My family and I went to check this place out today and the chicken was delicious! We all thought it could use some salt and pepper but overall it was good! The chicken was crispy and moist. We ordered the original wings and tenders and got the sauce on the side. The French fries were slightly crispy on the outside and pillow like on the inside, very good. The waiter we had was very nice and checked on us several times. I am very sad though because we left our take home food on the table because the wings are twice the size of Wingstop and we just couldn’t finish it 😫 we do highly recommend this place ♥️

Some Fridays they’re halal (call and ask), so of course I had to try. I first tried the gochugang wings through an online order, and it was quite good. The portions are full of quality, very filling, and a great price! I always end up with leftovers. I dined in to try the spicy soy tenders with parmesan truffle fries- also very good, but I realized I’m not a parmesan girlie and wish I got the curly fries instead. Flavors were personally not spicy at all for me, but still good. I forgot to grab the name of the person who helped us when we dined in, but he was VERY helpful, full of wonderful energy, and had a great personality. Thank you for your recommendations!

Quality fried chicken with flavorful Korean sauce. Dining inside has limited space if you plan on eating at the restaurant. Food was served fresh and hot.

I was visiting family in the area and saw K-Chick pop up as one of the best chicken spots nearby, so I figured I’d give it a try. Honestly, the hype is real. The spicy flavors have the perfect kick, the kind that hits you but still lets you taste how good the chicken actually is. And the sweet flavors? So good. They’re crispy, sticky, and just the right amount of sweet without being too much. I kept slowing down while eating because everything tasted that good. What surprised me most was the service. The owner actually came out to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It felt really personal, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. And I can see why they sometimes run out of chicken. Even though they order a lot, people come in and get these huge orders because the food is just that good. I’m already planning to stop by again before I head back home. If you’re in the area, you definitely need to try this place.

The house sauce is chefs kiss!! The chicken was ok as far as seasoning but the sauce on the wings was really great! I’ll definitely be back!

I really do not like leaving a review like this especially when the other reviews are raving! I ordered delivery. When my chicken came, the box was COMPLETELY opened and the bag was not sealed! I don't know if this is on the delivery person or the restaurant BUT I do know, the restaurant should seal their bags with ppl food in it that they paid for! Not sealing the food up shows lack of care for the Quality of the food and how it is presented so why would I want to eat there! So, its safe to say I am blaming the restaurant because it's their product and their name! See the picture attached, exactly how you see the chicken is exactly how it was sitting in front of my door inside the bag that was not sealed, COMPLETELY open! It sucks too becuase reading the reviews, I was super excited but never again! F-

Stop eating at Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop and eat here instead. Fabulous! A 4 piece will fill you up. Huge pieces. Delicious. The flavors taste real too.

Small place for dine in or take out. Honey butter garlic, spicy soy, and creamy onion were all good. Got three 6 piece tender combos for 40 something for me and the family and we all have leftovers. Definitely would go again. Yummy.

Everything about our visit was top notch. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The food tasted amazing, loved that even though my chicken was covered in sauce, they stayed crunchy and delicious. The space was small but comfortable. Great experience!

The guy who took our order was very nice, the cook messed up on our order and ended up putting sauce on the chicken Instead of side and he bought us out extra chicken tender and came out to apologize himself.... Not sure of the flavors but the white sauce was my favorite

This spot was well worth the 30 minute drive. Food was fresh and delicious! The Soy Garlic and Spicy Gochujong wings were fantastic. The parm truffle fries were SO good. Tip: Try the creamy garlic sauce. chefs kiss. The two waiters at the front were kind, insightful and attentive! Highly recommend this place!

An amazing first visit!! For those who know this used to be The Donut Nest - one of my absolute favorites until they shut down. As I spoke to Ryan - the manager, his parents own this location as well as The Donut Nest on 33rd & Boulevard. I've been wanting to try this place out for quite some time. Luckily, I managed to try today! I was not disappointed! I opted for the lunch special 6 pc Tenders w/Spicy Gochujang - a great choice! As I spoke with Ryan we had a great conversation about the business, the food, traveling! Since it was after the lunch hour and the customers cleared out it allowed us to have a good conversation! This is a small place but could easily sit between 20-30 people. Although I'm only giving them a 4 Star they can easily be a 5! I'm just wanting to try more!

My husband and I were looking for something new to try and decided on here. The folks working were super helpful and pleasant. They made recommendations since it was our first visit. We had dumplings to start, which were tasty. For main dishes we had the honey butter garlic tenders, the spicy gochujang tenders, and sweet potato fries. All were really good. Wish there had been a bit more spice to the spicy but still a great flavor. All portion sizes were large. Will definitely return!

We stumbled in here by mistake but man was it was our lucky day! The chicken strips are huge. They are very juicy and flavorful. The guy behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. He recommended the sweet onion and it was amazing! We will be back to try more flavors.

Oh my word! These chicken tenders and all of their different kinds of dipping sauces are outstanding!! You get 6 good size tenders for just over $10! The tenders are slightly crispy and so juicy. My personal favorite sauce was the creamy onion but I'll have to try the tangy mustard next time. The staff was super helpful and very nice too. Come try this place!

Went in for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at the casual comfy atmosphere the place had. The server was very friendly and extremely attentive. He made sure to give a full run down of the menu and checked in to make sure everything was great during my first visit. The food itself was fantastic. I ordered a 6 wing combo for lunch with the spicy soy flavor and the parmesan fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and crispy. Great crunch to the fried chicken. My server also did a great job guiding me to a flavor I ended up very much enjoying on spice level and full of flavor. Will definitely be going back for more

Had this the other day! It was really good! Was looking for Korean Fried food & I believe I found my place. The staff was very helpful & patient. The honey butter & the soy yess‍ the wings & tenders were cooked perfectly! This place is great!!

Came in for a to go order and it was good! Portions were good and taste was very good! I am looking for a BonChon alternative and their soy garlic definitely hits the spot with the fresh rice and radish! The soy flavoring sauce can get a bit overwhelming (salty) so I tend to brush off the extras but otherwise super good! Waaay better than bbq chicken!!

Great chicken, with great flavor! The home butter garlic was by far the best! More of a to go type place, but there is seating if you insist, though the service seems kinda meh. We will definitely be back for more!

This has become our new favorite chicken spot. My boyfriend is hooked and has been going about twice a week for almost 2 months now. The chicken is juicy and always tastes fresh. Their lunch specials are a great deal. My favorite is the garlic soy which I believe is most popular. The girls inside are always so sweet and kind. Food always comes out fast. The ambiance is pretty simple but modern and relaxing, we usually get our food to go. P.s. I dare to say that they also have some of the best shrimp tempura I've ever had in OKC.

This new spot has lots of potential. They have a very small curated menu and what they offer, they do well. With this small of a menu, I don't think you can "order wrong." We dined in. I really enjoyed the boneless creamy onion chicken tenders. If you enjoy creamy onions + chicken, this combo is fantastic and was my favorite of all the styles we tried. My dining partner enjoyed the boneless tangy mustard with scallion as well as the boneless garlic soy. I'm looking forward to see the menu evolve. We really were missing the acid (pickles / pickled onions / pickled cucumbers) during our meal. I would have also loved some selection of non-fried side items (some kind of tasty salad). This meal is very fried-forward. If I'm going all on on fried food for a meal, I'd like the option to wash it down with a cold, light lager beer of some kind. They didn't have their liquor license when we were there (early Sept. 2022). I hope that changes soon! I can't wait to see how they continue to evolve their menu as the foundation is delicious. For me to think of going here more often I guess I'd like to see a bit more balance of fried to non-fried items. Their take-out business was poppin'. I suppose if you were getting this to take home you could supplement the meal with things you have at home (salad, pickles, beer) and I bet that's a 5/5 experience. September 2022

We tried the crispy fried wings, honey butter garlic wings, and K-Sandwich combo. Maybe the frying oil was old, because something tasted very off. The fries were overly crispy, but not soft on the inside. The original crispy lacked flavor in the batter. The honey butter garlic was too sweet and sauce texture was really thin. Something was terribly off overall (the oil?) that we stopped eating even though we weren't full and tossed the rest. The service was friendly and fast, and the cafe seating was comfortable. Just too bad that something was really wrong with the food.

This is just clearly one of those restaurants where it was amazing at the start, got busy, got big, hired staff and the owners never showed back up. The service has fallen off to the point where I'm not sure if no one has trained anyone or it's just 20somethings with no real management doing the best they can. Last time I ate in the restaurant, we were yelled at across the entire place, told the honey mustard was their version of ranch (it tastes nothing like ranch lol) and were just uncomfortable all around. Today I called in an order, phone was answered "hello", I asked if it was the restaurant and they said "what do you want?..what else what else". When I finished ordering I was told 10-15min and the line went dead, no name etc. You know normal phone ordering etiquette stuff. Arrive to pick it up 15 minutes later and wait another 20 for food to come up. Every time dude answered the phone he told people 15-20minutes when there were multiple people waiting well passed that amount of time. Probably going to take a break from this place for awhile. Food still slaps.

Best Korean fried chicken I've had, even compared to spots in the SF Bay Area for the below reason: - great sauces - crunchy! - reeallllly generous chicken sizes - wings were the size of drumsticks Only wish is that they came with white rice and more daikon.

I loved the chicken. They were very generous with the size of their tenders. Great value to feed the masses or keep as leftovers and toss in the air fryer. The honey garlic tenders were my favorite by far! Workers were friendly. Place was small but it is more of a takeout place which I prefer!

TLDR; quick service, very good chicken K-Chick is my new favorite Korean Fried Chicken restaurant. The space is small but that makes it more intimate & simple, just what I love in a local spot. We ordered tenders- spicy gochujang tenders, garlic soy, & a 4-piece honey garlic wing meal. They were all seasoned wonderfully. The spicy gochujang tenders were saucier than the others & I enjoyed dipping my fries in the sauce. I've been 3 times now & we receive our food pretty quickly. I'm excited to go back!

With all the positive Yelp reviews I was excited to try this place so I invited my mom to go with me. Walking into the restaurant, it was bustling with people from dining in to, to-go orders. The place isn't big but we decided to dine in. We ordered the garlic soy fried chicken, the spicy soy friend chicken and a side of fries. Wow! All was delicious! We loved the pickled radishes served with our meal. The server said it's supposed to be a palate cleanser in between tasting the food. We brought left overs home and my daughter is definitely a fan! All 5 stars! We cannot wait to go back.

***** * SIX STARS!!!!I was raised in the Bay Area in California and on the island of Oahu. Before moving to Oklahoma, I had an excellent chance to live in Japan. I have traveled all over the US, Canada, and Mexico; I have been to the south and lived in Texas.... Still, I have to say this is the best-fried chicken I have ever had. The only problem is that once people start getting wise to this, K-Chick will eventually have to close early every day because they will sell out. So if you get Bone-in, you will have to wait longer. I like the boneless, But I will say however long you have to wait, IT IS WORTH IT!!! They also only have the Edmond location, as far as I know. Worth the drive and worth the wait! The service was good the people were friendly and caring. Try this place. It is exceptional. P.S. I would give them seven stars; however, I bought one of each item, which was not labeled, so I didn't know what was in each box.

Pros: I got the butter garlic because I wanted a mild option. my husband took one bite of his spicy soy garlic bone in wings and said "they got it right!" First time we've eaten real Korean chicken wings in Oklahoma. Light crispy batter. Very flavorful. Other places who claim to make Korean wings are doing it all wrong. We both liked the tempura shrimp. Wow, these people were so nice. Very fast, efficient service. I think it's cheaper than what we pay at other wing places? Parking was easy. Accepts credit cards. My husband really liked the decor? He made sure to comment on it to me. I thought it was just regular looking. Cons: my husband didn't like the French fries. He felt they were under seasoned? I thought they were ok? I mean I could visibly see the seasoning on The fries! Thick cut. So soft centers but remained crispy during the whole meal?

For a while I was waiting for BBQ Chicken to open but alas. The first authentic Korean chicken place in okc! If you're not familiar with Korean fried chicken, what makes them stand out is their crisper skin yet lighter (less greasy) taste. They use a different batter and frying oil compared to American fried chicken. Their flavors are also unique in that you'll find lots of garlic/sweet/soy flavors in their sauces. Giving it a 4 because I've tried better coming from Dallas but it's really a 5 due to it being the first Korean chicken in okc. Pricing is fair. Service is quick!

The flavors were really good, I got the honey garlic 6pc wings and the fries with Parmesan and truffle dust I was stuffed when I left! I'm always on the hunt for some crispy wings and these were nice and crispy!

Impressed! Great CRISPY wings and tenders. We ordered original flavors and the employee brought out multiple sauces on the side to try. Sweet potato fries were great also. Definitely a quick eat/take out spot, but there is seating for 25-30 total. Service was quick and the guys working were fun and welcoming.

Having driven for multiple days and very hungry, we were so excited to find a Korean restaurant in OKC! Welcomed by friendly and attentive staff and owner as soon as we walked in and offered good service. Clean tables and bathrooms. Spicy Gochujang Tenders not spicy but cooked properly Nice clean interior with lots of seating. However, dining in is NOT ALLOWED according to the young lady behind the counter. I feel this is something that requires a verbal notification before ordering or a GIANT SIGN. *** For clarification *** Register lady claimed she asked us if we were dine in or to go. Neither of us recalled hearing this question or responding To Go. Neither had this inclination or intention. Once our food was in a bag, they demanded we leave. Never returning. Basic chicken can be faint elsewhere. Customer service 100% fail.

Got to have lunch with a friend and we ordered a couple different flavors of chicken and it was wonderful! It was his first time here, but not for me! I knew I wanted the spicy gouyong it's the best! I love it! The chicken pieces are big! A 6 piece is a lot bigger than you think! I've had all the appetizers in the past. The shrimp is the best! Great service. I am a satisfied repeat customer. I loved this place. It doesn't look like it'll be much seating looking in from the outside, but surprisingly I would say the small lobby area could seat about 20 ppl. It was clean with nice art work of the food on the walls. The menu was clear and read. We were greeted promptly and told we could sit anywhere if we were dining in. We ordered 6 pc spicy gochujang , 6pcs honey butter garlic, 6 pcs original fried tenders for the kids, and Parmesan garlic truffle powder fries. The truffle fries came out fast and were piping hot. I wished they would've came out with the wings as part of the meal and not as an appetizer. The fries were okay. It was just a bunch of Parmesan sprinkled on top of some fries. And I will say those fries needed some help because they were just blah by themselves. The wings came out about 10 minutes later. The food was so good. The gochujang wings were really big and had plenty of sauce. They were sweet with a little bit of spice. The honey butter garlic wings were normal size and had a great flavor. Both types of wings were crispy and delicious I really liked the honey butter garlic. I think my issue with the gochujang was the size, real big wings gross me out. The kind gentleman that took our order struggled with his waiting skills, I can tell that there was no formal training, we had to ask for everything like trays to eat the food, napkins, ketchup. My mom was trying to be upset but I just would thank him every time he brought us whatever we asked for promptly and with a smile. I loved the crispiness of the wings. Personally I like my chicken fried hard and I think when I go back I'm going to ask them to cook them a little harder. I wish this place was closer seeing I live on the South. But I will be back.

this was from my first visit, and we were trying to try a bit of everything in terms of wing flavors. the wings were all so crispy, and I was surprisingly delighted by the cheese powder. the creamy onion sauce was delicious as well, and it reminded me of a sweet ranch sauce. the honey butter garlic wings were very simple, yet tasty. I wish there was a more honey butter garlic flavor, but they were still crispy and addicting. the truffle fries were amazing!! the truffle flavor was strong and the fries were also fried to perfection, and a delicious addition to the wings. the restaurant was cute inside, but the service was a bit weird. one worker kept coming by and trying to take stuff away from our table, but we were not done yet which made it pretty awkward for us.

Food is phenomenal. I love love the spicy gochujang tenders. The meat was juicy and not dry. The service is amazing. The lady that took our order was so so nice. Definitely worth visiting. Not to mention that store is cute.

I enjoyed it. I'm not sure why I didn't realized the KFC was actually a sauce and not a dry rub. I think Maybe it's because I was thinking of the Korean fried chicken at BBQ in Carrollton, TX. The chicken is s Tasty, I think this place is definitely more geared towards Americanized taste buds with the flavor selection.

My husband and I were looking for something new to try and we were very intrigued by this place. The service was great but we were pretty disappointed with the flavor. I got the Tangy Mustard and Onion, but it didn't taste tangy or like mustard; it was rather sweet, actually. My husband ordered something spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. The portion sizes were really good for the price, though!

First timer, went in on whim and they did not disappoint. The staff is very helpful and kind, they gave me their suggestions as a new customer which is rare now. The wings are delicious and crispy, They recommended the Honey Butter Garlic and the Gochujang sauces, which are both amazing. I was also given the Sweet Onion dipping sauce/dressing which was great with my side of sweet potato fries. My only complaint....They need to be closer to me (lol), but I don't mind a drive for something yummy. I will be back.

I really like this spot. I haven't been disappointed! Their chicken is so flavorful and they have a good variety! I've only had it to go, so I'm curious if sitting down in the restaurant is even better!

Love the chicken here. So juicy and flavor is on point. Inside is always clean and the staff is friendly. Prefer the crunch here over some of the other Korean chicken places around town!

This place was good but the sauce was Almost too sweet. We got the honey butter garlic. If you order strips you can only get one sauce. If you want to try plain chicken with sauce on the side it is $2 per sauce. So we only tried one kind.

The food is amazing here! Cheaper prices than BBQ Chicken and just as good if not better! The service from the gentleman up front was stellar and the ambiance is one where you can go drink and eat with for friends for a catch up. I'm definitely coming back and I may plan a hang out with buddies here.

You get quite a bit of food for your money here! Which is nice. I would skip on the fries. But any sauce I've tried here is good
