Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Overall, was a nice experience. I came here for the ambience/vibes and the food Although I requested for a window seat but priority was given to those who opted for the national day set. But we still got a quieter seat away from the crowd (the bar area) and was still able to see the fireworks from our table. Food was great, especially the pork loin. Although it took quite long to serve due to a busy crowd. Other worthy mention was the wood fire scallops although would have preferred this hot rather than warm. Yakitori (warm), crab crumpet (cold/room temp) and mocktail was alright only. Not sure if crab crumpet was meant to be room temp. Anyway, they also served a complimentary cake for my wife as well. Ambience was nice and cosy, love the 3 color lamp (I ended up ordering it from online ecommerce platform) and presentation of food was acceptable. The garden was a bonus, we went after dinner. We took a stroll after dinner and there are various spots you could actually get to see the skyline view from the garden too and I manage to take some photos. I would come back again, hopefully I can get the window seats next time round and would give another chance to try other food.

Thank you We appreciate the time it takes to provide feedback A wonderful Fine Dining and Life Time experience was had to celebrate my Birthday at this world class Restaurant. Thank you. All aspects of this experience, right from the online booking, the ride back down to street level and the follow up communication was excellent. Congratulations

1st time visiting this place. It’s located at roof top with a nice view. Food is generally nice, but I find the portion is small, and it’s a bit pricy (I guess we have to pay for the views as well). A small piece of cod fish (as main) cost $52, which I find it over priced and doesn’t taste that great. I would not recommend the Cod for that price. Having said all these, if you want a place to chill with a good view, you could explore this place.

Accessing the restaurant allows you to gain access to the sky garden before enjoying your meal. Arrive early to visit the garden. Service is prompt and friendly, Nelson is serving us during our meal. With the NDP rehearsal ongoing, one could catch the fireworks and fly past of the state flag and fighters, at least in 2025. Food portion is appropriate and tasty, some of their ingredients came from their own backyard, from the sky garden, farm to table. Lastly, I am celebrating my birthday and they gave us a complimentary slice of cake. Thank you very much.

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my best friend’s 60th birthday, booking a month in advance and requesting a window seat. As with most dining places, I received the usual email and WhatsApp confirmation, including a note on the dress code which I appreciated as a standard practice. When we arrived, the first thing that caught my attention was the noise from a group seated in the bar section. I assumed we’d be given a quieter window seat, but instead, we were placed right next to them, separated only by a decorative partition. To make things worse, I noticed that some window seats were still available. Why would the staff seat us beside a table that was clearly loud from the start? Adding to my surprise, the loudest person in that group did not even follow the dress code wearing something close to a sleeveless top and shorts. Is that acceptable, or is there a double standard at play? I honestly wondered if that guest was the owner at 1st till I asked the waiter. On the positive side, ordering began well, and most dishes were enjoyable. The only disappointment was the Murray cod, which was overly salty especially the vegetables, as if a half teaspoon of salt had been spilled on them. The service, however, was inconsistent. The server was polite during ordering but lacked attentiveness afterward. I had to pour my own sparkling water after the initial pour, stack empty plates aside waiting for someone to clear them, and even request for the table to be cleaned. This would be understandable if the restaurant were full, but it wasn’t. As for the noise, it was horrendous throughout the meal so overwhelming that it overshadowed everything else. Please know where you are, basic etiquette should apply, regardless of nationality: pls show respect for others and yourself, you are not at home, learn to behave especially this is a shared dining space. The restaurant did acknowledge the issue and offered a 10% discount, which I appreciate, but honestly, if I had known it would be this noisy, I wouldn’t have chosen this place for such a special occasion even if the meal had been complimentary. Food was good, but the overall experience, particularly the noise and service was disappointing, my worst dining experience. (Window seat? Scenic view? Nope. Just got the loudest view ever.) I would not recommend this restaurant for celebrating special occasions because you can’t predict if you’ll be seated next to a loud group with no sense of decency. For a regular meal? Sure, why not. Thank you for the complimentary cake.

Kaarla Wood-Fire Grill and Bar is a must-visit in Singapore. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was inviting. We ordered a variety of dishes, and each one was delicious, but the steak truly stood out – cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend for a memorable meal.

Had dinner on 05.07.25. 3course National day set. Was given a window table with obstructed view. Dinner was fantastic but need to move around to see fireworks. Therefore my advise, no need to purposely book for the National day set if you couldn't secure the window set which has the full height window with no obstruction view.

This restaurant blends coastal Australian cuisine with Japanese influences, served from an open wood-fire kitchen 51 floors high. Standout dishes include the tender Fremantle octopus, salt-cured smoked kangaroo, Stanbroke Wagyu & a beautifully executed golden lamington for dessert. The setting is impressive - the rooftop view from CapitaSpring offers a sweeping panorama of the southern edge of Singapore. Service was warm, professional & attentive throughout, making the entire experience feel polished yet relaxed.
