Justa Pasta

Was hesitant because of the reviews but it was an amazing experience! Food was really good, we tried focaccia and baked eggplant with stracciatella, as well as ravioli with truffle and burrata, and home made pasta with tomato sauce with burrata. Very filling and warm dinner ♥️ Also tiramisu was TOP!! Service was nice as well, and atmosphere cozy, candle lit and romantic. Highly recommend !

I don't understand why such a gem is only rated 4 stars. We were on our way to another restaurant. When we passed this restaurant and saw the dishes being prepared in the kitchen from the street, we were simply captivated by the place and went in. The place is not large and has a very nice atmosphere. We ordered focaccia and olives with feta cheese as an appetizer. As mains, we ordered truffle mushroom ravioli with burrata cheese and ricotta and spinach ravioli in a sauce with lemon zest. For dessert, limoncello and pistachio tiramisu. All the dishes were simply excellent. I must also mention the courteous, smiling and quick service by the waitress Sagda.

Let's be honest - restaurants in Vilnius are a complete disaster - most of them overpriced with very low quality ingredients and low level cooking skills. Not the case here! So Justa Pasta is an overall nice surprise. I'm used to Michelin stars restaurants and the mention is very well diserved. I took the tartare (which was fair), and the truffle raviolis - really delicious. It's a bit on the expensive price - but honestly the prices are reasonable in regards to the ingredients and the preparation needed. Truffle ravioli were really fairly priced. With a bit of efforts the restaurant could get a star - they have the know how in terms of cooking and they could improve a few things to deliver the food quality for that. They are close. However the service is not at all at level. The request for tip at the end - really bad idea. Also we waited 5 mn for the waitress who was talking with collègues. Atmosphere is ok also - a bit more efforts and the restaurant could be transformed into something really nice. But it's a really fair visit - if you haven't been it's worth going. Count 40€/person + wine.

We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant yesterday. I highly recommend it! I ordered the beef pasta — it was exquisite. The pistachio tiramisu was incredibly delicious. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was romantic. The prices were a pleasant surprise.

We where 6 people and all had different types of pasta, with a few desserts. We went due to the Michelin mention. The pasta is perfectly cooked and has some interesting combinations that may or may not accommodate everyone's taste, hence some where very content and others not so much. We all loved the ambiance of the place and left with smiles and full bellies.

Salad, panini and pasta was nice. Tartare - so so. Asked for table watter, got 1/3 glass of it, I’d like at least 0.5l per person to be honest. Came to the place when there was 1 table occupied, had to wait for menu quite some time, even though they took my coat at the entrance immediatelly. Tiramisu was 11/10, even though I don’t like desserts.

Atmosphere was nice, the location is good. I ordered truffle pasta and it was okay, but too salty, and nothing special considering the price.

I discovered Justo Pasta through the Michelin Guide, so I had no doubts about the quality – but what truly surprised me was the incredible atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for a romantic date or even a solo dinner. You simply melt into the flavors and the beautiful interior. A truly special spot that leaves a lasting impression.
