Thank you for the exceptional hospitality extended to us during our stay. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism of you and your staff. As a family of four, we stayed in a two-bedroom harbor view unit, which was beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped with a fully functional kitchen, washer, and dryer. The unit offered breathtaking, nearly 270-degree views of the stunning Victoria Harbor.||||We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the K11 Artus staff for their outstanding service. Special thanks to Mandy, Don, and Keith for their swift response and compassion during my family member's health emergency on the morning of January 3rd. Conveniently located near Tsim Sha Shui MTR and a 5mins walk to the hotel. Well connected under ground and never a worry during rainy days.||We took the 2 bedroom Harbour view. It comes with a huge balcony overlooking the waterfront; biggest plus point of the room. Living room and kitchenette are right size, and master bedroom bathroom is huge and well stuffed with amenities (was told is a HK ESG policy and not a fault of the hotel; hotels may charge you for toothbrushes and combs)||Very impressed with the level 10 lobby. Is so beautifully designed, luxurious, lots of chill out area and many art pieces. Love the chess area and table soccer.||Breakfast is a la carte style with about 7-10 choices. One suggestion to the hotel, perhaps can consider allowing and telling guests; coffee and tea are refillable

As a Four Seasons loyal customer, the K11 ARTUS is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The waterfront location, connected to the K11 Musee is perfect. The front desk, engineering and housekeeping staff are world class. The infinity pool is a stand-out. And the rooms and their amenities are incredible. We loved being at the property for New Year’s Eve. Thank you for your professionalism & hospitality and for making it our home away from home. The art throughout the hotel was the icing on the cake! Beautiful hotel, architecture, hotel room, balcony. Restful sleep. Just need to walk a lot to get to your room. It would take about a five to 10 minute walk maybe from the hotel entrance to your room. It is easy to get lost. An older person may have problems navigating directions. Slim food choice. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning harbor views. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, We truly enjoyed our time here. Excellent experience

I stayed for a night to visit my friend in Hong Kong. I will definitely keep returning as the location was just perfect and the service was unbeatable! The room was super clean and the view was stunning. Pool was awesome too, attendants were nice and welcoming. Kudos to the front desk team, all staff I encountered were welcoming and nice, which made me feel like returning home. Thank you ARTUS!

I really had best moment there. I visited for my birthday, and the room condition was the best I have ever seen, and also all the staffs were very kind. Moreover, the night view in the room was fantastic! Although going to room is a bit complicated(you have to transfer evator), it was worth staying at here.

Awesome location with beautiful views of Hong Kong. We are family of 5 and we got the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms room and it was perfect! The hotel is beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and had provided us excellent services. We would like to stay at K11 ARTUS again when we visit HK next time.
