JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Great location for a stay in Dubai. The canal-side setting is perfect for relaxing walks, and there are several good coffee spots nearby. The hotel itself is excellent — while it may feel slightly classic rather than brand-new, it is very well maintained and comfortable. The staff, including the managers, are outstanding and always helpful. The spa services are exceptional, easily among the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is also just a short ride from Dubai Mall, making it very convenient. There are several restaurants on-site where you can enjoy good food and spend quality time without needing to leave the property. Overall, a very pleasant and well-rounded stay.

Had a 4 night stay there with my family of 3 on vacation. I must say that the service was impeccable in all departments. From exiting the taxi, to staff in the lobby area, to staff at the lifts to cleaning service, room service, breakfast restaurant, allof the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The rooms are large with huge bathroom. Definitely a 5 star experience and worth the price I paid. I would definitely return. About 10 minutes away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall

Amazing hotel ,free shuttle to Dubai mall , amazing views.  Great breakfast with a variety of selection. We had a very warm welcoming and a great service during our stay. Special thanks to Janitha , the reception manager for the great welcoming and outstanding service. He assured us with a the room and provided ideas and information , with the best welcoming , while truly taking care of us. He is the reason for us planning to come to the hotel soon again. First time stayed at this Hotel and was extremely impressed with the service from every member of staff ie Reception, Concierge, Reservations, Staff in every Restaurant. Special mentions to Housekeeping (Anant & Binod) plus Guest Experience (Rina) who all exceeded expectations. Am well travelled and have stayed in many hotels but have never previously experienced a situation where every member of staff has constantly asked if there was anything they could do for me. Had a fabulous time at the Christmas Day and New Years Eve parties. Cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

I really enjoyed my stay at JW Marriot Marquis and would gladly come back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well arranged, with a very cozy bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.||||The hotel’s location was convenient and made getting around easy. It was also pleasantly quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms, great poolside facilities, and good food options. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The service, however, was a bit of a mixed experience the staff always followed up on requests, but delivery was noticeably slow. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during my stay and it’s a huge property with multiple towers, so that may have contributed. The only real downside for me was the location. It consistently took around an hour just to get out of the road opposite the hotel and leave the business district. If you’re on a tight schedule or have multiple meetings across the city, the traffic around this area can be quite challenging. Otherwise, a solid hotel with good amenities.

Out of any of the hotels I have stayed at, the JW Marriott Hotel, Dubai is the best of the best. The staff are on another level of helpfulness and are extremely friendly. The overall service is prompt and exceptional. I will be coming back very soon and I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay, perfect location, great rooms, and unbeatable service. This place is truly one of a kind.

Stayed at the JW Marriott Dubai and overall had a great experience. Apart from one personal complaint everything else was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall view and atmosphere of the hotel were beautiful. Would definitely consider staying again.
