During my time in EAV I had the opportunity to stop in Kaboodle Home and my life will never be the same. Kaboodle Home is a store of amazing furniture, fun, fixings, and finds. Walking in, you would think it was a regular furniture store, however, as you go deeper within ALL of the goodies and hidden gems jump out at you. Making good use of the space, the store has a great flow for traffic in and out. The center of the store serves as the main traffic point which allows you to take in everything on either side of you. As a lover of timeless pieces, I have fallen in love with their selection of antique themed glassware. Along with my glassware find, Kaboodle Home has an assortment of local artwork that is gorgeous. When I say there is something for everyone, I literally mean that. Though I went in just to take a look, there was a collection of Black Woman inspired planners. As Shaunda is a black woman who is a lover of planners, can you guess what her Birthday gift was??? I ended up with a 2025 Planner and a Fun Magnet for her gift and she lovedddddddd them. While making my purchase, the service I received was amazing. Though it was a quick transaction, the care of my items and pleasant tone presented by the cashier made my Kaboodle Home an even more enjoyable experience. With service, decor, design, and craft all having a strong presence within Kaboodle Home, I will be back next week for some more items. LoL. This is the kind of store you come to over and over until you have one to three of everything. Ha!!!! Oh yeah, they have clothes too. I sent a few T-shirts that captured my attention. With all that said, let’s plan my next trip: 4 Glasses, 4 White Plates, T-Shirt, 1 Painting, 2 Year Mini-Planner for me. Ok. That’ll hold me for two weeks. Lol. If you’re in the area, make sure you stop in to Kaboodle Home as I’m sure you’ll leave with a few things. 🥳🥰

This store is full of treasures and one of a kind finds! The owners are super knowledgeable about their pieces and the prices are beyond fair! Tons of mid century items and vintage pieces of clothing! You must check this place out!

Google
Kaboodles owners Terrance and Michael built me this awesome, custom-built centerpiece to my living space at a price competitive with much less interesting or quality builds. Terrance worked with me while he made it to make sure it was perfect for my space. 100% recommend without hesitation.

I love Kaboodle! It's a very eclectic boutique of art and funiture consignment with a mix of old and new, urban and traditional finds. There's artwork from local artists and woodworks from the owners themselves who are just great. I love them!

So much to see. I have to return. Excellent collections. Thrifty. Clothing, magazines, games. I love the old radio collection and couches. When I move this will be my go to for adding collectibles and antiques in my home. Friendly guys as well.

Google
Took me a minute to write this review but this place is amazing. Got a GREAT deal on a red sofa and chair and coffee table along with an iron table/chair setup for the patio. Pricing was super fair and cant wait to go back for all the random bits and pieces of cool stuff they have. both the owners are super cool dudes and great conversation. Found the sales to be low pressure and did in fact make a great deal for us!

OMG!!! What an amazing hidden gem this is. I was walking by and wondered what they sold, so i just stepped inside. They have so many unique items from lamps to sofas to paintings by local artist. My only regret was that I couldn't buy more. It is most definitely worth the visit.

Yelp
I stopped by this past weekend with a couple friends and I loved it here. We had fun checking the place out. Sooo many cool pieces of art. If you have the money for it, you could get an incredible main piece for your living room or what have you. Just look at the Frida Kahlo and Marilyn Monroe pieces. I didn't take any pictures of it but they had a nice selection of vintage clothing and jewelry (on top of their art and furniture.) I found an old HardRock shirt that I loved and had to get. I bought that and a nice ring. My friend bought a necklace. While some of the art is expensive, I think everything here was reasonably priced. The expensive art pieces were incredible and genuine. If you want great art there will be higher prices for that of course. Regardless of how rich you are, there is a nice selection of clothes, jewelry, and other small items/decor. You will most likely find something cool here within your budget. I loved the music playing, loved the vibes in general. The man who checked us out was friendly. I'll definitely be back at some point to see what new things pop up there.

Yelp
Really cool vintage shop with warm and welcoming local owners! Worth a stop if you're in east Atlanta village

Yelp
Great store for home furnishings and extras. Mostly items on consignment but good quality. Has different merchandise fairly priced. Nice to visit for new inventory.

Yelp
Kaboodle is a locally-owned home furnishings and accessories store in East Atlanta Village (EAV). My sister and fiancee liked this place. I'm not sure exactly where you're technically allowed to park for Kaboodle. There's a parking lot right outside, but it's in bad shape (lots of pot holes). There's a parking lot in the back too. We just parked on the street. Free street parking is available right in front of the store on Flat Shoals. You can park along Glenwood and its offshoots as well. I won't go so far as to call this place one, but it reminds me of a junk shop. There's a bunch of old furniture and other random stuff here. However, a lot of it has been restored or repurposed. There are a lot of salvaged items. For example, they've built tables/stands/bars/consoles out of old high school lockers. They've used an old industrial fan to make a coffee table. Most of the items, though, appear to be original pieces and many things are new. If you're a fan of vintage stuff, this is the shop for you. They have a lot of sofas, chairs, tables, desks, dressers, light fixtures (including chandeliers), and more. They also feature quite a bit of local art which is neat. Some of the cooler things I've seen are an old gymnasium scoreboard (full size) and old record players and speaker systems (that still work). Random finds include antique irons and a Triumph bicycle. When we visited, there was complimentary wine and cheese next to the register. That was nice. This is a niche/alternative store, so if you're looking for something different, unique, and/or retro, it may be worth checking out.

Yelp
So I went in to browse what they had and left out purchasing a bed. The bed i purchased was a black queen size sleigh bed. When entering I was a little overwhelming exploring all the things they have. They literally have almost everything and it was interesting to find some new things. Great customer service and they also delivered my bed and put it together!

Yelp
Ooohhh!! Loved finding this little gem in my new neighborhood! It does seem a bit fancy from the outside, so I wasn't sure that I'd find anything I'd like (Or in my budget). I started shopping around and found the prices were quite reasonable for what they had. Not only do they have vintage household pieces (furniture and decorations) but they all have a ton of pretty sweet refurbished pieces. As soon as I walked in I saw several pieces I was quite interested in. The repurposed ones weren't cheaply done and all seemed pretty solid. There was a number of reupholstered items too. All felt great and were finished well. Also in this spot, tons of local art and merch. From jewelry, to canvas paintings, to homemade candies. I was also stoked to see some local pieces that were being sold as fundraising efforts to help out with Atlanta's homeless community. Love seeing any shop giving back and supporting local art. This shop definitely has my business and I'm looking forward to returning soon for more goodies.

Yelp
Best furniture store period. Not only is the customer service excellent, but this store is perfectly curated. And great prices too.

Yelp
I never leave this shop empty handed. Great home decor, local art and East Atlanta gifts too. A great place to bring out of town visitors, too.

Yelp
Gorgeous custom pieces. Reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. Bought this reworked beauty but some of the glass shelves were damaged. They ordered new inserts and dropped them off at my house because they weren't ready when we stopped back through. We will likely check in regularly to find new treasures to add to our Kaboodle collection.

Yelp
Formerly Trader's, Kaboodle is one of the greatest furniture stores in the area. A lot of the pieces are refurbished antiques that give them a new/fresh look that beats anything you will find at a big box retailer. If you are on the hunt for any new items for your house, make sure Kaboodle is on your list if you want to pay a reasonable price for high quality furnishings! I have picked up a few items from this store and will definitely be back. In addition, you can put your items up for consignment at this store.

Yelp
TLDR: Cool shop for unique furniture and home furnishings. With all of the great food and drink around East Atlanta Village, it might be easy to overlook some of the shops that are open during the day. If you're looking for some things to give your home a little bit more character, try out Kaboodle. As with most places in EAV, you're probably going to find street parking right along Flat Shoals. If you come here during the day, you should have little to no problem finding a spot. It seems like a lot of the stuff they have are refurbished items that are still in great condition and they'll fix them up and give them an updated look. You can actually see staff working on future items towards the back of the store. I personally got a "Fantastical Fictive Beers" poster that came in a frame that Kaboodle made recently and the poster itself sells for $29 on Amazon. I want to say that Kaboodle had it for $15 for just the poster, but I got a framed poster for $40, which is not a bad deal. The staff is really friendly here and it seems like they're willing to negotiate their prices as well. It's a really cool spot for some unique decor and worth a visit if you're in EAV.

Yelp
Great bargains for quality furniture. Amazing service. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Yelp
Lots of cool furniture that I would call eclectic when mixed with modern. I was truly surprised by the couches that looked like they were from the 60's and 70's but still look to be in great condition. I definitely enjoyed browsing. I ended up buying some wall art because it really matched the colors in my house. The wall art itself wasn't super impressive because I could see that it came from Cost Plus World market. Originally priced at 39.99, I got it for $20. Not really cheap, but considering the original price, I think 1/2 price wasn't bad. I'd love to find other stores more like this one.

Yelp
Great shop with some really cool and unique finds. Looked like new stuff coming in all the time.

Yelp
I'm giving 5 stars to Mike for repairing four midcentury dining room chairs. I bought them secondhand elsewhere and the backs were loose. Mike agreed to fix two at a time each and kept his word. It was a very convenient process and my chairs look great!

Yelp
Cool spot for home furnishings. I came across a great cabinet here that has been jazzed up with re-porposed materials in the most unique way. Not only was it a great deal but, when delivering, these guys agreed to sell a piece that I owned on consignment. Definitely check them out.

Yelp
Owner didn't speak to me and my friend the whole time we were in the store. Then when we checked out....owner accused me of trying to trick him because I was a woman. Super unfriendly and sexist

Yelp
For those of us who desire unique pieces of furniture and eschew generic places that only focus on the "good retail experience" without the quality furniture, this is the place to go. The "guy running the place" is a small business owner who has weathered the recesssion's storm and has nevertheless stuck it out with the East Atlanta Village. As a resident of the Village, I repay that loyalty with business and will continue to do so. The owner may not be the most enthusiastic fellow, but he makes up for it with his knowledge of furniture, unique selection, and willingness to negotiate. Finally, to the previous poster: he was running your credit card using Square (https://squareup.com/). A ton of retailers are moving in this direction so you may want to get used to people 'pulling out their cell phones to run your card.'

Yelp
I love, love, love Kaboodle (Formerly Trader's). If you are looking for quality furniture that no one else will have, then definitely check out Kaboodle. They have furniture for every price point. There is always something new here every single time we pop in. Plus, the owner is a super nice guy.

Yelp
This store is the first place I look when I need anything cool for my house. The owner, Michael is wonderful and you truly get the feeling there that you're getting something really special from someone who puts heart into their work. Prices are very reasonable and you're supporting local artists. Love this place!
