Be careful buying a KHOV home. very deceiving. The sq footage is WRONG. They inflate making you overpay on price per sq foot. They include non living space in their square footage. I bought a KHOV and am extremely miserable in this home. When I bought I had a budget but really needed a bigger home due to having an Autistic step son. They were adamant on their pricing and wouldn't budge. Within 2 months of me purchasing a smaller one I could afford they dropped their prices tremendously. So now the house i did want was well within my range. That also damaged the price on my home which now makes me hate it even more knowing i got freaking screwed by them. Now I am stuck and miserable. DO NOT BUY the BOISE model. Furniture doesn't freaking fit. It is very deceiving by their AI photos. I had to get rid of brand new furniture to get something smaller and it barely fits. I complained and 1 gentlemen from corporate called and said he would get back with me. Never did. I feel like a college kid in an apartment. So embarrassed to own this home. UPDATE: Justin from KHOV did email me back but just said sorry you hate your home. Typical corporate response. Stay away from KHOV homes. They do not even value their own homes. Why should you.
