"The owner from Hong Kong opened this dim sum restaurant in 2018. The room is simple and cosy; full-length windows let in natural light. Open only for breakfast and lunch, it prides itself on bite-sized gems crafted in-house from scratch. Seasoning is slightly tweaked for the local palate, but the owner strives to stay true to his childhood memories. Try the steamed tofu skin roll with chicken, fish maw and taro. Booking mandatory." - Michelin Inspector
Highly rated local dimsum restaurant with a strong social media presence, so getting a reservation was a challenge that adds up to the anticipation of an amazing meal. Got here for a 7am reservation on a sold out weekend, and honestly I had better dimsum. It's a 5 star service experience at a 5 star price; taste wise it's good too, but doesn't warrant the hype.

We found this restaurant through the Michelin app, doesn't mention about needing a reservation. We arrived at 0920, not one table was occupied. Asked if we had a reservation, we obviously did not. Saying we needed to book on Facebook.
Whilst trying to find alternative restaurants for breakfast. Not one person had arrived, we would have been in and out I'm 40 minutes if they were willing to let us in. They were so rigid and unwilling to help.
Most disappointing experience in a wonderful 2 weeks in Taiwan.

Second shop on the left, Easy to find, nice dim sum set meal shop. Simple menu but a complete meal, quite enjoyable and hearty food. Sold out early, usually take out only, make a reservation online (sometimes reservations available online)
