A Hidden Gem That Just Keeps Getting Better!
I recently went back to Kabinet in Montreal for the second time, now under new administration and new Executive Chef — and I have to say, I didn’t think it was possible, but the experience was even better than my first visit!
The atmosphere remains as stylish and inviting as ever, but the new team has taken things to another level. The service was flawless, and the food… absolutely unforgettable.
Highly recommend the salad (fresh, vibrant, perfectly balanced), the smoked trout (a standout—delicate and flavorful), and the asparagus (elevated to perfection) Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
If you haven’t been since the change in management, it’s time to go back. And if it’s your first time, you’re in for a treat
