This place is probably the best mall I’ve ever seen here in Hong Kong, K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui. The design and layout are absolutely stunning (think of an artsy museum meets high-end shopping and dining all under one roof) and I had a great time visiting here. From designer stores and unique art installations to a variety of restaurants and cafés with views over the harbourfront, everything felt special and out of the ordinary. Highly recommended if you’re in Hong Kong and want to experience something more than the usual mall visit.

K11 MUSEA, Hong Kong A masterpiece of art, design, and shopping! 🎨🛍️ K11 MUSEA isn’t just a shopping mall — it’s a luxury art space and lifestyle destination. The architecture and interior design are absolutely stunning, filled with creative installations and modern aesthetics. ✨ You’ll find high-end brands, unique art galleries, cozy cafés, and waterfront views of Victoria Harbour. Everything feels elegant and inspiring. ☕💎 💡 Tip: Visit during the evening — the lighting and ambience make it even more magical. Don’t miss the rooftop garden and the harbour view! 🌇🌿

Very luxurious mall with a lot's of Art Work and modern interior - with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The mall was very quiet in terms of customers - might be to present with the big luxury brands overall. We tried the food court, which was nice but a bit pricey.

Google
This is really an amazing mall with breathtaking architecture. Whoever designed this place did an amazing job. If you are looking for a high end shopping mall while in Hong Kong this is a must visit place. They have good restaurants inside as well but not cheap to eat at.

Google
Cool shopping mall in Hong Kong with quality shops and kids friendly. The design of this mall is very trendy. We specifically love the plant features around the elevator area. Despite the upscale setup, a lot of the pricing is actually reasonable for the items quality. Its very easily accessible via public transportation

It’s a really beautiful mall with a lot of unique shops. And on the 6 or 7 floor there is a viewpoint that looks nice and you can watch over the water to the other side. Definitely worth a visit!

Google
K11 Musea really stands out with its striking lighting and that huge “K11 Musea” signage on the building, super photogenic. No surprise it draws tons of people just for those Instagram-worthy shots. It’s also right by the Avenue of Stars and “A Symphony of Lights,” so the whole area stays lively and packed. Easy to see why it’s such a hotspot.

Google
One of the best pet-friendly shopping malls in Hong Kong: - pet-friendly restaurants with indoor sitting area (Yung’a Bistro, Glasshouse Greenery, Ukiyo) - outdoor pet garden - free rental pet strollers - clean, lavishly designed toilets (for humans) - new massive kid’s area

Yelp
I'm a city girl... Loved taking in all that Hong Kong has to offer with the bargain and finding unique items but K11 Musea was a stunning break that I really needed and this huge shopping mall is directly connected with the MTR making accessing it very easy using Tsuen Wan Line just make sure you follow the signs and it will take you directly there. Finding various shops like Pop Mart, Ikea, Royce', and not to mention several tea spots. Getting around is quite confusing and many of the shops are on the high end but they did have air conditioning and clean and very nice restrooms which is a great convenience. There is another building K11 Art which is actually much farther along side the harbor but with having something just blocks from our hotel is nice and I really enjoyed for those that seek some indoor relief. Thank you!

Yelp
High end mall. Very nice decoration with upcoming Christmas theme. Items they sell are nicer items. Took lots of photoa. Didn't find anything I need or want. Definitely a great place for window shopping.

Yelp
K11 Musea is now my favorite mall in Hong Kong. It's got a nice mix of restaurants and shops and the mall is so uniquely designed. K11, itself, is a work of art. It's easy to get lost inside at first but it was also pretty fun to explore the place. I've added a photo of the floor descriptions. There are 10 floors total. LOCATION K11 is easy to reach from the mtr and is next to the water in TST.

Yelp
Elegantly designed mall with an eclectic mix of luxury brand and unique shops and restaurants. Can go very very fancy/expensive or just plain fancy/expensive; there is nothing inexpensive here. Eg. Caviar/ abalone cake for $26000, yes, $26000 (see photo) or have a leisurely all afternoon caviar lunch. Walk outside along the waterfront and see Hong Kong's version of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Compare your hand size to Jackie Chan's or many of the other Hong Kong celebrities. So many food options, take your time, walk around before deciding on what to eat. Plan on spending at least 1/2 day.

Yelp
Whimsical architecture although a bit confusing to walk around. It's definitely a high end mall with all the designers. The mall itself is huge and looking up at the ceiling there's always something different to see. The day that I went they were playing EDM music a little too loudly. It reminded me of a day club. As it's still the pandemic and encountered a cute "rice cooker" robot who sprayed disinfectant in the air and floor :) The basement floor is the food court and it was fun looking for a place to eat there. I ended up choosing the Korean toast place called Eggwing. It's a great mall to shop and meet up with friends, and if you get bored you can always admire the architecture.

Yelp
I was so overwhelmed with K11 Musea that I forgot to take pictures! Such a beautiful mall! The 2nd to the bottom floor had the luxury beauty/fragrance lines - Chanel, Dior, Santa Maria Nouvella Firenze, etc. The bottom floor was a food court. The other floors featured smaller versions of designer clothes, and one floor had contemporary clothes. The art was scattered throughout. Absolutely the most stunning mall I have ever been to - makes South Coast Plaza in California look like paupers!

Yelp
Beautiful architecture right by Tsim Sha Tsui. The interior of this shopping mall is beyond belief. When you step inside, you feel like it's catered from the wealthy. There are tons of shops that are more high end but there's still some spots that seem okay and cheap, such as Five Guys. I don't recommend eating there though because In-n-Out tastes so much better but too bad they're only located in California. I also visited the cinema here and it looks amazing. It's brightly lit and elegantly designed; AMC, ArcLight and Edwards has nothing close to it but A for effort.

Yelp
Shopping is usually not my thing, especially big malls. The shops are the same everywhere around the world and you go up and down in circles in the escalator. However, when I stopped over in Hong Kong for a few days, I decided to stop by K11 Musea. This shopping center is different from K11 Artus. Musea is closer to the harbor (now known as Victoria Dockside). The shopping center is not your regular mall. It is a destination. The place put a lot of thoughts in it. It is full of details and seasonal art display. Even the hardwares in the bathroom has the dock theme. The glasses holder by the sink was a spectacular detailed touch. My senses was stimulated with different music, lighting and smell in varioud shopping area. There were many Instagrammable picture spots. Cafe and restaurants are appropriately sprinkled between the shops, providing resting and meeting places. If you are in HK, stop by for a visit. It is worth your time to soak in all the artsy inspiration.
