JustWell Health Medical Group - Little Havana

As a healthcare provider, I’m very disappointed with my wife’s experience at this clinic. I referred her here expecting high-quality care, but the experience fell far below acceptable standards. The provider was dismissive and spent a significant portion of the visit discussing administrative issues rather than focusing on my wife’s health concerns. A medication that was promised was never properly sent to the pharmacy, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the front desk has been unhelpful and judgmental, insisting she schedule another appointment just to correct a prescription issue. It has been over a month, and she still has not received her medication. As a provider, I find this extremely concerning and far from appropriate patient care. I regret referring my wife here

Dr. Fox and his crew are simply amazing. The new facility on 1st avenue is beautiful spacious and complete. The girls at the front desk, in my experience, Griselle, are wonderful at follow up and making appointments for me and my wife who just joined Justwell! Roberto is experienced and exceptional at drawing blood. I highly recommend this one stop shop!

I really appreciate the high level of service and professionalism at JustWell Health – I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality healthcare in the Miami area.

Dr. Kevin and Jeffrey Fox have been the best practitioners I have ever had. The office staff mainly Kali with her attention to detail and professionalism is beyond amazing. Their office ambiance is like no other. Definitely rate them 10/10. It is a great feeling when the people aiding with our health are that involved. The best thing about this office is that appointments are available same day. I have never waited to get an appointment for any emergency issues I may have. This office treats me like family with love anytime I come in, and Dr. Blanco and his nurse treat me like their daughter. I always come out thoroughly taken care of and any issue I have is resolved. Very grateful for them, and will continue coming!
