K Street Cafe is my absolute favorite Korean cafe! My kids love it too, and I’m always impressed by how many popular and trendy Korean menu items they offer. It’s such a joy to have a place like this right here in the Milwaukee area — I feel so lucky! The cafe itself is beautifully designed, and I really appreciate that they even have a baby changing station in the restroom. They also keep things fresh with seasonal drinks and new menu items, so every visit feels exciting. It honestly feels like a piece of Korea right here in town. I’m so thankful for this cafe!

First time here. I remember this place when it was Urban Joes (that was a while ago). It's a small spot on a busy street, with plenty of street parking. It has large windows in the front, providing lots of light for the tables up front. There are small tables going all the way to the rear. There were a few other people there, so it was quiet. The cashier was pleasant and did a good job explaining the menus. We ordered a couple of breakfast items: the Avocado Egg Sandwich and an order of Mandoo (Korean Fried Dumplings). Drinks included a Brown Sugar Iced Tea and a Strawberry Lemonade. After a little bit, the drinks and food came out. Everything was the right temperature. The Mandoo was very good — hot, flavorful, with nice textures (thanks to the Jabchae). The Brown Sugar Iced Tea was also sweet and refreshing. The egg sandwich was very good too, but a bit messy (with the ketchup and mayo), so a fork might be needed. Overall, a very good first experience. Next time we’ll have to try the Bingsu (Korean Shaved Ice) that everyone raves about.

Soo many yummy Korean treats to try!! K-Street is usually quite busy and seems to be a popular location for study groups and group gatherings in general. Please be patient with your order, staff work hard to get everything served in a timely manner. Many of their desserts are cooked or made to order. My personal favorite so far is the iced dalgona lattee and their croffles but will try more each time I return :-)

Google
Nice little café. Croffles were delicious! Bulgogi toast was also yummy. Tteokbokki wasn’t as flavorful and I’d like but satisfies the craving nonetheless. Would love to come back to try the other menu items and for sure the other croffles!

They seriously delivered! We tried their Nutella matcha latte, strawberry latte, and bulgogi kimchi bap and everything was amazing. The lattes were super smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet without being overpowering. The bulgogi kimchi bap was so fresh, you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Their kimchi especially stood out! It was flavorful with the perfect kick. Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Vegan eats: Avocado toast without egg yummy and filling. Coffee hits the spot. Other folks had the Oreo waffle and dumplings which aren’t vegan but they devoured them and said it warranted a repeat visit. Staff friendly Vibes chill.

K-cafe is a super cute little spot. The clean and sheik interior gives you like a sophisticated hipster vibe. The menu isnt vast, but mind you, this is only a café. Korean as it is, this isnt the traditional Korean one may be used to. Its Korean tradition mixed with today's meticulous taste. I went with one of my girlfriends and I had the tofu salad, while she had bulgolgi kimchi toast. The price, for me was a little expensive, but not too bad. The presentation with the food was absolutely stunning, however, that was countered with the time that it took the food to come out. Be prepared to stay a bit...I had the grape ade drink, was absolutely delectable. I was tempted to purchase another it was so good. The cafe also carried two kinds of Korean snacks I used to eat as a child so it holds a sense of nostalgia for me. All in all 3 out of 5 stars.

Google
Great service, atmosphere, and absolutely delicious food. I tried the Oreo bingsu (got a size small but it was more than enough) and loved it. Will definitely be back to try more flavors and other things on the menu!

Yelp
Decided to stop here on a Saturday evening, it wasn't busy. We wanted to come try the deserts and items from the menu. Here's what we decided to try: Mango Bingsu: Sweet and refreshing, the shaved ice definitely help down the syrup and sweetness. The ice cream was creamy, we only got a small and it was more than enough for two people! Definitely would love to try other flavors Strawberry Croffle: Nice flaky croissant waffle, the sweet whip cream on top with strawberry was a perfect touch. The perfect desert to pair with a hot latte or drink! So-Tteok So-Tteok Very unique take at rice cake and mini sausage, this reminds me a of a late night snack after a few beers. The rice cake was nicely bake/grilled on the outside but still nice and chewy in the inside. The sausage was very good and both covered with the sweet and chili sauce. I'd come back for this! Black sesame latte ( sub with almond milk) The sesame aroma and flavor is definitely present in the drink, has a rich creamy foam top. Very delicious tea to pair with a desert item. Great sub for a non coffee drink! Overall a great place for food and drinks! I'd come back and try other items. Would recommend to others as well!

Yelp
I've been to Kstreet a few times and everything has always been phenomenal. The service is quick and friendly and the aesthetic is minimalistic and chill. Would be a great study spot. The food is amazing every time. It's super authentic and always makes me miss Korea. The dalgona latte is what really brings me back every time though. My sibling, our partners, and myself are all addicted to this latte. It's hard not to stop by everyday for one. Overall, I really suggest this place to anyone looking for a good latte or an authentic korean bite.

Yelp
I stopped in for a quick snack and caffeine boost after running some errands and am so glad I did. The latte was delicious and not too sweet. The bulgogi kimchi toast was really yummy and inspired me to try and make this at home for my kids. I absolutely love this place and I wish I had one closer to home. Service was friendly and quick - the place was cute and clean.

Yelp
Great Korean Cafe in West Allis! I visited recently with a couple of friends, and I tried the Bulgogi Kimchi Toast, which I added a fried sunnyside up egg to, and the Dalgoma Latte. The Dalgoma Latte was nicely balanced, and the Bulgogi Kimchi Toast was super delicious! The Bulgogi and Kimchi were both featured equally, and the textures with the toast were what I hoped for! Plus, the egg was beautiful! The space was clean, and the setup was nice for gathering. I plan to go back to explore more of the menu, as well as try some baked goods and imported items!

Yelp
When I think of love, I think about Korean hearts. What better way to spend Valentine's Day than getting some delicious coffee and some Korean treats. AMBIANCE: K Street has an adorable set up. The inside is quaint and has a good amount of seating. The menu is posted throughout the cafe. The cafe is well lit and receives natural lighting as well. SERVICE: The service in K Street Cafe is quite quick. While an excellent place for catching up with friends, make sure that you're paying attention to your surroundings as the workers call your name when your order is ready. Items are served hot and fresh (or iced if you like a cold coffee). FOOD: I ordered the Bulgogi Bap. The meal is a nice balance of protein, carbs, and greens. The flavors are authentic and well-balanced. The bulgogi has a sweeter taste which I prefer. The portion size is perfect. I was able to have that and a small coffee without leaving feeling stuffed. 10/10 will come here again.

Yelp
The cafe was cute and clean and I ordered an iced matcha, the bulgogi kimchi bap and mandoo. I enjoyed the mandoo a lot as well as the matcha latte. I thought the bulgogi could've been a lot more flavorful but the kimchi really helped. I also did wait a while for my food but to be fair it seemed like a few people ordered right before me. I would definitely come back here to try more Korean food/drinks and would recommend it to anyone curious.

Yelp
Enjoyed the food & drinks here. Especially if you watch Korean vlogs or follow Korean influencers, you will appreciate there is a Korean cafe in Milwaukee more. Tried the Americano (ok. bitter) , sesame latte with and without espresso (love love love), mocha (ok), and dalgona latte (pretty good!). Injeolmi and matcha croffles were both worth trying! The service was very good - everyone was so friendly.

Yelp
Everything tastes so good. Food, desserts and drinks. Everything I ordered always tastes good. The place is cute and small. The staff are so nice and welcoming. My little nephew loves this place and wants to come back. I tried the goji berry tea and it is the best tea I ever had. Even my husband loves it. If only they open earlier hours like 7am, I would stop in there to grab that tea before going to work. I love it that much.

Christine C.

Yelp
Food and drinks are tasty, reasonably priced. Workers are friendly and efficient. Food comes out quickly. Only problem is that the music is so loud. If they could lower it by like 50% it would be perfect. Also as for the type of music I feel that if they played some calming lofi it would be better for the vibe.

Yelp
My cousin recommend this place for dessert. It is a small place but there are seat to sit. Have to order in the front and when it is done they will call it name. We order different kind of dessert and it came pretty fast and taste so delicious. Will come back here next time

Yelp
Absolutely OBSESSED with this cafe that 100% feels like an authentic Korean cafe and makes me feel as if I've been transported to California. Highlights: - Lots of open seating with big tables for groups or studying - Croffles are SO pretty, crisp, and buttery. The frosting on top is smooth, decadent, but not too sweet. Very instagrammable. My favorite flavor that I've tried so far is the matcha. They didn't skimp on the matcha flavor in the frosting too, which is notable since I feel like most places would. - Black sesame latte is the best drink I've tried from here. The strawberry latte just tasted like strawberry jam and whole milk. Don't think any caffeine is used in it either. - Bingsu was good! I was afraid it'd be too icy but was impressed with this. Great for sharing. - Definitely was more impressed with the food offerings than drinks. - Staff are so sweet SO glad this gem opened in Milwaukee. Hoping for more Asian options to open up in the city soon.

Yelp
This place is awesome, the shaved ice dish was sooo tasty The staff was really friendly. Lastly, the food was fantastic. I'm definitely going to come back and try their croffle.

Yelp
It was busy when we stopped in. So much so that even a t-go order was said to be about 45 minutes. Since we were already in line, we got coffees to go. It took over 20 minutes just to get the drinks. I'm sure the food is great, and we liked the drinks that we purchased, but something needs to be tweaked to make the orders and drink making more streamlined and efficient. The cafe is also fairly small for the amount of people that were hoping to dine in. Unfortunately three tables were taken up by folks reading books. Yes, they made drink purchases, but that's kind of ignorant to do. I'll try stopping again, perhaps during mid week when it should not be as busy.

Yelp
It was easy to order and they have handouts so you can see the menu closer. I got the croffle with agave syrup, rice cakes, and sliced almonds. This was the perfect combination for me of buttery, sweetness, crunchy, and chewy (from the rice cakes). I also got the walnut cakes, which was so good. I loved that they had chips and drinks that most stores don't sell. The cafe was pretty packed on a saturday around 3pm but the wait wasn't bad. Even though it gets busy, I could hold a conversation and I saw others playing card games. I would return to hang out with my girl friends and eat delicious food!

Yelp
Loved the powder snow shaved ice they have! It's a little pricey but they're one of the very few places that do this dessert in the area. Restaurant is a very clean, modern look to it and the staff is friendly and give good recommendations.
google avatar

Yelp
Quaint little cafe in the Milwaukee suburbs. It's on the main strip of Greenfield in West Allis. Lots of space. Wifi. Jazz music. They serve pretty good espresso. The walnut puff is delicious!

Yelp
Was recommended to try out K Street from a bunch of friends and I'm very happy I did! My bestie and I came on a Saturday evening for a night sweet treat and we're so glad we did. I got the matcha croffle and she got the injeolmi bingsu, both were very delicious! The croffle was super crispy and fluffy, and the bingsu shaved ice was incredibly refreshing. I came back with another friend and we split the mango bingsu and we very much enjoyed it! i can't wait to return to try their other foods, but this spot has quickly become a go-to for me and my friends! The area is big and spacious with amply seating, so perfect for study groups and bigger hang outs!

Yelp
- Good food, good ambiance, good service - No reservation can be made - Would come back, I love bingsu! This new Korean cafe has a sleek and clean look inside and sells hot and cold treats, packaged Korean snacks, and fun drinks! I absolutely love bingsu, but haven't been able to find a place nearby Milwaukee that sells them, so this was definitely a treat. My girlfriend and I split a small Tiramisu Bingsu after dinner elsewhere, and it was deeeelicious! The dessert was piled high with creamy ice shaving and dusted with cocoa powder, all sitting beneath a nice slice of tiramisu on top. Our first bite was pleasant, with the sweet creaminess of the ice and tiramisu melting in our mouthes with the bitter cocoa powder contrasting it. It was really a great balance as we kept on eating it! Sadly, we ate the top and had another layer of snow without cocoa powder... but then there was more tiramisu buried underneath! Each bite was so tasty, I am just sad thinking about how its over :c Lil silly moment when our bingsu got placed in front of us and the slice on top just split in half hehe I love bingsu and I love K Street! I would come back just for the bingsu, but their menu has lots to offer. I am especially looking forward to their black sesame latte and other drinks! They do have an extensive list of bingsu flavors (7) and I look forward to trying them all! Only note is that their staff is a little silly and I could hear them talking/laughing a lot in the back... then again, it was late at night and not many people, so who could blame them.
google avatar

Jennifer Q.

Yelp
My sister & I came to try the bingsu, but we also ended up getting a croffle. Since we couldn't decide on one flavor, my sister got the mango bingsu & I got the strawberry bingsu. We both got a small order each, but truthfully they're quite filling. Both were sweet & creamy & cold (perfect for this upcoming summer weather!). We split the blueberry croffle & an americano. I didn't really like the americano since it's bitter & I have more of a sweet tooth, so my sister kept it. As for the blueberry croffle, we both liked it. The whipped cream helped soften the toasted croffle at the bottom & balanced well with the blueberries! Definitely excited to try other menu options in the near future!!

Yelp
I was surprised to find a cafe that serves shaved ice in Milwaukee. It was refreshing and tasty. Cafe also sells various kinds of Korean pastry and dishes.

Yelp
Food was at amazing. I got the bulgogi bap, it was flavorful and fresh. The best item I got was the mango bingsu, it had a light yet flavorful shaved milk ice with a sweet mango syrup fresh mango cubes topped with creamy vanilla icecream. So good!!! Must try!!!

Yelp
Short version: THIS PLACE IS SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD YOU MUST GO! Longer version: As an Asian-American transplant from the east coast to the Midwest, I've been absolutely dying in Milwaukee due to the lack of Asian venues. It's gotten a lot better especially within the last few years, but what we've been missing was an Asian dessert place. I don't mean like boba tea, those are popping up everywhere, I'm talking things like Bingsu, which K Street has, and it is EXCEPTIONAL. For those unfamiliar with Bingsu, it is Korean shaved ice, but unlike a snowcone, the ice is so finely shaved that the texture is almost creamy. How can ice have a creamy texture? Is it magic? It sure feels like it! While K Street isn't the first place to have croffles, theirs is OUT OF THIS WORLD. So perfectly light, crispy, and refreshing. I've not tried everything yet, that would be kind of impossible on a first visit haha, but I'll definitely be returning to K Street over and over again in the future! Before, I'd literally have to trek out to Chicago to get my Asian dessert fix, so it's so nice to have one in the Milwaukee area. They also have various Korean snacks as well, my partner really loves the honey butter chips that we had to order from online Asian snack boutiques, so it was a really nice surprise to find that K Street has it. The ambience in K Street is really chill and cozy. You could go and study/hang out just as easily as at Starbucks. Go check them out. You won't regret it.

Yelp
WOW!!!!! 100% worth the stop!!!!! I have been several times now--the food is always delicious, the crouffles are crispy and chewy, the drinks are perfectly sweet and creamy, and even the savory food never misses The beef is fabulous!! On top of it, the atmosphere is inviting and calm, individuals studying or clair's chatting quietly. Wonderful music, very VERY clean!!

Yelp
The food were delicious. Croffles were devoured in seconds by my kids. We got the Bulgogi Kimchi Bap and Tteokbokki and they did not disappoint. The bulgogi meat was well marinated and tteokbokki was well seasoned. Can't wait to try the others.
google avatar

Gricelda C.

Yelp
I only had the honey ginger tea and it was so good!! but also I watched what everyone else was eating and it looked so good! It's a small space so you may find it hard to get quick seating when it's busy, but overall great ambience.
google avatar

Laura W.

Yelp
Excellent delicious food! I also ordered the Dalgona coffee - which was great! Highly recommend this "hidden secret" on Greenfield's Ave!

Lylani P.

Yelp
The service was really great! I went around 3pm and at the time, there was only one waitress--but she held it down despite there being 4 customers waiting. She was really nice too. I got an Iced Caramel Macchiato and the K-Street Sandwich. Both tasted amazing, but the sandwich wasn't really my cup of tea. I'd say, if you really like sweetness and cabbage, definitely go for it.
google avatar

Olivia R.

Yelp
LITERALLY, so good. I got the Dalgona Latte and Avocado egg sandwich; I have to say both reminded me of my international travels to both Korea and Thailand. My mom got the Croffle and the strawberry latte. The Croffle is definitely crave-able and something I will be dreaming about. It had a sugary crystallization on the outside. The strawberry latte had homemade strawberry puree, but very rich. The service was good, the barista was nice. It was difficult to relax due to how cold it was in there, although it was an old building with big windows. I imagine it is hard to keep the place warm.

Veronica A.

Yelp
Love love loooove! we got the k-street sandwich, plain croffle, strawberry latte and avocado toast to eat. Everything was a 10/10! Service was also great, the ladies at the register were super friendly and answered any questions. I've been to Korea and am fascinated with their cafe culture so I'm glad we have a little taste of Korea here in West Allis. Hoping in the future we're able to see more locations

Expected C.

Yelp
The food and drinks are good. Real only downside is the location and size of the place. The hours are limited so the times when they are opened, it gets packed. Packed to the point where there's a 50-50 chance you might not get a place to sit. Street parking for the most part. Ps, there's a parking lot behind the store. I'm not sure who it belongs to and not sure if we can really even park there.

Yelp
went back for a second time to try out more items here and i will definitely be going back for a third time cause everything was so delicious!! i went around 2pm and all the tables were pretty much taken, so busy! but we got helped pretty quickly and food didnt take long at all. the tteokbokki was truly the best i have ever tried!! tteokbokki ive tried in the past usually has more kick and can be hard for me to eat even tho i do enjoy the texture!! theirs however was soooo savory and still packed a slight kick. it was served w egg which i dont care for but also fish cake and that was cooked to chewy perfection!! the bulgogi cheese toast was definitely as tasty as it sounds. the meat had so much flavor and the toppings were perfect for it. the k street sandwich was my second favorite overall!! very thick with toppings, a lot of sauce (my personal fave) and really was so filling!! toast was perfectly crunchy. so-tteok so-tteok will be something i will definitely have every time i come cause i cant get enough of the rice cake texture paired w the mini weiners!! iced mocha was just as good as the first time i tried it. grapefruit tea was just okay!! i know i dont usually prefer that, it was sweetened but again my preference is sweeter and this still packed a sour twang to it that killed it for me. loveeeee this place, my new fave!!

Mark P.

Yelp
The food was delicious! I had the K Street sandwich and my wife had a salad. Both were great. Our only regret is that we could only eat one entree each as they were very filling. There were so many more to try, and we didn't even get to desserts. This may take a few visits to work our way through the menu, but I'm sure it will be enjoyable.

Samuel H.

Yelp
K Street Cafe is good for West Allis .Very chilled vibe ,the price is not equal to the portion. it's giving overpriced Internet café. People were friendly service was good.
