"A 51st‑storey open-fire grill offering Australian–Japanese flavours and excellent skyline views ideal for fireworks watching; a special 4‑course National Day menu (S$138++) features wood-fired Hokkaido scallop with rooftop-farmed fennel and Black Angus grainfed steak with grilled artichoke, sweet potato velouté and tamari jus. Available on select dates including 9 Aug, with window seats available for an additional S$20++ per person.
