"For Iconic Yellowstone Pizza Pie Once you've finished snapping a dozen photos of the exterior of iconic K-Bar, you'll eventually wander inside, where you'll find yourself at the mercy of some fine Montana pizza pie. Enduringly popular with Yellowstone lovers, K-Bar has a happy, lively vibe, and some seriously delicious 'za; the Fireman's Supreme, with sausage, sauerkraut, and jalapenos, is a spicy taste of the West, while the Crazy Woman is another zest favorite. Check the web for winter hours."

Great pizza! Very cool place too, will definitly come back next time I'm in yellowstone. The buffalo chicken pizza was awesome! We had a mushroom and onion pizza which was also great. The staff (one guy lol) was very friendly and he did an excellent job.

Great place. Pizza was freshly made and thin crusted. Loved the garlic bread. Salad quantity was small but loved the toppings on the pizza. Medium pizza turned out to be huge so we had lots of leftovers for to go.

Nice bar with good pizza to eat along side a local beer. The staff is friendly, mostly what you would expect from a bar. Do not go here expecting restaurant service, they bring the menu, make a few beer recommendation, take your order, bring your food and check maybe once or twice after that. Overall, a great affordable place for pizza and beer.

Honest. I'm a level 7 local guide with Google. 176 reviews. World traveler. You won't get a more honest review. The food is great. Guests are odd. Be aware there are two stoves. And a small staff. We ordered one large. Came in 15 mins. Ordered a local beer. Easy. If you want 4 pizzas for 4 people. It'll take time. You come in 30 mins before close. It'll be a while. Staff is honest and straight forward. Owner is to the point. I'm originally from Arkansas and a lot of the guests seem to be from less rural states, but this place has heart. It's warm and inviting. Highly recommend.

We had the 14" supreme pizza! Very good...I would recommend it. Loved the crust! Even though they were busy and short staff, Heath was very friendly and polite and took great care of us! You must remember this is a bar, not a 5 star restaurant!

Such a very pleasant atmosphere and the food is amazing! We had a supreme pizza, a small Supreme Pizza; that was huge. When I said something about the pizza being so big, the owner turned and said," well, you are in Montana." Everything is made right there in front of you. Couldn't ask for better service.

Pizzas are delicious, I like the appropriate thickness and hardness of the crust, just how I liked it to be. The BBQ sauce on the pizza is amazing, all ingredients are tasty. The waiter is likable, decors very cozy.

My girlfriend asked if the house salad came with croutons (she has a gluten sensitivity) the waitress didn’t know what croutons where so she asked the other waitress what croutons where. She didn’t know either. We ended up having to ask the chef to find out if croutons came on the salad. I asked for a lemonade, but wanted to know what kind it was. None of the waitresses could give me an answer. There was a serious language barrier between us and all of the staff working. For a bar with such an American feel it sure didn’t feel like we were in America. Also, they use canned chicken on their salads which is incredible unappealing. Pizza dough taste like play-dough. Definitely do not recommend!

Yelp
Alternative to burgers and pizzas [Gardiner MT] On our last evening in Wyoming we were craving for something else other than burgers and pizza around Yellowstone. When we were here in 2014 there were more choices of places to eat, I don't know what happened but there's now a big space that are occupied by food trucks. There were not many restaurants between Yellowstone (North Entrance) and Bozeman and food places close up early so it's now or never. We checked out K-Bar and Yelp said that it was a pizza joint... hesitantly, allllriiiight then. Before we decided to get seated we took a look at the menu first... oh look! appetizers, sandwiches and entrées... and even a little bit of international fare here -- Asian, Greek, Mexican... and dessert! We decided to dine in. I chose to have the Fish & Chips and hubby wanted the Korean Fried Chicken... wait, what, rice?? My meal came with two large pieces (1/2-lb+ size portions) of battered fish + a generous serving of fries. It was very good. The restaurant had been owned by Cowboy's Lodge and Grille nearby and at the time of our visit the restaurant had only reopened for business on their 3rd week. They kept the same name except no burgers and pizza at this place. Also, they didn't have their alcohol license at the time and only offered non-alcoholic drinks, which was okay with us. The items are pricey. The staff was friendly and nice especially Shannon. Review #2332
