K11 Artus (Kowloon, Hong Kong) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"The redevelopment of the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront into the purpose-built Victoria Dockside art and design district is big news for Kowloon, the mainland side of Hong Kong. And it’s big news for us as well, for among its hospitality offerings is K11 Artus, a residential-style luxury boutique hotel with an intense focus on art, architecture, design, and culture in general." - Tablet Hotels

This is a fantastic modern and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I even got a free upgrade of my booked room without asking! Everything is new and clean. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, not a buffet but a la carte. The view of the water and the other side is fantastic! There are many restaurants and shops in the area, from simple to high-end. I can recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely come back when I am in Hong Kong again!||(for smokers: even on the balcony of the room smoking is not allowed, but there is a terrace on the 11th floor by the pool where smoking is allowed)

An unreal experience from the minute we checked in. We had exceptional service from Aiden at the front desk and Wing Yip that showed us around the hotel and to our room.|The room itself was amazing. We had full views of Victoria Harbour with a huge balcony that we could enjoy the sunset and night lights of the city.|The Artus is close to the K11 musea mall, Legoland, the Space Museum and Art Gallery and walking distance to night markets and malls. |I cannot recommend this enough! We will definitely be back

Beautifully presented rooms and public areas with stylish furniture and amenities. Nice large rooms for Hong Kong and an open Outlook which made the rooms feel even airier. The rooftop pool was amazing and the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful.||Great kitchen facilities and Dining table in the rooms with high quality crockery and appliances.

Stayed four days at K11 ARTUS in Hong Kong — an exceptional experience. The hotel offers stunning views, a prime location, and a luxurious atmosphere that truly impressed me. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-end stay in the city.

Great location and perfect view. The check in process was seamless, and special thanks to Lobby runner Wing Yip! He provided a quick yet detailed tour of the hotel facilities and making the whole experience great.

All went very well according to our requirements & occasion with in room balloons decoration & champagne done, despite 1 initial hiccup on Airport Arrival Meet & Greet Limousine. Booked Harbour One Plus was upgraded to Harbour Two Corner which not only fit well again into our further requirements but also provided us with 270 degree 2 breathtaking panoramic views of the City, Mountains & Victoria Harbour. It so happened Dragon Boat Race was held 2 days over our stay so further lifted up our holiday mood as our living balcony itself could take in full view of the race. You could keep day dreaming at all the balconies of the living & both rooms. One more item was 2 bathrooms; master ensuite, fit so well for our convenience & privacy again. Matched, if not better, any up market items, facilities, cooking, washing, washing machine & amenities, a hotel stay & a service apartment can do. Excellent links to major Malls, MTR Station, Bus Terminal & Eateries, Harbour Strolling Full stretch paths; right at the door step. Everything so Instagrammable, no wonder scored Global 2025 most Instagrammable Award. Kudos to this excellent stay, no hesitation at all to recommend to any types of travellers' needs. So different from a hotel stay, away from public views & mix, full exclusivity & privacy right from the moment you check in till you check out, if this is important to you!

This year, we stayed at K11 ARTUS again - our home in Hong Kong. We loved staying here, it feels like home, and that’s why we chose to stay here again this year. We had many wonderful experiences and make such great memories every time we stay here. We have to thank Will, Gordan, Candace and all the K11 ARTUS team members. We are very appreciative that all of you have made our stay perfect, making us feel like at home in Hong Kong. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

I did quite a bit of research before booking a night's stay at the hotel, in order to do a surprise wedding proposal. Before and during my visit, the staff has gone above and beyond in making sure we have a fantastic experience, which included a complimentary room upgrade to a tier higher than the one I reserved, and some personal touches in celebrating our special occasion. I think it is safe to say this establishment has some of the nicest rooms you can get in HK even among the top echelon of 5-star hotels, in terms of having tastefully designed interior decor, unusually spacious yet fully functional living spaces, and a spectacular view to the harbour. We had a truly fantastic night, and I want to give Jolin a shout-out for making sure we had an unforgettable experience :)
