This was my first time at this location and I had an amazing experience. It’s very clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, and the process was extremely efficient. We didn’t have to wait very long and I would say overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. And side note Tiffany P. Has amazing customer service and makes the best salads!!!! 10/10 experience

I came across this location while searching for something new and healthy to eat. The customer service was outstanding and pleasant. One of the employees assisted me in my selection, which included a smoothie. The salad was delightful and the price was reasonable. It's definitely worth coming and I'll be back

I really enjoy going to Just Salad. The ingredients always taste fresh, and I love being able to customize my bowl exactly how I want it. Team-member, Diana took my order and she was quick and friendly. It’s become one of my go-to places when I want something healthy but still filling.

The braised chicken thighs and crispy chicken are both delicious. I got a buffalo ranch wrap w/ romaine, red cabbage, kale, organic quinoa, white cheddar cheese, carrots, and tortilla chips. It’s yum! The lady who helped me was so kind, patient and helpful! She let me sample a few things which was so helpful because it was my first time there. The lettuce looked and tasted fresh. If you’re looking for a healthier option, I recommend giving them a try.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! Team member Valery was exceptionally friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. She was patient and took the time to clearly explain the menu options, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and of great quality. Additionally, the venue was clean, well-maintained, and free of any debris—creating a comfortable dining environment. Highly recommend!

Not sure how this place is so highly rated . All 3 times I’ve ordered from here they’ve gotten my order wrong. Most recently I ordered a wrap and a salad for $30 and they left out the chicken on both orders, sent the wrong dressing , and left out the sides it comes with . Highly do NOT recommend making any online orders from this place

I am so happy to have found this chain. I order a custom warm bowl. Usually 2 so I have one at home too. I get 2 meals from 1 bowl. They just feel so nourishing and tasty to me. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for the healthy alternative faster food.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an order I placed through DoorDash from your Port St. Lucie location. Because my order was being delivered, I specifically requested that the dressing be placed on the side. When the DoorDash driver arrived, I discovered that the dressing was completely missing. Since I had already paid for the salad, this left me unable to eat my lunch—who wants to eat a salad with no dressing? I was at work, hungry, and extremely frustrated. I attempted to call the store for assistance and was told that I needed to send an email instead. The inconvenience of the situation was overwhelming, to the point that I called my husband in tears because I had no lunch and very limited time. Out of kindness, my husband went out of his way to drive to the Port St. Lucie location to see if they could correct the issue. By the time he was able to go, nearly two hours had passed since I originally received the salad. Unfortunately, the staff member in charge showed little concern for the situation and only provided the missing dressing—no replacement salad or resolution was offered, despite the food no longer being fresh. By that point, I had already discarded the salad, unaware that my husband would be bringing back only the dressing. As a result: • I wasted my lunch money • I lost my lunch break • My husband wasted time and gas driving to the store and then to my workplace • The staff showed no accountability or care for the inconvenience caused This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the level of service I expect from Just Salad. A simple mistake turned into a much larger issue due to the lack of empathy and resolution from the store.

I wanted to add an updated review on Just Salad. This is my new GO TO spot. I love using the app for a quick "re-order" and I can pop in to eat it there or grab it to go. I've had so many unexpectedly pleasant interactions with the staff. SUPER friendly. And I recently discovered I like pickles on my salad. Don't judge me. Love this place and the options it has to help keep me healthy in a place I'm generally going out to eat fried things. lol.

Honestly, everything I've ordered has been fresh, nutritious and delicious. I love the reusable bowls concept, and environmentally conscious ethos. I wish I could catch one of their "Too Good To Go" deals one of these days too. Fantastic fast casual option, giving Chipotle next door a run for its money.

I love this spot to grab a quick salad & stay on my healthy track. The Employee's are pleasant & greet you upon entering. They offer salads, bowls, and wraps. It is an assembly line walk up counter. They have suggestions or you can build your own. My fav is the chicken ceasar salad. You can opt to add more protein. I like to add shaved broccoli to up my greens. The crunch is nice & not overwhelming in flavor. They have multiple healthy toppings and quite a few cheese options. There are tables inside if you choose to eat there.

First time here. Nice clean and easy to read menu. Girls were prompt in helping me. Great post workout meal!

Good for a nice change from the usual good options. I've had the cilantro lime chicken bowl and it is delicious. Cookies are pretty good too! I definitely recommend if you're in the area and tired of burgers, nuggets or tacos.

Very good salad house that is especially needed for the community. The most important thing of any salad, and they do it well, is the freshness. The hardest part, given so many great salad choices, is choosing a direction, especially since I think there is room for them to tweak their predesigned specialty salads. It always seems like I get some form of buyers remorse when I remember something else that I wanted. Their salads aren't cheap, the lines can be long, the inside seating area is often not enough, the staff can be impatient (not quite soup nazi but be prepared) and I think you can do better somewhere else on the smoothie side.

This is our go to place for a clean light easy lunch or dinner. We like to come here at least once a week maybe twice. It is clean and everything is fresh. You're never getting the bottom of the container of toppings. It is always refilled and looks like it was just made. The staff is always very nice and professional. We love it here!

Just Salads brings a new concept to Port Saint Lucie by introducing fresh, healthy ingredients with a focus on sustainability. I greatly appreciate restaurants that clearly label their menu with allergen or lifestyle preferences. In fact, you are even able to filter options on their website making it extremely easy to order! I have to say, I was impressed by the number of vegan choices - including salads, bowls, and wraps. The Vegan Chipotle Wrap was the perfect balance of spicy and savory. The Earth Bowl was also extremely flavorful and filling. I'm not a big fan of arugula, so I opted for romaine instead. I loved the addition of apples and felt it really jazzed the dish up. You can truly taste how freshly prepared the ingredients are. Even though there were a few ingredients missing from the salad (and I'm hoping the employee I saw was using a sterile, work-related phone), I still have to give this business a five-star rating. The food was just that good!

I've been back a few times since the Yelp event that introduced me to Just Salad. I can honestly say that it has been consistently good. Everything is fresh & delish. I've been ordering on the app with the Bring Back Bowl option. Easy peasy. Makes it much easier to pick & choose what I want on the app & just swing by to pick up. I'm not a big eater, so one bowl is good for 3 meals for me. Two if I'm starving. I love the Warm Chicken & Goat Cheese, usually get that for dinner. That is on the heavier side, with sweet potatoes & mushrooms. My go to salad, is the Honey Crispy Chicken. I also build my own. I've also had the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It's ok. Not a favorite, I think it's the oat milk. I love how they seal it up so it doesn't spill. The place is always clean and well maintained. Light, bright with a nice vibe. I'm hard of hearing and it can get a bit echo-y in there. That, in addition to the music & the partition, makes it difficult for me to hear the folks behind the counter. Most are patient, I did have one girl that seemed bothered to have to repeat a few times. For the most part though, the staff is polite & helpful. I'm so happy that this spot is fairly close to home. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been raving about Just Salad for a while and now I understand why. The place is great !! Clean, fresh, and current not to mention delicious food and awesome staff. I plan on working my way through the menu. So glad we finally dropped in.

I got the opportunity to come here under the Feb 12th Yelp event which was much appreciated. Was open to pretty much anyone on yelp, you just needed to respond to the invite. It included a meal for you and a guest, a lemonade, and a cookie. Upon walking in, it was a nice space but was warm (ac not working?). Doors were open so made me think something was up. Greeted by a Corp representative. She explained this store has been open for about a year. Very nice, friendly and we had a nice chat. My wife signed up (so her and one of our kids) and I signed up (myself and one of our kids). So we proceeded to order our meals. I got the chicken thigh and goat cheese salad. My wife got a tofu crunch. I'll have to say our meals were awesome. One kid got a Ceasar salad, the other another chicken dish that also had goat cheese. Everyone very much liked what we had. We met my parents (not part of yelp) and they loved their salad bowls as well. Here's a bit of the breakdown..things 'not so great' but easily fixable: * At the register we got our meals. There was no silverware or napkins given. So i asked for them. 2 napkins and 2 forks were given. Ok, and being 'dad' i said we had 4 meals and ask if i could double the napkins and forks. I was a bit chastised by the manager (i presume) and was told 'one order at a time'. Um, we are just talking about forks and napkins here. * You are asked when building your salad for lite/medium/heavy dressing. One daughter got light, and it was true to the word..it was light. So after sitting my wife got up to ask for some more...we were told there would be a charge. What?? So next time order heavy and ask for it on the side? Fix the air, fix these customer service items.....and since it's a great product (and i love the transparent nutrition posted on the website which i reviewed before attending) and I'll back. Thanks again.

If you're on a health kick this new year, this place is the right place to be. The concept is like a healthier version of Chipotle; create your own wrap or bowl or order one with set ingredients. We ordered the crispy chicken poblano (in a wrap) and chicken fajita bowl. Both were super delicious and it's a hefty amount. The strawberry mint lemonade was pretty good and not too tart. The price is about average $12-$15/person. The ambiance definitely gives healthy organic vibes and we need more places like this. Located in St. Lucie West next to Panda Express and Chipotle right off of I-95. Parking lot is a bit tight and troublesome to get in and out of but it is free parking.

If you're looking for a healthy meal, look no further than "Just Salads"!! What a find! It's located on the south side of St. Lucie West Blvd. about a quarter mile off i95. They have the best salads, wraps and bowls! And you talk about tasty drinks, wow! I had the fajitas salad with an ice cold cucumber lemonade. Yummy! My guest had the chicken Ceasars salad with a smoothie, super yummy! If you're looking for something filling and healthy, this is the place to stop by, you'll be glad you did!!

Went to pick up a salad that was order and to be ready at 2. When I arrive there was 3 people waiting for pick up orders and a few in line waiting to order. No one acknowledged anyone or greeted them when they walked in. I waiting 15 min until someone asked the lady behind us 4 waiting what her name was and went ahead and packed her order. When I said something she then started grabbing my order to tell me they had no chicken for the order..... I'm in customer service and I believe this should have been handled way different. I don't think I'll go back based on the service only....food was good but the replacement chick thigh was burnt...

My Goto is the paleo protein salad. Great flavors, fresh ingredients, lotsa protein and quick pickup after ordering in the app . Best salad on the planet. The nice Manager came by to see how I was doing and if my salad was good. Ample seating (they listened to my previous review and added more tables), super clean restaurant. My fave spot in the st. lucie west /Stuart area.

Just saw it was actually pretty good however I'm not much of a chicken person so I opted for the veggies. It was super good would absolutely go back. My oldest daughter loved it. It was quick and easy and the service was really great. The people there were smiling they were happy and it looked like they at least enjoyed their day and giving us good customer service. Inside the ambience was great, well lit and amazing for a business talk or meeting, family time or even just by yourself.room for improvement on the stars just because they didn't have any other protein meat wise except for chicken.

Went for the first time for lunch today. I got the warm chicken and goat cheese bowl and it was so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely go back!

Get it together you guys! They are consistently ignoring pick up orders. I'd be more understanding if it only happened once on accident. They're doing it every time though. This is now the 3rd time in a month they've forgotten to make our pick up orders. We're sitting here right now with 4 other people who put in pick up orders and now we're all having to sit around and wait. What is the point of me ordering ahead if you're just gonna pull this crap?

Had a great opportunity today had a lunch date with my husband in a really cool and healthy environment! Never have I experienced so terrific a vibe. You check out the menu which is full of salads and you choose the one that best suits you. Funny thing people were holding small containers to refill their salad in as this is a new restaurant that encourages everyone to eat healthy and repeat! Calories are listed on the menu to invite you to choose what tickles hip bone! The counter staff grab the ingredients for each meal and give you what will make you smile most. From salads to wraps every one is encouraging each other to be the best you can be. Come on down and become a clean eating groupie!!!!!

So I just had dinner at Just Salad in Port St Lucie, Typically this is not my first or second choice on where to do get somthing to eat but after trying it ........IT IS NOW! I had a wrap and my wife had a salad and WOW! Absolutely delicious and made fresh right in front of you, and we both had delicious lemonade, I left there stuffed but still wanted more! Kyla, Ray, Diana and Jody were SO Friendly and were getting orders repaired Fast! one right after the other, the place was clean and neat and just a delightful atmosphere! I can't wait to go back! 6 stars!

When I saw this place opened, I thought to myself- "Alright bro, if it survives next to Chipotle (because who doesn't love chipotle) I'll give it a shot." Buuuuut time passed, & I simply forgot about the salad place. One night I desperately needed something healthy but satisfying- Just Salad was EVERYTHING and more. I came again today for something healthy late at night & the buffalo chicken wrap was every bit of 5 stars!! Staff was extremely engaging, which made me feel welcome. In short- Chipotle, who??

Fast polite service and delicious food. What more can you ask for? Well, how about a clean table? There was an empty table that needed to be cleaned when we arrived. We stood in line, ordered, sat down and finished our food. Still, no one cleaned the table. Finally a customer asked for a rag so he could clean it and sit down with his family. That is the only reason they didn't get five stars from me. I have to admit, coming in my expectations were really low. I'm not much of a salad/wrap kind of person. This place was much better than I could have imagined. Would I eat here again? Absolutely! I highly recommend it.

I ordered my salad asked for onion I saw him sprinkle something. I got home to eat and found out he put some kind of seeds. The chicken was old and hard as a rock. I threw it away.

I was skeptical about a place that only serves salads, but I have to admit, my salad was delicious, and I will go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of options to mix and create more salads than are on the board. Food was fresh, chicken was very tender. Dressing was great! I am a meat and potatoes guy, but I did very much enjoy this salad. The only reason I gave four stars and not five is the fact they don't take cash. It's CC only or bank card. I don't understand businesses that don't take cash. Other than that... I highly recommend Just Salads for a refreshing place to eat.

We went today for lunch. I had the poblano lime chicken salad. Very fresh lettuce and adds, the salad had corn, cheese, avocado, corn chip pieces, the real star were the pickled onions, the dressing was good too! My husband had the honey chicken salad, again his salad mix was fresh and good looking, he enjoyed. He was distressed there's no salt at the table, he's a heavy salt user, the lady ground some for him, luckily I had some take out salt. He/we had a different frame of mind when we read honey chicken ..it was the same as mine..so I think it's more related to the dressing. Here u get to advise if u want light, medium or heavy dressing. If we go again I'd want no meat, plant or otherwise. The staff is nice, the place looked clean.

I came out here on vacation and stumbled upon this gem and let me tell you, this place is MORE than Just Salads! From the food to the service an all around great experience! The Buffalo wrap did not disappoint. The set up is very efficient when placing an order and does not take away from the ambiance. Fresh layout with very nutritious clean options for all. This did not disappoint at all, we need fresh options like Just Salads in California!!

I had this place on my radar for sometime but the harsh reviews on yelp made me think twice. I finally pushed the button on DoorDash today and I must say this was a great salad. Very fresh and good size portions. The complaints on here don't seem to be of the food quality but other not picky things.

Been waiting for this quite too long. I'm glad there's is a healthier choice,I loved the backyard bbq. I was offered a reusable bowl I got free avo for a lifetime. Can't go wrong with this spot healthy and sustainable.props to Nicholas and valery pretty polite and professional associates. Will be back.

Love Just Salad! Used to go to the one down in WPB, and happily make the trek to the one in PSL since we moved to Jensen Beach. The food is always delicious, fresh, and affordable. I hope we get one soon in the Jensen Beach/ Stuart area :)

Food is great; fresh ingredients, well Prepped; menu development is interesting. Jerry behind the counter is very nice. The portions of meat could use to be larger and they are stingy about giving customers napkins.

I was very excited to try this new place. Salads are one of my new favorite foods so I had to try it. Though the Ingredients were fresh and they had lots of choices, the prices were outrageous. I wish the lady making our salad would have informed me that everything you added cost more. By the end I spent $50 on two salads. I almost feel over. I would not recommend unless you are ready to spend big bucks on a bowl of lettuce.

Salads are good and fresh. Been here a couple times and the service is just so slow. I've just never seen anyone work so slow in my life. I think a snail could fix it faster. Even when I ordered ahead online for a pick up, I arrive there and the order wasn't even started. The entire process took an hour. That is unacceptable. The concept of fast food is that it's fast ! Unfortunately going forward it's just gonna be a No!!

I love the food! I ordered the pick two Avocado toast with a soup. Modified the avocado toast to have tomato's instead of corn and Caesar dressing vs the smoky poblano. Everything was delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout.

I had a 13 hour drive down to Florida and desperately needed a salad. It was super easy to order online. However I wasn't sure when the order was ready? So I left anyway to go pick it up. Low and behold and it was on a shelf waiting to be picked up. I had a delicious Mexican inspired salad that hit the spot. But I couldn't take a picture because it was not pretty at all. There was no order to the ingredients that made it pretty. But it was really good and just what I needed.

The good part first: kind, helpful, polite servers willing to design the salad creation of your choice. The greens are fresh and crispy!!! The bad part: expect the basic toppings like cucumber, carrots, and tomato. Don't look for anything special like artichokes, hearts of palm, or asparagus. The meat selections were a premium charge that looked pretty overcooked so I passed on that option. Overall, I think I'll keep looking for another option. Gratitude to the servers!

Salad... lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, seeds, croutons, dressings, etc! What you would expect

We ordered via DoorDadh and they don't allow special requests, like no tomatoes but then they slice them up so small you have to pick them all out. The bread included with the Backyard BBQ salad was disappointing. A half slice of store bought wheat., come on! You NEED two dressings. One didn't cover half the salad when you get it on the side. It was very fresh and tasty just not what you should get for the price.

I just went to this location and got the Earth bowl 10/10 loved it I come from Orange County California and highly recommend opening one here

Good salad place. Charge card only payment. Service depends on number of customers. 3 individuals making salads or operating cash register when I was there.

Food is great, expensive but great. Service is terrible. Every time I order, they are always consistently late with making an order. The whole point of pre-ordering is that I get to the place and the food is ready. It's OK if there's a five or 10 minute wait but a 30+ wait is unacceptable. I also understand the people working there are quite young and learning but they could give better customer service, especially when they're running late with orders.

The salad choices were not great, I had high expectations with this new place. The staff didn't seem to know what was in the salads that were on the menu. The salad was fresh and would definitely try it again.

amazingggggg. there is a really good variety of options to change up the basic salad options we usually have. food was soooo good. service was quick and helpful. the restaurant was nice, very clean.
