8 Photo-Worthy Restaurants and Coffee Shops in San Jose

"Expect springtime year-round at Vietnamese coffee and brunch spot K Café. The place is dressed to the nines — its pink ceiling covered in a flurry of silk flowers, gilded branches, bird cages, and an exorbitant number of chandeliers. If the weather is warm, join the goddess statues and life-sized horse sculpture in the garden patio. Outside, you will also encounter a mural featuring a row of colorful shops and the store’s owner with her two dogs. And the pièce de resistance? The food matches the atmosphere — so expect truffle mushroom eggs benedict on a patterned plate and flowers on your French fries." - Johanna Harlow

"If you’re looking to up your Instagram game, K Cafe is the spot to visit. With an interior that’s chock full of chic, floral, and vintage decor, visitors may feel as if they’ve teleported to a fairytale tea house. The brunch spot has a menu influenced by Asian and French delicacies including a wagyu beef Benedict and various rice and noodle dishes served with protein, vegetables, and eggs. The creative drinks are also a hit — the egg lattes and the dalgona coffee are some of the most popular coffee beverages, though there’s also an assortment of milk teas and boba drinks available." - Dianne de Guzman, Cathy Park

I recently visited this charming coffee shop, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. We ordered a Hazelnut Latte and a Caramel Latte, and both were exceptionally delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, offering just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the coffee. It’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients and put thought into crafting each drink. Every sip was smooth and flavorful, making it a delightful treat. The environment of the coffee shop was another highlight of the experience. The ambiance was calming and romantic, perfect for a relaxing morning or a peaceful afternoon. It felt cozy yet spacious, offering a great blend of warmth and comfort. It’s an ideal spot whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to read or a cozy place to chat with friends. The shop also offers a wide variety of breakfast and brunch options, which is perfect for those looking to enjoy more than just coffee. Whether you're stopping by for a quick snack or a leisurely meal, the menu has something for everyone. I was impressed by the variety and look forward to trying more of their offerings during my next visit. One of the most unique aspects of the place is its design. The shop is filled with plants and greenery, giving it a greenhouse-like feel. It’s a refreshing change from typical coffee shop decor and adds a natural, vibrant energy to the space. The ceiling, both inside and outside, is beautifully decorative, adding to the overall charm of the shop. It’s clear that a lot of thought and creativity went into designing the space, and it really makes the place stand out. On top of that, everything was extremely clean. The tables were spotless, and the restroom was one of the cleanest I’ve seen in any cafe. It's clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment for their customers. Overall, this coffee shop is a gem. From the delicious drinks to the beautifully designed space, it offers a fantastic experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for great coffee in a cozy, inviting setting.

Google
Great atmosphere and vibe! This place is gorgeous and very instagramable. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the food or the drinks we had. I'd be willing to try a different drink if I return, but I wouldn't recommend the croffle or mini pancakes.

This is a must visit Café, I can’t stress it enough. It’s highly popular, so if you really wanna have a serene experience, I suggest getting there early. This café had some of the most beautifully designed breakfast and seating areas. I’ve seen it in a long time. The ambience inside is decorated and beautiful colors, there’s indoor and outdoor seating areas with flowing fountains, flowers and nice chairs to sit in. This is highly Instagrammable. The breakfast offerings were really good too. Most of it is based around eggs, waffles, and other treats. They offer plenty of lattes and other coffees as well. The service was really friendly too. You need to order at the counter, and then they’ll call you when you food or drinks are ready. It was a really nice relaxing experience on a Saturday morning and will definitely be doing it again.

Wow! This place is absolutely beautiful, with a romantic ambiance and a lovely atmosphere. Just be aware that they don't take reservations, so expect to wait in a queue as it's a first-come, first-served basis. When you order at the counter, they'll provide you with a buzzer, and you can then take a seat at a table. Please be considerate not to occupy a table before ordering, as I witnessed someone doing so, and it can be quite annoying. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, although during the summer, it would be great if they had more umbrellas outdoors for shade as it can get too hot when the sun is beaming down on you. However, the food presentation is amazing, and their Vietnamese iced coffee is exceptionally strong – my eyes lit up right away! It's a fantastic spot to hang out with friends and family, and even their restrooms are beautifully decorated. Overall, a delightful experience!

This was our first time visiting K cafe and we loved it! You have to order your food first and then find a place to sit. They have beautiful cozy pink couches you can lounge on and enjoy your meal. They also have other tables and seats throughout the space so you can get comfortable anywhere you pick. There was a line to order food so we waited a bit and enjoyed taking pictures during that time. We got to ordering food and headed to a cute couch. We were buzzed when the food was ready. I got the combo with eggs and mushroom, a light salad, some fruits and hash. It was delicious. Our drinks were interesting but a little too sweet. I had mentioned to have very little sweet while ordering which I am not sure if they actually considered or forgot but if that was indeed little sweet then I think it's better to go for no sweet option next time. I also liked that they have an option to host parties here which would be perfect for a tea evening or bridal shower, baby shower or birthdays. They do have parking at the back but it's usually packed so save some extra time to look for street parking. Overall we enjoyed this place quite a bit and I see myself coming here more often with friends and family. I enjoyed the fact that the food was good in addition to the ambiance!

Google
Very cute vibes and the food was not bad. I'm not sure if I'd come again for the food specifically though, maybe just a drink. I liked the mango smoothie and the strawberry smoothie my friend ordered. The chicken and waffles were good but I mostly liked the chicken. It was juicy since it was on the bone. The waffle was just normal. I really liked the wagyu beef burger my friend ordered though and I felt it was especially enjoyable since they give you gloves to eat it with like at Korean fried chicken places.

I’ve been here a couple of times and am always excited for every visit. Perfect for a date with your partner or your best friend. Feels like I’m living in a different world 😅. Every time I introduce this place to someone new they love love love it!! I love their drinks as well. I got the lychee peach iced tea and loved it. Very refreshing!! The food is good but the highlight of this place is it’s ambience. Parking is a bit of a problem because the place is crowded and you’d need to look for roadside parking. Also prepare yourselves to be waiting for a bit, again because it’s crowded. Worth the wait though :)

Google
Parking and wait time to order will definitely depend on the time of the visit. I would suggest before 10am or after 1pm. We got there before the rush around 1030am, so we had no line to order and found seating for 2 easily. As we were finishing our meal, people were waiting around our table because all indoor seating was full, and they wanted to be ready to snag the next available seating. It was cold and rainy, so no one wanted to sit outside. The seating outside would be beautiful to enjoy on a warmer day. Place itself has limited parking (in the rear of the cafe) in their parking lot, so most likely, you will have to find street parking. This can also be a pain depending on the time of the visit as it is a residential area. I ordered the fusión breakfast, and it wasn't bad. For a more filling portion, order it with roasted potatoes or hash browns over the fruit. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and great taste. I paired that with the mint mojito latte. I would love to go back and try the chicken waffle Benedict (seems to be a popular choice), one of their non-breakfast options, and an iced fruit tea.

Yelp
Food was good. I liked the variety and combos. Crunchy potatoes, flavorful brunch. Atmosphere was pretty. Service needs improvement. I had to request the correct tea three times. Slow service. Not sure if the staff couldn't hear or didn't understand. The couch cushions are sagging and broken. Not proportional to table. Bathroom a bit run down. Needs a remodel.

Yelp
Came for lunch. Had waffle and drink. The deserts is just okay, nothing especially The seating outside is small and very sunny on the day that I came. It's uncomfortable to sit under the heat for long. The tables inside also covered with sunlight so can't sit for long Beware of the limited parking .. you have to find on street parking because their parking space is so small imo if it a few cars

Yelp
I visited K Cafe early on a Saturday because I heard how busy it can get and knew it doesn't take walk-ins. My friend and I ordered some entrees, and I had a lychee fruit drink. The lychee drink was just okay, and while the food was slightly better, it was still a bit bland and overpriced for the quality. The real star of this place is the decor. It's beautifully decorated and perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos. Despite the lovely ambiance, I probably won't be back due to the less than ideal food and high prices.

Yelp
Made a reservation for 5 for a baby shower. I had never been and it just looked so cute from pictures not to try. I got to the place 45mins early because I wanted to see the parking situation and I had gifts and flowers. Parking was horrible, no street and their lot is tiny. Thankfully I parked in red to unload gifts and then a group was leaving. People stay and chat and enjoy the experience so prepare yourself for parking. Dillon the manager was so nice and took the gifts and the table was decorated so cute. It was all pink for the shower since it was a girl. The food was delicious and so much. Since it was a reservation it was a fixed menu after choosing your lunch. The decore was incredible as well as the servers. We had a lovely time and be ready to eat and drink because portions are huge. Well worth the money spent.

Yelp
I asked the cashier which cream she recommended with a matcha latte and she chose puff cream, so I ordered an iced matcha latte with puff cream. It was ready in about 10 mins. The drink was pretty good and on the sweet side which I didn't mind, but just a heads up if you don't like drinks too sweet. Puff cream was a nice touch, reminded me of the one at Happy Lemon. Stomach did feel weird afterwards though. Drink was pretty pricey too. The total of the drink came out to be over $8. I wanted to try the shrimp toast but they mentioned that it was discontinued :( Didn't try the food this time around but looked pretty aesthetic. I get the sense that this spot is more for the decorations and vibes than the actual taste of food/drinks.

Yelp
Great for Instagram, taking a group (with a reservation), and for breakfast/lunch after visiting the Winchester Mystery House. The décor is very pretty and feminine with flowers, a chandelier, and lots of pink. For a while they were just open on the weekends but now have gone back to the regular time but are not open Mondays. Weekends can get very busy with a line out the door, but weekdays are more manageable. Their drinks are VERY sweet. I got a hazelnut latte and I couldn't finish it. The drinks are more geared for the boba set who adds sugar and sweetness to everything. They also charge $1 extra to have a drink in a mug rather than a paper cup which was weird, but I paid it because coffee always tastes so much better in a mug.

Yelp
I ordered the sweets tower and to say the least, I was disappointed by the portion size. For how much it costed, you'd expect a bit more or the dessert itself to be mind-blowingly good. Unfortunately, this was mid asf. Don't spend your money here unless you just want the items on the menu for the aesthetic.

Yelp
K Cafe is a beautiful cafe on the corner of a busy street that may be easily missed. There is a small parking lot in the back, which is usually full depending when you come by, but there is also plenty of street parking along the side as well. The interior as well as the exterior is very aesthetically pleasing and definitely Instagram worthy. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. On this particular visit, I tried their Combo Rice Platter with my choice of proteins - I chose grilled salmon and short ribs, and it had fresh fruit, grillled onions, rice, and 2 eggs - I chose poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. I also tried a variety of desserts and pastries. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba as well. Some of the appetizers/snacks I tried included French fries, garlic soy chicken, mini pancakes egg cream and syrup, shrimp tempura, and shrimp toast. I also tried a variety of desserts and sweets as well. The food was delicious - I enjoyed the salmon and short ribs, and the poached eggs and rice mixed with the hollandaise sauce was yummy as well. The jasmine milk tea had a bitter, but creamy taste to it.

Yelp
Long overdue brunchin with my bestie and I was not wanting to say out loud- but celebrating my birthday too. My bestie set up a wonderful brunch here. We enjoyed it all! She made reservations- yay for skipping the line! 1.5 hours of dining And there was a preset menu that at first comes off as intimidating but fairly easy to figure out. Definitely come hungry here. There is no shortage of treats. You'll get an appetizer tower, drink choice, your meal choice, tea, dessert tower and a drink to take with you. I'd love to rave about the tea- we had a lemon peach flavor and it was magnificent! The treats are perfect bite sized and flavors for everyone. This is a cute dining spot, very instagrammable inside and out. Not a place my hubby would prefer to go to but definitely for your gal pals and sisters. If I had suggestions, it would be for the restrooms to be checked on often and maybe fun-up the pen we used to fill out the menu (maybe use pink/champagne colored ones or wrap it with flower?) Parking is a pain but street park and walk. I think the neighborhood is used to all the cars. Dylan was a very sweet and attentive. I would come back to celebrate another occasion. Thank you for making my bday brunch lovely.

Yelp
Came here for the first time. This place is such a beautiful experience. The food was great! The staff members were very friendly. They have gender neutral restrooms. But tables are a first come first serve basis. You order your food then find an available table to sit. Parking is a hassle. You'll have to park in the residential area. So, comfy shoes are recommended.

Yelp
This is a super adorable spot for a girls' day out. Parking is not too bad with street parking. The wait can be super long sometimes. The decor inside is so dreamy. I ordered the chicken waffle benedict and the size so super generous. I could't even finish half of it by myself. Chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and juicy. The hollandaise sauce was creamy, and the egg was perfectly poached. The soy-garlic fries were thin, crunchy, and savory. The waffle was so fluffy and paired so well with the sweet, fresh fruit and honey. It was like a 3-courses meal in one plate. The teahouse is self-seating and can get packed really quickly. Make sure to get there early to secure a good table for yourself.

Yelp
The food looks lovely but it comes with a side of 2 scrambling cockroaches crawling up the side of the wall!! Our table was at the corner of the cafe by the cafe counter. I don't know if it was a good thing that we saw the cockroaches after we ate all the food! The ick factor for this restaurant was at a high for me. We opted for indoor dining because outdoor patio chairs & table were covered in dust & pollen. It really wouldn't hurt for them to sweep off dust and debris before service. Inside, decor is dusty & allergy provoking. The chairs were stained and gray/black smudges from frequent handling. Really unappetizing to look at the condition of the cafe and then eat. It really could use an upholstery cleaning! Would not come here again. They need to do something immediately about the cockroach situation. The appearance of 2 in the span of 2 hrs is highly unnerving. No IG post is worth a date with cockroaches!

Yelp
Came here for breakfast but not good food "dry pancakes and a lot of roaches in the floor and the walls "but great place for photos

Yelp
First time trying this place and I really liked the ambience here. I wasn't a big fan of the food to be honest but the decor, the drinks and vibes were really on point. It can get crowded very easily and might be hard to find a nice place to sit. But overall, it was worth trying it.
google avatar

Yelp
Brought some family members visiting to see this place since they've seen all the aesthetic pictures and decorations. Our niece enjoyed how pretty everything looked. Ordered the matcha latte, iced flan coffee and dalgona coffee. The drinks itself were nothing out of this world. Felt like the matcha tasted more like milk than matcha. And everyone else thought the coffee was dilute.

Yelp
drinks were so yummy, viet egg coffee and matcha egg latte were what we got service is good too, it's a cute cafe w pretty decor and u can also stay in and get a tea set w food w ur friends tea party style! def wanna try next time hehe

Yelp
Pros: They mostly serve breakfast items. The food is seasoned well and comes in huge portions. Plenty of sides to choose from. They also have all types of drinks, desserts and cake options on the menu. It is a great place for instagram photo opportunities Cons: the wait for the food can take a bit of time. The restaurant is often busy and can get crowded easily, especially during the weekend lunch times. - But you could also sit outside and immerse yourself in the beautiful fairytale-like patio seating Best Sellers: some of my friends swear by their chicken and waffles. The eggs Benedict with roasted potatoes is one of my favorites for breakfast. They also have a beautiful three-tiered tea set with cakes and desserts that is great for sharing and looks beautiful(unfortunately we forgot to get pictures of it) Tips: After their recent renovation, the restaurant is now completely open to the public everyday. Their new updated hours of operation is from 8AM to 3PM

Yelp
I highly recommend making a reservation if you plan to come here. I saw people wait over an hour to be seated. It's a very popular and poppin brunch spot. Understandably so, the service is sweet, the menu is extensive, the portions are large and the decorations are so cute and over the top. It definitely transports you to a tea party environment. Although the tea party option is pricy $110 per person, I'd say go for it if you're going to, do it. This comes with one of their tea options, of which they have many. I got an iced taro add egg foam with boba. It was my favorite part of the whole experience. Then you have many different brunch options to choose from ranging from classic brunch to more lunch style options. Before the food comes out, they bring out towers of appetizers. This was really fun because everyone could try different stuff. There was cheesy shrimp toast, fries, wings, fried chicken rolls, and fruit with whipped cream. The whipped cream was top tier. For lunch I got the salmon and short ribs with a side of hash browns and salad. The hash browns are standard freezer hash browns so knowing that I'd go with a different option. The plates are HUGE. It's a large portion. After that, they bring out the dessert towers and the actual tea. You're definitely paying for the experience, but it's worth doing at least once.

Yelp
Solid 3 star experience! Very cute and aesthetically pleasing place. I'm sure most people come here for all the cute Instagram photos you can take (good job K Cafe on service dual purposes!) Came here on a Friday for lunch and it wasn't too busy so we were able to find a seat fairly quick. Tables are close to each other and chairs are huge so it's a little stuffy. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and I was unfortunately not at all impressed :( the food wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. For $20 I could definitely get a better smoked salmon Benedict elsewhere. Overall, cool ambience and I'm glad I went and tried it out but probably won't go back unless it's just for the sake of enjoying the space.

Yelp
I've driven past this place a few times and never noticed it. Parking is very small. You would have to find parking around the neighborhood. My friend wanted to stop by for a quick study session. This place is one of the most aesthetically appealing restaurants here in SJ. I recommend making a reservation before coming because this place gets busy. The portions are large here. I got the Salmon Benedict with fries. Both were very tasty. The fries were garlic fries. I also got the taro drink. It was just your normal taro, nothing special. For dessert I got the mocha cake. The worker didn't give me the correct slice, I believe she gave me the almond slice which was very disappointing. Lacking flavor. When coming here you are definitely paying for the experience. But its a cute spot to try.

Yelp
Huge size portions. Their coffee was really good, and their tiramisu even better. Recommended.

Yelp
Located in San Jose, parking is limited and hard to find. The decor inside and outside is super cute. It's very floral and the statues are pretty cool. The music is jazz which makes this place very vibey. Vietnamese coffee with dalgona cream (5/5): super fragrant. Good balance between the milk and coffee. The dalgona coffee added this extra layer that made this drink so delicious. Egg, ham and cheese croissant (3/5): pretty pricey. The croissant was toasted well. There was quite a bit of cheese which I feel disrupted the flavor. The egg was great though. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, K cafe patisserie & tea house is a cute little cafe. The food could use improvement but the coffee/espresso drinks were delicious.

Yelp
Beautiful place, aesthetic picture spot, great vibes! This place is definitely one of those hyped places that people go for brunch. The line is always long (you order your food first and then find free seating afterwards). They had to pause orders a bit to catch up before they continued taking orders which I definitely respect. I got the Salmon Benedict, and it was alright. The salmon didnt taste very fresh, they use a LOT of spinach in the benedict. I got roasted potatoes as my side and they were pretty good, Overall i think the food was pretty mid, but the company and overall setting makes this place great. I also got a Matcha Latte and it was a solid 3/5 also. Slightly missing some flavor. Overall, nice place and would go here again if its with friends but I'll probably try another entree

Yelp
I wanted to like this cafe more but maybe I have to come back at a better time and give the other menu options a try. Our beef soba and wagyu were cold. It was disappointing. We asked for our food to be warmed but I guess they just threw it in a microwave since it was still cold in some areas when I got it back. We decided to just deal with it, so be cautious when ordering meals with meat. The indoor decor was so pretty, but there's not a lot of places to sit. I wish the outside decor was equally pretty because it didn't feel as fun.

Yelp
We went on a Friday morning for brunch and couldn't spot the place at first. It is right in the roadside but we missed it coz from outside it looks like a regular place. There is a small parking space for around 8-10 cars and that was full already. Street parking was hard to find as it was full too. Parked in another street nearby & a walk of 5 min. Once you get in the gate it feels like a different world, full of greens, floors and wonderful lights. It is basically an Instagrammable place right in the city hustle. The place has a small indoor seating and larger outdoor seating and the former looked beautiful but crammed. Anyways we had to stand in the Q for 5-10 min to the self serve station. There we ordered a chicken waffle, chicken waffle benedict with a side of fries, dalgona coffee and coffee latte with boba. The price is a bit expensive and they charge extra for even choosing a cup to drink there & not the to-go cup. Once we get the order placed they give a remote which will vibrant when the order is ready. We had to pick the food up from the counter and it was a lot. Basically the plate quantity is for 2 and then it was not that expensive. There was 4 chicken leg pieces with the waffle, along with cream and fruits. The chicken benedict waffle had 2 poached egg, 3 fried chicken thighs, waffle and fruit and a big plate of fries. These came with syrup and tomato sauce. The drinks were both good & came in pretty cups & I will definitely buy the chocolate latte again. Tummy was too full & had to take some to-go.

Yelp
The K must be for katastrophic. I should have paid more attention to my fellow Yelpers! Summary: I paid $110 per person for what's the equivalent of a really poorly made Denny's Grand Slam breakfast and sad, homemade baked goods. Oh, and the service sucked too! On a positive, the place is cute, and there's a good variety of tasty drinks. Honestly, I feel completely scammed. The food is greasy, tasteless, and uninventive. It comes out cold, and the presentation is the pits. Am I too much of a diva to expect jam to come in a jar and not at plastic single-serve after paying so much? The servers mean well, but they have not been adequately trained (perhaps they are relatives?). The service is slow but also clumsy...they literally scrapped our plates at the table, combining remnants...so gross! We capped off our experience with the included dessert tower, which was depressing. It appeared to be whatever desserts were leftover from the week prior. They were boring, dry, and one note. To end on a high, the drinks are tasty, and if you pay for the experience $100+, the refills are free. So, if you can pound like 15 of those bad boys, you might almost get your money's s worth.

Yelp
K Cafe is one of the most aesthetically appealing restaurants in the Bay Area. The floral displays along the ceiling and cute furniture pieces inside along with vintage tables and beautiful statues outside add to the lovely atmosphere. We reserved a table to celebrate a birthday and tried several options: chicken and waffle, grilled shrimp and soba noodles, short ribs and salad, and classic Benedict. We also enjoyed several hot and cold tea options and the appetizer and dessert towers. For the most part, the food was good (minus the burnt hash browns) and the portions are a good size. Other than the feeling of being rushed out, the service was pretty good.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with my girl friends and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. Let me start off by saying that this restaurant is so instagramable!! Upon entering, there are so many spots for Instagram pics. Make sure you come here and dress to impress so you can take lots of cute pics with the props they have here. The interior is very pretty with tons of flowers chandeliers and mirrors. You order your food at the counter and you get a buzzer. When the buzzer vibrates , you go to the counter to bring your own food to your table. It's kind of self-service, but I'm ok with that. Now, I gotta say the quality of food exceeded my expectation. After reading Yelp reviews, I was expecting a mediocre meal and mostly came here for cute pics. But everything we ordered tasted pretty good. My favorite was the fries ( without soy garlic glaze) and the fried chicken. The fries were crispy , flavorful except for the part that was covered in sauce ) the fried chicken leg had very good flavor and also juicy inside. They peach lychee drink also tasted very refreshing. Service is non existent. Its kind of a self service place. So 1 less star for that reason. Overall a good meal that exceeded my expectations.

Yelp
My friend and I came here because we saw a beautiful photos of the café on Instagram, and honestly just wanted cute pictures. The cafe really is as beautiful as it looks online--the decorations, everywhere and flowers all over the walls and ceiling, great for photos! The actual food was fine, each plate was pretty sizably portioned. One thing to note is that it does get pretty crowded, but the seats are first come first serve. You might have to scope out spots before you order in order to have a table by the time your food is ready. Parking is also difficult as well, we ended up parking in the residential area about a five minute walk away.

Yelp
Amazing food and friendly staff The whole atmosphere is awesome, very pretty and romantic

Yelp
If you're looking for an IG-worthy cafe, K Cafe is where it's at! As you walk up to the door of the cafe, you'll already find yourself surrounded by beautiful wisterias! Once you enter, it feels like you've been transported to a secret garden! The ceiling is covered in flowers and sparkling chandeliers. The outdoor seating area is also very cute! Their menu consists of brunch and Asian fusion dishes. Most of their portions sizes are huge! I enjoyed the Grilled Shrimp and the Short Rib with Rice Plates. Both come with a side of tasty mushrooms and grilled onions, salad, two eggs, and rice. Their Wagyu and Egg Muffin also really surprised me! It's super savory and tasty, plus it comes with a choice of fries, garlic soy fries, hash browns, roasted potatoes, fruit, or salad. Love the variety of sides! K Cafe is definitely a cute spot for high tea! I recommend getting a pot of tea and pairing it with one of their Sweets Towers! They have three different size towers to choose from with cakes and mini desserts, and it's always really nicely decorated. You can also get desserts a la carte--they have so many to choose from! If you're into a fancier drink than plain tea, they have lots of other coffee and tea options, including their famous egg coffee and puff cream drinks as well. There is usually a long wait by the late morning and afternoon, so I recommend going early in the morning if you can! The parking lot is also pretty small, but street parking is also available.

Yelp
Very cute and feminine cafe, indoors as well as outdoors. Food is a bit pricier than they're worth, but at face value is in line with other cute / hipster cafes in the area. My friend and I booked a reservation, which you can only do if you're willing to pay for their set menu (at the time of booking was $65/person weekday, $85/person weekend). The set menu comes with a fried appetizer tower, 1 main dish, 1 drink with free refills, and a dessert tower. I chose chicken & waffles for my main dish, and their sparkling guava juice. Food was not bad! Not anything to write home about, but decent. Also, there was so much food, honestly could've fed 4 people instead of 2. Overall, would definitely recommend coming here more for the gram than for the food. Other notes: service is friendly, but not super attentive / consistent. Parking is terrible, their lot only holds maybe 6 cars, and nearby street parking looks like it's always full. Definitely be prepared to walk a little ways!

Yelp
Surprisingly, the indoor was almost full on a weekday. The place has whimsical decorations. It's very nice and lovely even the outdoor patio. The staff was nice and the service was quick. Our food and drinks came out hot. I ordered the beef benedict and the grapefruit tea. It was delicious! The plates they use to serve the food was huge..however, it's not good for sharing. Also, parking is at the back of the restaurant but is limited. There is always street parking.

Yelp
Really old bacon (stone cold and super overcooked), out of stock on the sausage that was supposed to come with the meal (they gave us more stale bacon to compensate) LOL, no consistency in drinks (my friend and I ordered the exact same drink and they came out completely differently). Eggs and potatoes were average. Decorations and furniture need to be cleaned and straightened up. Otherwise a cute venue, great for photos.

Yelp
Did not orginally know this was a order at the counter and then sit down kind of restaurant. They won't let you grab a table until you order regardless of how busy it is. The food was good and the portions are huge so I feel the price is fair. The decor around the place is so cute and very instagram post worthy. Flavored coffee drinks is a little too sweet for my taste so that was not my favorite. Would go again for a girls brunch. Be prepared for long lines and a hard time finding a seat indoors.

Yelp
I stopped by this place as it was trendy a lot online for its interior design and cute aesthetics. The restaurant was very nice and did have a really cute ambiance, perfect place to go with friends. Though I would say the food wasn't anything special. It was good, and the plating was very nice. A bit on the pricer end for the portion sizes I would say. I tried the noodles and the Benedict, both were good but it didn't really standout. I think my favorite part was the fries, they were super crispy which I loved. We also tried a fruit tea, which tasted good like a fruit tea from a normal boba shop, and we got a coffee based drink too. The service was good, it was busy and they managed to get our food out fast.

Yelp
We decided to eat here during Labor Day weekend. Surprisingly the line wasn't too bad, and we were able to find parking right away. Place has a cute decor, similar to K on the Go and Sons and Garden - hmm Although, even if the line wasn't long, we still had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our order bcuz they were behind in preparing the orders already made. So the cashier will stop taking orders and tells everyone in line to wait 15 to 20 minutes. As soon as we ordered, we had no trouble finding a table which was good. Then the food came quickly which was another plus. After taking a bunch of photos of our food , as soon as we dug in, we were underwhelmed by the taste. Everything looked good but the wow factor wasn't there considering the prices of their food. Ohhh, and they charge for every little thing like a $1 if you want your drink there, in real cup, or otherwise get a TOGO cup - My Patty Melt burger was pretty good, and wifey got chicken and waffles, chicken was disappointing. Then, we each got our own TOGO coffee drinks and all in all paid $78 total with tip. It's good for pictures but who's cleaning all the decorations? They are getting dusty and we see some cobwebs. Another thing to think about when eating here especially later on.

Yelp
One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a very long time - K Cafe beat all expectations! If you're looking to be pampered, go the prepaid reservation route. At first it will seem a bit pricey, however, for the service, the food, the best seating in the house, it's so worth every penny. Our server was Dylan & he was a dream. It's clear hospitality is essential for this establishment, it comes second to none. Dylan was checking on us at all the right moments, knew exactly what to say & how to say it. He even offered to take a photo for us (& they are so so nice!) - we were floored! We were there to celebrate a birthday & each plater had a tag that said "happy birthday!" For the birthday girl. The added level of love was extraordinary. The food was delicious. They specialize in teas, coffees, brunch foods, lunches, & pastries. Everything cooked to perfection. We had everything from an all American breakfast, to breakfast sandwiches, to egg Benedict. Complete silence from the table once that food came because the food was that good. Portions are hefty as well, with food & drinks! You get free refills on drinks- but beware! If you get the Vietnamese coffee (which is strong & oh so good) you are stuck with that for the remainder of the meal! The way K Cafe is decorated is just as good, if not better than the photos. There is so much incredible attention to detail. each table has its own special detail May that be a table cloth or a special chair. & all their dishes are mismatch retro which I absolutely fell in love with. Very classy. They even sell a little bit of retail; mugs, wine classes, & they have eyelash bar! We had our reservation for 9:00am & by 9:45am the line for walk-ins was down the street. We did have to prepay for our spot & meal, but we picked what we wanted when we sat down. It was well worth it. Highly recommend this place. It is great for everyone, especially families. There is Inside & outside seating however all of it is very limited. FYI: parking is a nightmare. You'll have park in residential & walk a long way. But do not let this deter you!

Yelp
Such a pretty place. This place is perfect for girls date, mother daughter date or even for photoshop. Beautiful setting inside and outdoor patio. Food also is very pretty. Benedict are done right. My only complain would be the price as it's a bit on the high side. The breakfast place is about $28. Prettiness don't come cheap. Service is pretty much self service. You get a pager after you order and you have to pickup your food when your pager vibrate.

Yelp
This café is a beautiful place to take photos and eat good food. It's decorated with a lot of flowers and warm lighting. Their bathroom was also decorated with pretty paintings. Their menu has a variety of dishes so you can choose to eat sweet or savory. The food was pricey, but it was a decent amount of food. We finished most of our meal but I ended up taking a little bit of leftovers home. When we arrived, there was quite a bit of customers but not super busy. It took around ~15-20 mins for us to receive our food but the drinks came out pretty quick and the food came out hot. I got the mango passionfruit tea and it was pretty tasty. I got the chicken & waffle, fiancé got the wagyu cheeseburger. The chicken & waffle came with fresh fruits on top of a dollop of whipped cream which added some sweet freshness to the dish. Both dishes were delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Overall, I'd come here for a special occasion or if I want to take cute photos for social media but I wouldn't come here regularly due to the price.

Yelp
K Cafe Patisserie & Tea House is such a beautiful vibe the minute you walk in! A princess' fairytale tea house and paradise! Gorgeous flower ceilings filled with shiny chandeliers and bird cages. Aside from being the prettiest tea house in San Jose, Kcafe offers delicious breakfast options from Eggs Benedicts to Fried chicken and waffles. The fried chicken with waffles is a must!! The chicken was so tasty, while the Fusion Breakfast was delicious! Don't forget their desserts! We ordered their Besties Sweet Tower: Red Velvet, tiramisu along with their Teapot: Berries Rose Hot Herbal Tea. It was the perfect way to start a tea party.

Yelp
Super fun experience. Great service. Good food. But a definite must try once type of place. Great for unique entertaining of out of town guests.

Yelp
Such a lovely cafe. Can't not take photos here lol. Decor is too cute and pretty. Parking was a challenge. Exterior seating was plenty. Interior seating was nice and dainty. Lots of florals decorating the ceilings and wall portraits. Order at the counter first or scan the menu. My friends and I shared shrimp soba noodles (sweet and savory), Korean ribs with green salad (sweet dressing) sautéed mushrooms/onions two medium sunny eggs white rice plate, truffle mushroom Benedict flavored fries. Boba beverages and coffee were good I got the coffee milk tea and boba, my friend got the flan boba and hot coffee latte.

Yelp
I can't believe I have worked down the street from this gorgeous restaurant for months, only to find out about it before I leave my job. The place is Instagramable and has a good amount of seating. My coworker and I got here during lunchtime, and it was starting to get busy. The restaurant policy is that you order first, and then you pick a seat. I had ordered chicken and waffles and Vietnamese white coffee, and my friend ordered the Grilled Salmon Rice Plate and Tiramisu cake. The food was delicious! The chicken wings were well seasoned and crispy, and the waffles were light and airy. They had a side of creme and fruits that paired well with the waffles. The coffee was delicious and not too strong, just as advertised. Overall, I will be back and will take my hubby the next time! The only thing I find different is that they are only open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But always check their website for upcoming closures or menu changes.

Yelp
My husband took me to this stunning cafe for my birthday. Beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor patio areas. It is spacious and lots of seating. Ambience and decor is very elegant with flowers and sparkling chandeliers. Outdoor patio area is also very pretty, feels like you're dining in a secret garden. As you enter the cafe you order at the counter, then find a table or sitting area. We decided to sit in the outdoor patio because the inside was full at that time. We had ordered the Crispy Bacon Benedict, a Sweet Tower (desserts), and a pot of hot tea. Everything we ate was presented beautifully and delicious. My favorite was the Sweet Tower which came with a slice of cake (your choice) and 10 mini desserts. It matched well with our hot pot of Jasmine tea. I loved the tea set it was a pretty pink porcelain. It made my tea more enjoyable. The only down side to our visit was the parking. They have a tiny parking lot in the back but very minimal parking spots and it was full. We went around the block twice and ended up parking down the road, maybe a 1/4 mile, parked on the street in the residential area. This cafe gets understandably busy. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion, a lunch date or friend's meetup. It is a gorgeous cafe.

Yelp
I was really skeptical to go here when I first saw photos. The decor seemed like it was just an Instagram place. But I was pleasantly surprised and really loved it. First, yes, it looks like a girly Instagram place. But it's more than that. The food is really good and it's actually not as expensive as I thought it'd be. Dour big pieces of fried chicken with the chicken and waffle. And it was EXCELLENT chicken. The croissant with eggs, ham and cheese was the best deal and sooo good. If you like breakfast sandos, this is for you. The Wagyu egg muffin comes with a patty and egg. Good but much more subdued flavor than the croissant. Classic breakfast is just that... classic what you'd expect. Hash browns are kind of like the type you get from Trader Joe's (individual formed pieces) but seems deep fried which makes them incredibly tasty. They also have deserts and coffees. Interestingly they have a fake eye lashes versing machine. My one critical comment is they should have all the food ready at once before they give it. Our order came out in three separate times. Also, their pagers constant beeping are a bit annoying. Maybe set them to vibrate only. I'm still going to go back though because it was fun and good.

Yelp
This is definitely an Instagramable spot. Both the outdoor and indoor decorations is so cute and very beautiful. Definitely book reservations to this place if you want a tea party with your gals. The weekend gets super busy especially around noon time. So I would advice coming early if possible. You will get your food within 10-15min. Food Review: (1) Soba Noodles with Chicken = 6/10 - the dish is okay. A quick dish that I would expect a college student to make . I couldn't finish this dish and had to toss half of it. (2) Vietnamese Iced Egg Coffee = 10/10 - this drink is amazing. I would definitely order it again (3) Fusion Classic Breakfast = 8/10 - Delicious. The portion isn't as big as a classic dinner. But it was still good. (4) Classic Egg Benedict = 8/10 - Delicious, but smaller portions compared to the diner and the price you pay for your meal

Yelp
This place is cute af! I've been here twice: once before going wedding dress shopping with some girlfriends where we had a reservation for their high tea and the second time for a walk in early Mother's Day celebration. Def come early as possible because there's not much parking and longs are line. But food comes out fast and great quality! Their hot dalgona coffee is delicious and so is the fruit crowned waffle. Def an Instagrammable place where you can dress cute and take pics at, but probably not somewhere I would go that often for just the food and the drinks cuz of the crowds and walk-in first come, first serve style. But this is an awesome choice for an early walk-in brunch! When I walked in for brunch on a drizzly Sat in May, we were able to get an indoor table for 6 by luck. We came in around 10-1030am. Downsides are they pretty much never pick up the phone and it's first come first serve seating, so that can be tricky. Officially you can't sit at a table unless you have a buzzer for orders.

Yelp
WHEN: Wed @ 11:30am PARKING: They have their own parking lot but it's super cramp and limited. Otherwise since around the corner from this cafe is a neighborhood, you can find free street parking. So when you get here, you place your order at the counter first, and will be given a buzzer that lets you know when your order is ready to pick up from the counter. It's self seating so first come first serve. My lovely friend and I wanted to do the Sweet Towers but those are only available on weekends :( As lovely and "instagram able" this cafe is, I was surprised to how cheap their plates and cutleries are: plastic knife and fork, and styrofoam plates. Really? At least the plates our food came out in where actual dishes. So here's what he had instead: MATCHA EGG-LATTE - $7 Such a cute cup it was served in! The drink was okay and the egg part just tasted like it was served with cream. LYCHEE STRAWBERRY SLUSHIE - $7 Icy with mini fruit bits always come with milk unless otherwise requested. This cold beverage has a bottom layer of milk with the fruit slushee on top. Looks pretty and you can blend it all together by hand. Quite refreshing actually. Lychee was subtle. SMOKED SALMON BENEDICT - $19.50 Smoked Salmon, sautéed Spinach, Poached Eggs, Hollandaise sauce, English Muffin, Roasted Potatoes, Fresh Fruit or House Salad. I didn't get salad nor fruit so I'm not sure why the menu says that. Maybe it's a new update since the price increased by $1. This dish wasn't very good. The eggs were fine, but the potatoes tasted dry, starchy and old. Like it's been sitting out for hours. Felt pricy for what you're getting. LEMON TART - $6.95 Lovely presentation and sweet. For lemon dessert lovers out there. STRAWBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE - $8.25 This little cheesecake had a tiny swirl of strawberry jame and a strawberry macaron on top! So cute and placed on a gold Doyle. This place is definitely more about the decor and setting. So come dressed up looking cute and take photos!
