken. I attempted to eat but ended up only being able to pick it over. Tortilla was soggy, chicken definitely seemed to be of the canned variety...sadly this will be the last time I order here. I wanted it to work so bad, I used to love their food. I tried!

This place has been a lifesaver. I tend to order more when I am moving, sick, or in this case, just had surgery. It’s so good I always worry if it’s no longer gluten free/celiac safe. Thank you so much for providing celiac safe foods that are delicious and healthy. I love that there are healthy and indulgent options. It’s a great balance. The bone broth with ginger, garlic, and sea salt makes me feel so good. It tastes like it’s made with love. Buffalo wrap is probably my go-to choice. A brownie or cookie as a treat. Everything I have had I have enjoyed. Definitely celiac safe and also great options when you are sick (bone broth, chicken no dumplings, etc.). You can order through DoorDash for example.

Google
I love finding totally dedicated gluten-free, dairy free, soy free restaurants. It makes it easier to order because everything is an option. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had a gluten-free biscuit with homemade jam. Next, i had sweet potato hashbrowns, which are shredded just like potatoes were yummy. I even tried the homemade ketchup that wasn't bad, either. They also use no sugar it all natural ingredients homemade. I also couldn't resist the pancakes that were not your type shape but were so delicious and filling. I almost needed a wheel barrel to get out of there. Everything was so good. The hot chocolate was homemade, of course, with dark chocolate but on the bitter side. Sallia was cool enough to take a picture of this restaurant. She helped navigate the menu and maximize cost. They also have cool saying in the walls. Don't take my word for it. Go try it for yourself. Tell them I sent you. What I return? Absolutely Would I recommend it? Absolutely

Everything I ever wanted in a cafe for my paleo eating habits. The lady at the counter brought out an ingredients list to answer all my questions and the food was delicious. Adorable atmosphere too!

I ordered a bowl of green chili and an order of cauliflower wings. Let's start with the positive: I ordered through doordash, and even their menu on door dash was labeled clearly which is a problem ordering elsewhere. I have celiac and am keto so this was GREATLY appreciated! The downside unfortunately is that unfortunately there wasn't much flavor in either food other than salt. I had high hopes because this is a healthy eating establishment, but especially in the green chili, all I could taste was lime and salt so that was pretty disappointing.

Yelp
Traveling with dietary restrictions can be tough, which is why I was so happy to discover Just BE Kitchen on a recent trip to Denver! This is a cute breakfast and lunch spot with a variety of choices. I especially appreciated the clear designations for each meal. The menu stated if a meal was whole 30 compliant, vegan, nut free, etc. Overall, the food was fantastic, the servers were kind and the ambiance was inviting. The only downside in my book was that we had to pay for parking and the lot is relatively small. If you are looking for a healthier option or have dietary restrictions, I'd absolutely add Just BE Kitchen to your list of restaurants to visit in Denver!

Kailee N.

Yelp
As a gluten intolerant vegetarian I was excited to try Just BE, and dearly appreciate their dedication to providing a full gluten free restaurant. Their dish naming convention can be a little difficult so I recommend just using their kiosk/ iPad to order on the right! They have a large selection of coffee drinks to complement the meal and they come in huge mugs! I do wish they had more vegan/ vegetarian protein options or substitutes. Allergy friendly spaces such as these normally attract a lot of vegans and vegetarians who also have allergies- such as myself. I had the breakfast burrito and the tortilla was delicious and huge. However, the filling and the green chili left a little to be desired. I deeply wanted to love this experience but the sweet potato hash inside was undercooked- I would've loved to see a crisp on the hash browns instead of being crunchy still. I also found the green chili to be more like a hot salsa verde that was very acidic. I wish the execution in this dish was a little more thoughtful for the cost, but I do believe they have the potential to really excel. Overall this is a nice intro into GF food, and I will be back to purchase desserts. I would not recommend the breakfast burrito if you are a fanatic such as myself.

Yelp
Do more with less! As my friend says "ain't no fun if the vegans can't have none" Decorated in blue and white, this place feels like a cloud feast for both your eyeballs and your belly, and a testimste of how much you can do with a little natural light. Guy Fieri was right...the dumplings are so savory! The staff is patient with indecisive guests (ie me), checks in on you, and thanks you for your patronage. You finish your meal without feeling heavy, or overindulgent, and can walk to a handful of hotspots in the surrounding area. I walked to this location, so I cannot speak to parking, but as a non-local I can say, I'd certainly return for a meal and would feel more than comfortable dining solo, for work, or with family.

Yelp
This place is delusional don't even know where to begin. Prices are insane. $4 to add a tablespoon of bacon to a burrito. $8 latte when the menu on the wall says $6 "oh that's an old menu" said the expo person. Not even counter ordering it's literally seat yourself, order at a kiosk, get your own water, bus your own table, find your own silverware. It's like people wanted to play restaurant. There's no way they last. $78 for a burrito, burger, french toast bites, and 3 coffees.

Megan P.

Yelp
More like 3.5 stars. The bone broth was good. My two add ons were scallion and sea salt and it could've used a tad more salt. The carrot dip was delicious but the almond flour chips were practically inedible. They were so stale that it was like they had been left out for days. The Mediterranean bowl I got was very good. My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken at zero seasoning. We couldn't even taste any sort of buffalo sauce. He also got some cheddar wiz on the side and it wasn't anything close to a cheese replacement. Overall, it was a little disappointing for a $58 dollar meal.

Veggie G.

Yelp
Very cool vibe. Great food. Made in house tortilla was light and tasty. Had the burrito with eggs, ground meat, jalapeños, diced sweet potatoes..... and that sauce, delish! Inspirational sayings throught, happy light blue color on.the walls and a cool outside eating area.

Lauren B.

Yelp
Could have been better. When I saw that the Kombucha was $7 for a small can I should have run. It took over 20 minutes to get my to go order and when they gave me my order my drink was missing, only to find out that they had just sold the last one at the counter. It was confusing that there were computers to self order but other people went to the counter. I feel like they should have given me my drink earlier so it didn't sell out by the time my food was ready. My eggroll innards however was so good. I think I will try again but hope next time to do this in person and not at the self serve counter.

Yelp
The stars are for the food alone as the service was not ideal at all. My mom and I came in for lunch and both ordered the French toast sliders. Tiny but delicious, but not completely worth the $15. I also ordered the "Gatorade" and the brownie as well. The Gatorade was so beyond salty, I could hardly drink it. The brownie was excellent and prob the most enjoyable thing I ordered, which isn't saying much since it's premade. My mom ordered a chocolate chip cookie that had such a weird flavor, she couldn't eat it. She asked Katie (the woman working) if she could trade it for a brownie and Katie basically snatched it out of her hand while saying it was their most popular menu item as she shook her head. She did bring a brownie back which was nice of her but could've done without the rude attitude. For $25 for lunch, I was as expecting better food and service overall. Sadly do not recommend and won't be returning.

Yelp
This one is an easy five stars. We discovered Just Be Kitchen before the pandemic and fell in love with the breakfast burritos. We have had many items on the menu and even purchased the make your own brownie mix for home. This is a top notch spot for anyone looking for a fresh made, high quality and ingredient conscious food experience. Everything we have eaten here has always been so perfectly delicious. Breakfast burritos on a weekend morning after a walk around town are perfect. Outdoor seating makes for a great option if the weather is right and a brownie for breakfast is never a bad thing. Great service. High quality ingredients.

Yelp
Breakfast hours: 8-4pm Dinner menu: 4-7pm New location: Greenwood Village JBK is your go to place if you want to give your gut a makeover. They only use coconut and olive oil and even diary and legume free. The menu changes often and they post special events on calendar. High quality and small portions is to be expected. Use ToastTab to order takeout.

Yelp
Always so yummy, friendly and accommodating staff for people with extensive food allergies. I started with a bone broth, had a Buffalo chicken salad and burgers. Everything was so delicious and well prepared. We could feel good knowing we were getting nutritious food with no chance of gluten cross contaminations. Additionally, they have the exact ingredients listed of every dish listed in a 3 ring binder at the counter for easy reference when ordering. The owner walked around and asked everyone how their food was which I think is great. It's clear the staff here care about making sure you have exactly what you need and want. Thanks for being so awesome and completely gluten free, Just Be! Good luck on the new Boulder Location. Maybe Fort Collins one day?

Yelp
Cool little breakfast/ brunch place in the heart of Denver. My son is following a keto diet and so we were looking for a great local place with delicious options. When we walked in, both of us were very impressed by the cool, clean and attractive interior. Uplifting quotes, framed on the wall were thoughtful and calming. We were met as we walked up to the counter with a cheerful, friendly server. There is a computer screen to input your order. But she sensed we were new and told us she'd help. She asked about any dietary restrictions and made some great suggestions. We both ordered the Crave burger. My son had his with bacon and cheese. I had mine just with cheese, but also a cup of pork green chili on the side. I wasn't thrilled with the seed bun, but my son loved it. But other than that, it was all absolutely delicious and filling. The pork green chili was just phenomenal. Seriously. Please do stop in and give them a try. There are so many really great options on the menu.

Peter G.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite places for breakfast. I love their breakfast burrito, something about their green chili does it for me. The place is entirely gluten free and paleo, so you don't have to feel guilty about anything you eat there. Some of the dishes can be a bit funky and too weird, like I don't really enjoy the salad. It just isn't a home run for me, but I like almost everything else's I've had there. Lastly, get a dessert, their brownies are so good! The seasonal desserts are often really good as well. We usually order a couple and keep them in an airtight container to nibble on all week. And yes, I do eat here almost every week, at least once.

Geronimo R.

Yelp
WOW this place is incredible for the health-conscious and those with food allergies/sensitivities. This place is free of gluten, grain, refined sugar, soy, corn, legumes, and dairy. Basically, high inflammatory foods. I haven't been to a restaurant this innovative even in California! My partner and I came here a couple of times and have eaten up and down the menu. Check them out!

Sheila W.

Yelp
I will NEVER recommend your restaurant!! I ordered an E-Gift card for my friend for his birthday. He NEVER received it. They claim that it has been opened. He can't possibly open a gift card he didn't receive. And they won't refund my $75 or try to resend it. Can I give Just Be Kitchen a Negative rating? Shame On You!!!!

Rachel S.

Yelp
I had wanted to try this place for a while. Some good things: nice and patient workers explained the menu. Cool decor. Tasty lattes. Some of my less preferred things: the gluten-free Biscuits had an odd texture, as did the pancakes. And it was a bummer to not have regular milk or oat milk.

Brit K.

Yelp
I wish there was a Just BE Kitchen in every city I've ever visited. The food was so good, and wholesome and felt so nourishing -- I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and if I hadn't known it was gluten free/dairy free, I don't think I'd actually notice, it was SO good. We also got the buffalo cauliflower wings and they were delish too, the ranch was great. The service was also lovely, they were so attentive and the ambiance inside is so cheerful and uplifting, you not only feel good eating the food but you feel good supporting such a lovely local business. 10/10 would recommend, if you're going to be in Denver it's close to downtown and totally worth the visit.

John C.

Yelp
Beware if Vegan options. If you just select vegan, they will straight up remove everything that isn't vegan. My breakfast burrito was just tortilla and shredded sweet potato. I asked and they were like...yeah...that's our vegan option for full price.

Laura F.

Yelp
This cute little counter service style restaurant is perfectly located by my office making it an easy and convenient location. The online ordering portal on an iPad in the store is easy and intuitive. I was able to order my lunch in just a few clicks. Getting my food took a few minutes, but I didn't expect it to be very fast as this is freshly prepared food. I had the wonton less soup. It was tasty and satisfying. I'll definitely try them again.

Joshua N.

Yelp
Two stars because my wife was happy to find a restaurant this accommodating to gluten free diners. At breakfast that's a rarity. She enjoyed her gluten free sheet pancake plate. But I did not fare so well. My "Simplicity" breakfast plate came with one single scrambled egg! Who does that? Said egg was also made without salt, so I had to add hot sauce. The bacon was nice but cut up weird. The sweet potato hash was bizarre and underwhelming. And the biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and inedible. Our meal came out to $48, which included a 20% "inflation" charge. Look, I know inflation is bad, but 20% WTF? Parking is $5/hour. So hopefully when you come here the line moves quickly. Most orders are taken by kiosk, one at a time, and even with the slowed flow of orders your food will take a while.

Ben D.

Yelp
We were so excited to come here and get this food again. We ordered a quesadilla, breakfast burrito, cauliflower 'wings', and chocolate chip cookie. This place is known for great quality ingredients & excellent food. Unfortunately the only things we liked were the chicken quesadilla and their water. The cauliflower was just roasted and sauced after. Sauces on the side were great but 0 crisp to them. They felt soggy and a bit undercooked. Really disappointed - not our experience last time. They also included a 15% service fee. We came here 2 years ago and had a FAR superior experience for much better cost. Sad to say we will not return.

Jen F.

Yelp
The food is great! I love that there is a place that caters to a healthy choices and considers all the options for gluten free, paleo, keto, whole30..... Great choice!!

Stewart L.

Yelp
Disclaimer I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but I enjoyed this place, especially the desserts. OMG, they are so good enough to want to come back every time I cross the millennium bridge over into the Highlands; they have a backyard patio it's cool to chill out highly recommend this place for healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle

Laura R.

Yelp
Awesome addition to the neighborhood. Their menu clearly species which items adhere to which diet. They have an indoor seating area, small patio, and a pick up area inside. Great option for those looking to stick to the whole 30!

Liz M.

Yelp
I went there and had their bacon cheeseburger and it was freaking amazing. You think the bun is going to make it taste way too healthy but it was great the whole thing and the salad and I was able to get vegan cheese because I can't have gluten or dairy. It was absolutely delicious you should go there.

Angela W.

Yelp
We have been here a bunch of times because the food is good and safe for us with all of our food allergies. The past few times we have visited they are often out of items on the menu. This last time we brought a lot of our family. So we dropped a good amount of money here. We got there at 5:10 PM 11/25 and they already closed down the hot drinks barista area! Who closes those things down on a Saturday night at 5 PM two hours before you close?! That was very disappointing especially on a very cold Saturday night! Nothing posted about that on the website either. We attempt to order our food and they're out of a few different things so we didn't get to order those but ordered some other food instead. My son was eating his pancake that they said for the full meal, not a kids meal, they get four triangles and he only got three. Then I also noticed that the strawberries were not included on his plate. As I went to go ask Jocelyn she stated they were out. No apology, no let me get you something else instead or anything. The cook said the same thing. They were out. Why not inform me of that BEFORE I placed my order and receive my food? Awful customer service! Then we bought the dessert and they were both very stale tasting. Like they had been in the container unrefrigerated, and tasted like they were days old! So after a few not so great experiences I will never come back here and will no longer recommend this place and tell people to go elsewhere. Try Tru Roots instead or any of their restaurants.

Jennette R.

Yelp
Stopped in for brunch-ish. The staff are super friendly. We don't have any food restrictions but Just BE is very inclusive for everyone! I am pretty sure they can accommodate any food restriction/allergy! Had the chicken Ceasar wrap and my husband had the quesadilla. My wrap could have used a little more dressing but was delicious. Be careful, as it can get pricey. $60 for 2 including tip. They do make you auto grade 15% out the gate. Overall, it was great. I would want to come back in the winter for the dumplings!

Zach M.

Yelp
An intimate spot serving health-conscious inspired meals that pack a punch of flavor while still catering to a wide range of appetites. I opted for the Cozy - chicken and dumplings. The gravy is a lighter, delicate mixture of spices mixed with robust vegetables, while large chunks of chicken and bread swam around falling victim to my spoon. Scattered along a spot in Denver with eclectic tea and coffee spots, Just Be is a can't miss spot if you're looking for some great food, light music and vibrant setting. Fast-casual inspired, walk up to the counter and place an order with their great staff. Grab a table identifier, sit back and enjoy the mea

Stefanie C.

Yelp
This has become one of my favorite spots to eat in Denver! The first time I had Just BE was delivery to a friend's place. She's gluten-free and vegan. I remember having the FULFILLD Burrito with Pork Chili which SO good and filling. The Maple Cinnamon Bullet Coffee was excellent as well. First time having bullet coffee... would recommend! On future visits, either take-out or dine-in, I've had the CRAVE burger, SWEETNESS baked pancake, and WONDER seasonal veggie hash. All were tasty and healthy. I've introduced my partner (who is basically doing Whole30) to Just BE, and it's showed him that he can still eat delicious foods! Great spot with staff that's knowledgeable and patient with diet questions. My favorite thing to do for brunch with another person is to order one sweet and one savory item. The pancake is perfect for that. Overall, all the staff members are so welcoming and accommodating. There's a good amount of seating inside (not the best for groups) or just order to-go. Love this local spot and can't wait to go again.

Leli P.

Yelp
Loved this eatery that caters to gluten free & fresh healthy eating. The ambiance is sweet with positive vibe. A nice place to meet up & bins with AC friends over good did. Friendly helpful service. Parking limited.

Haylee M.

Yelp
Overall a good place, but I wish there were more options for getting some vegetables, and also not so much fat into one meal. Came here with a group of friends because one of them had dietary restrictions and really liked this place because of the dairy free menu. Firstly, I love the vibe of this place; Very cutesy, aesthetic and homey too. It's located in a very non-prime location, so quite a hidden gem! I went for the Enchanted Seasonal Salad as a Wrap (no granola, added grilled chicken). This was Arugula, Pickled Red Onion, Roasted Beet, Almond Feta, Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette. (I would have liked the grainless granola on there too, but I saw a pack of it for sale at the counter and the ingredients list was all nuts and seeds; too much Fat in the one wrap!) As for the wrap, I was genuinely very surprised by how well all the ingredients went together. Mind blown to be honest! That slightly sweet dressing and beets with the crunch of the almond feta was amazing. A very generous amount of filling and chicken as well; Quite a loaded wrap! I also got some seasonal roasted veggies on the side just so I could eat some more vegetables as part of the meal. This was broccoli, carrots and mushroom. One of my friends got the Wonder Seasonal Hash (Spinach-Cauliflower-Harissa Puree, Seasonal Veggies, Mint Chutney, Egg and Kale Chips). That looked like a boat load in a bowl, but apparently tasted good. They forgot to add the egg, and gave it when we asked. The rest of the group got the cajun chicken sandwich (they left the bun since it was not very bread-like; didn't look like it either, and I thought it was a bit too small) and I believe the Simplicity hash (sweet potato hash, eggs, sausage and chili).

Yelp
This is paradise for people on a low inflammation diet or who have allergies. It's the first restaurant I've ever seen that has nightshade free options. Their vegan cheese is delicious as well. Such a relief to have an option other than cooking for myself. The online ordering system is also really advanced for food allergies. My one issue is that I don't like their coffee. It's very strong and bitter -- even with honey and DF milk added. I haven't had enough bullet coffee to know if I just don't like bullet coffee though.

Yelp
Finally making this post 3 years after regularly eating at JBK. First off, the food is amazing. Besides my kitchen and my moms cooking, it is the only place I wholeheartedly trust to nourish my husband and I. Due to health circumstances, we follow a gluten free, dairy free, mostly grain free diet. We crave the food. My go-to is the burrito, and my husband's is the loyal quesadilla. The lattes, cookies, cinnamon rolls are delicious. I've taken my whole family, several friends, law school classmates and loved ones over the years to eat there with me. I've had my bridal shower brunch there last year, study sessions, and coffee meetups over these years. JBK burritos travel with us! Now, the staff is amazing. Cori is wonderful. Jen, the owner is very friendly and seems to care about the people. Thalia and Damian truly know customer service. And many other individuals who no longer work there left quite the impression as well. Regardless of some of the staff changing over the years, one thing is for sure: they will remain my go-to place. This place feels like a 2nd kitchen/home for me. I could go on and on but simply put: I love it here. P.S. those cinnamon rolls are my guilty pleasure after a tough law school final or to treat myself after a career accomplishment.

Yelp
Dead bug in my salad! I ordered a salad for dinner (picked up at 5pm) and a second one for lunch the next day. After eating half of the lunch salad around 1:30 the next day, I noticed there was a dead bug in the bowl. Called the store and spoke to a manager as well as the executive "chef" who told me there was nothing they could do because I waited too long before calling them. Though I explained the salad had simply been sitting in my fridge since it was picked up, they said once it leaves our hands, there's nothing we can do about it. This implies that if I had also eaten it right then and there in the store, they would've said "too bad" anyway. Needless to say we will never ever return, but this type of customer service is honestly shocking. I would've expected someone who called himself a chef to be very disturbed by a serious food safety issue. I have no need for the $15 but I can't get rid of the feeling absolutely disgust from eating an infested salad.

Rin F.

Yelp
I was starving so I didn't grab a picture but the food is AMAZING! They have a good range from healthy to indulgent. The customer service is off the charts, everyone there was super nice! It's a chill place to grab some food.

Mike S.

Yelp
First visit... if you're looking for a diet focused restaurant this is the place! keto, white sugar free, non-dairy, etc.... This is what they focus on... for the rest of us they have sausage (real) and eggs (real) and other options. Small restaurant and on Sunday 12:30 was quite busy. But they were able to keep up the pace and everyone's meal came out hot and well-prepared. So the loss of a star is their pricing. Yes, inflation abounds but the menu prices they charge are really more in line with a much more upscale situation. That aside, they also are charging a 5% rising costs fee. Then they add in a 15% tip which for an order-at-the-counter self-serve self-table-bussing situation makes you wonder what services were provided to warrant tipping. So in the end, the place was busy and the food good and the counter people friendly. So I'll likely be back and I won't have sticker shock this time around.

Yelp
Please come to Texas, bring your delicious, gut-friendly, happy-tummy food to Texas! It will be a tradition to come here on any future Colorado trips. They offer 100% Gluten, Grain, Refined Sugar, Soy, Corn, Peanut, and Legume Free Dishes. 99% Dairy Free. Olive and Coconut Oils Only. They have what looks like an Encyclopedia detailing what goes in their dishes, so you don't have to worry about any diet/allergen issues. They have your back! Well... gut! :) - F O O D - I ordered the PASSION (Vegetable Curry) it is Vegan, Whole30 Option, Nut Free, and Egg Free. The perfect balance of spices and spiciness. It was perfectly creamy, the vegetables were perfect, and it was so flavorful. (My mouth is watering just thinking about it) My fiance ordered the CRAVE (100% Grass-Fed Burger) it is Nut Free, Keto, and Egg Free. It was on a gluten-free bun, and you could ask to add Cheddar and/or an egg. It was also absolutely delicious. - A M B I E N C E - It was a beautiful little place, with plenty of places to sit. You order at the front and they bring the food to you. There are inspirational quotes painted on the walls. You grab your own silverware and drinks (if you want water). - P A R K I N G - There's a parking lot right next door to the restaurant, plenty of places to park right in downtown. - O V E R A L L - Beautiful, delicious, amazing place. I cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
I really like how they cater to people with food restrictions. It's hard to always have to really pay attention to what's in your food and they make life a little easier. It's all so tasty too!

Yelp
I was instantly obsessed with this place as soon as I read over the menu. I knew it was all gluten-free, but it's very friendly for those who are generally conscious of their diet and want to eat high-quality meat. There are some vegetarian options too. I got the breakfast burrito and it was soooo good. I think about it often. Every part of it was delicious. My friend got the biscuits and gravy, which is dairy free, and that was yummy too. I got a chocolate chip cookie which was decent. The decor in this place is a bit odd but it really doesn't matter. I wish they had outdoor seating but again, no biggie. I'll be back!

Yelp
Acoustics are awful. Couldn't hear others at the table. Also dislike their wonky ordering kiosks.

Yelp
Food was excellent! The chicken dumping dish was amazing. I even took the leftovers and made a more brothy soup with it at home.

Yelp
Incredible food and atmosphere. The staff and so kind and accommodating. Plenty of gluten free and dairy free options! It was our first time there and we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Uhhh I don't like making a negative impact on star rating when I literally haven't even eaten in your establishment.... So I won't.. but I will try to hopefully get your attention to EXTEND YOUR HOURS FOR BREAKFAST. Why even offer breakfast food if you don't open until basically lunch time anyway??? You unintentionally blow off countless potential patrons and send them straight to the breakfast joint across the way!! (Which is adorable and delicious & has many GF/V options)... but seriously... Your kitchen is rare & HIGHLY sought after! Please think about it heeeeheeeee thanks :)

Yelp
I pass by this place almost every day, and finally decided to give them a shot. I had their biscuit and gravy with both mix of sausage and vegan portobello mushrooms (just so I can try both) The sauce was tasty and delicious but the biscuits were dry. Also ordered honey lavender latte (which in my opinion can be hard to perfect) but it was honestly pretty tasty with just the right amount of honey. There are hella busy during the weekends, so weekday mornings are best if you're trying to avoid the crazy wait times.

Yelp
Love love love just be! I don't know what took me this long to give this place a try but it's going on my favorite list. I used to walk by this place all the time when I worked downtown but until I tried them at the lululemon event I just never tried them. That event changed my mind. The place is small. The parking is horrible but for the food you got me hooked. It's a busy little cafe on a Sunday nestled on Platte. It's super busy and that's saying a lot being in this area of LOHI where there are so many options. Just love they can make clean, delicious food. It shows how much good ingredients go a long way and you shouldn't need to sacrifice. Service - great! Food - amazing! Highlights - Chia seed pudding (only available on their catering menu) Vegetarian breakfast sandwich Deconstructed egg roll bowl Tortilla (it's homemade, warm and delicious!!) Pork Green chili Meh - Coffee. It's not theirs. Not a fault of them just didn't wow me for being a BFAST kinda place. Someone pleaseeeee put the chia seed pudding on the regular menu! Overall adore this place. wish I could give it 10 stars. Don't forget to check in to get your free coffee!

Yelp
The people working were incredibly nice and my breakfast burrito was amazing. I love how everything is gluten free. It's a very cute cafe but I liked being able to take my stuff to go.

Yelp
Great service, great food! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I assume the lady who helped was a manager, she gave a lot of information about the ingredients. I always feel scared to eat out because I can't be sure whether someone will get it wrong or have hidden ingredients. I was so appreciative that the lady was there to help walk me through the menu. She was clearly trying to fix a problem with the screen and was on the phone, but she stopped what she was doing to help us get our order right. Will definitely come back for more yummy food!

Yelp
I love this place because of how amazing the food is an all the different options for all the different ways that people eat keto, Paleo gluten free, nut free, etc. I did feel like the space could be cleaner, but the food was delicious. I was not disappointed, and I literally crave this place all the time. If I lived a little closer, I'd be there more frequently.

Yelp
Well how cute is this place. Being an out of towner, I absolutely LOVE checking out new spots every time I'm in Denver, and this one definitely made the five star list. Just BE is a breakfast and lunch spot serving up yummy healthy items, almost all of which are gluten-free. I think most everything is also free of dairy, grain, soy, corn and refined sugar. That being said, my sis-in-law knew this place would be right up my alley so we stopped in for lunch! Initial thoughts: what a cute and quaint atmosphere with friendly staff to great you at the self-serve counter. Tough to pick a menu item with all the good options they have on offer, but in the end I went with the passion bowl. It's essentially a veggie curry over cauliflower rice. The house made curry sauce... wow. So full of flavor! And I live for crispy brussels in any dish. My sister ordered the chicken & dumpling soup which was also delicious and dense. Oh and the homemade tortillas we shared are worth getting as well. You know how some places you go and want/need to modify an order, but the staff seems irritated? Well that's not the case here. You can tell Just BE values individuals with food sensitivities and are more than willing to accomodate and modify any dish. Great spot, great vibes. I'll be back on my next visit (BRB crying that Milwaukee doesn't have places like this)!
