Absolutely delicious! The hummus was creamy and flavorful, topped with perfectly seasoned, tender meat that just melts in your mouth. The fresh veggies added a perfect balance of taste and color. The presentation was mouthwatering, and the flavor was even better. One of the best dishes I’ve tried – highly recommended

I was craving kebab and came to Kabsah because my friends told me about it. The waiter welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and sat me down and gave me a special order of kebab. I love my kebab spicy and they made it spicy just like I wanted it. The service was amazing and the waiter Mohammed was extremely helpful and generous! I highly recommend this place, and I wish I knew about it sooner!

Delicious freshly made clean authentic food. Banna was kind and informative helped me choose the right order. Generous portions too. Ate my fill and left with lots for later.

Google
Ordered lamb kabsa mix grill 2 fries and wrap which isnt in the pics because it was brought out later now the portions were small dont believe me see pics that kabsa wasn't worth $25 it was soggy rice with fat bones of meat or bone with no meat at all both the kabsah n grill had a weird overpowering spice that ruined overall taste wrap literally had 2 pieces of boneless chicken overloaded with salad they don't even have a sauce to go with it water which they ridiculously charge for $2 a bottle they brought me four which I never requested glad I only drank 1 spent $87 for mediocre food with no service to match the prices waiter doesn't even speak English and does thumbs up for every question or request kept bringing 2 packets of ketchup when I requested ketchup for my 2 order of fries that had like 10 pieces on each plate do yourself a favor and don't eat here they didn't make a great 1st impression one and done 1st n last visit 4 me this is what you get when you decide to support your own

Google
Mashallah, the food was absolutely extraordinary! From the perfect seasoning of the meats to the incredible freshness of the vegetables, it’s hands down some of the best food in Central Florida. And it’s not just Arabic cuisine—this is top-tier food in every category. The hospitality of the servers was exceptional, and the quality of the food is unmatched. There truly is nothing that compares to it!

Me and my friends visited Kabsah Yemini t today. The foods was excellent. The service was great. Love this place and definitely recommend. We had Chicken Briyani, Lamb Haneeth and Lamb Kasbah. Everything was great.

Google
My family of 8 and I came here recently after graduation looking for some good Arabic food. We were warmly greeted and quickly seated at a table that fit all of us comfortably. The food was absolutely delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Both the chicken and lamb were perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. At first, we weren’t sure if the portions would be enough, but that worry disappeared when they brought out generous servings of meat and rice. Everything was full of flavor, hot, and beautifully prepared. 5/5 for the food, 5/5 for the service and very affordable. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp

Yelp
Yemen food. We did not try their Mandi. But we do have Kabsah rice. The place is in the the halal food plaza. The same plaza has a middle eastern grocery store, two halal restaurants and more. We got the family mix tandoori platter. This platter has chicken tikka, chicken kabab boti, ground lamb. This dish accompanied with kabsah rice. Food is good. Service is good. Grilled meat prepared fast. Good value.

Yelp
We stopped into Kabsah for a late lunch while visiting Orlando. The interior is spacious and has some artwork showing Yemen. Nothing too exciting about the interior, but there were a couple of booths with floor seating for those who want the traditional communal dining experience. We ordered a lamb haneeth and tabouleh salad. The food came out very fast. The lamb was very tender, and the rice was decent. The haneeth came with some yogurt and hot sauce. The tabouleh salad was a little strong, but not bad. Overall, decent food and service. A little on the pricey side.

Yelp
Halal breakfast in this area is hard to find.. Great full to find this place open at 11am. My wife and I were the first customers of the day. Very clean and well decorated restaurant. Food : beef mokalkal and shakshoka which came with 2 large pita bread. The meal was delicious; hot and served as an ample portion. Service : quick and friendly,we even had a chance to speak to one of the owners Abdulla. Parking: large parking lot. Recommend this place to friends and family.

Yelp
KUDOS and thanks to the staff for providing supreme quality customer service! The dessert was excellent! They gave me a sample to try, and it was delicious ! The ambiance is quiet and quite mellow! Thank God for Kabsah! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business!

Yelp
This is my first time ever trying Yemeni food and I loved it! I wasn't sure what to order but since the name of the restaurant is called Kabsah, I figured I'll order a chicken kabsah. I didn't have any expectation of what this dish was but it was a rice and chicken dish that was absolutely delicious! I am definitely going to go again but I'll get the lamb kabsah. There were other dishes I seen coming out that looked extremely delicious as well! I can't wait to go again and try new stuff!

Yelp
I'm in Orlando for the Warrior Games 2024, staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites, on Regency Village Drive. Today, I ordered the Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Leg Quarter through GrubHub. It was absolutely delicious.

Yelp
We had the misfortune of having lunch at this place today. We saw a new middle eastern restaurant and wanted to try it out- I wish we didn't! To begin with, they were not busy at all when we got there and did not get busy while we were there. This fact becomes important when I say that the service was terrible. I could understand slow and inattentive service if they were super busy, but they were not. We asked for drinks and water with ice and a server just brought us canned drinks and a bottle of water and just left. There was no ice or glasses to pour the drinks into and no straws provided. The food came out and we did not have any utensils. We again had to look for our server to get utensils (and straws). Then we asked for a mild chicken biryani and it came out spicy. Lastly, even after we ate, we sat there waiting for a check while the server completely ignored our table. I gave up the wait and ended up going to the front to get the bill. Despite it all, we still left a good tip, but we won't be back ever again. The food itself was nothing special. It was not terrible (except for the spice level in the chicken dish) and it was not great- just ok. What made the whole situation worse is the lack of any kind of AC or fans in the dining room. It was about 90 degrees outside and the restaurant was at about 82-85 degrees. So when they served hot dishes we were all overheating and eating was extremely uncomfortable. At that point there was no difference between being inside and being outside! They also had a weird plastic cover on the wood tables and the plastic stuck to the hands and made the table look dingy and cheap. All in all, going there was a mistake, this might have been acceptable for a cheap fast food joint, but not for a $100 lunch. We will never eat there again. And if you want a better option, try the Istanbul Grill- they are right next door to this place and both the service, food and the atmosphere are so much better! Give Istanbul Grill a try if you are looking for an authentic experience.

Yelp
Our visit to this place was very impromptu based on a quick Google search and everyone was in for trying Yemeni food! To our surprise, everyone loved the food over here! We ordered the Chicken Kabsah, Chicken Mandi, Chicken Karahi, Hummus, and Vegetable Kabsah. Our favorite was the Chicken Mandi, it came with a half chicken on top which was cooked so soft, and the spices were so unique and it was super yummy. I have always wanted to try the Kabsah rice, and the Chicken Kabsah was good as well! The Chicken Karahi came with bread and it felt like home cooked food and it was so comforting to eat it! We also had a vegetarian friend who had Vegetable Kabsah he also said it was good! So they do have vegetarian options. Overall this is must try place, the waiter was very polite and always made sure we had everything we needed. The quantities are ample and one tip is to order everything for the table, because you can't complete one dish by yourself.

Yelp
Such a kind owner who values his customers and puts so much care into the food they make. I will be eating here as much as I can as everything about this restaurant is 10/10. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Yelp
We were helping our son relocate to a new apartment and were going to stop at (gasp!) Taco Bell. Right behind the Bell is Kabsah! We saw the sign so we investigated. What a fabulous surprise! We ate like kings, having lamb and chicken mandi, respectively. Delicious food, fast service, and the owner came out and offered a couple of tasty sweet treats for dessert. If we lived closer, this would become a regular stop for us. If you are in the area, we highly recommend Kabsah. Your taste buds will thank you!

Yelp
Wife and I had to run some errands and we saw Kabsah in a small kind of run-down shopping center. The name stood out to me because my adopted brother was from Saudi Arabia and he used to make Kabsah all the time. My first impression was kind or set back because its a older looking establishment and there were not many patrons. The staff was very friendly and in a very traditional middle eastern manor. They spoke fluent English and Arabic and explained the menu nicely. Of ours I had the traditional Kabsah and my wife had a similar chicken dish. We also shared an appetizer of the hummus. The hummus was very fresh and seasoned to perfection. I would highly recommend it especially with the fresh bread they serve with it. The food came out very fresh, so you could tell it was just prepared. The chicken was absolutely delicious and very moist. The Kabsah was also very fresh and nice and light. Its amazing how they can season the rice so well and yet keep it light. They had an array of different drink and fresh juices which is a very traditional Middle East/ Saudi memory of mine. They also served at your request a nice spicy sauce that paired nicely with the flavors of the food. It was a really nice overall experience and brought back so fond memories of my Saudi brothers. They even had the separate booths for prayer. This added such a nice traditional middle east spiritual vibe to a wonderful restaurant and beautiful culture. High recommend for those who are familiar with the food and culture, or even someone new just looking to try some traditional and delicious from a peaceful misunderstood area in the world.

Yelp
We had the lamb and the chicken Mandi was awesome!! Among the best service around the soup was awesome and the atmosphere was inviting. Thank you for bringing the taste of Yemen to tampa

Nadir O.

Yelp
I order the Lamb Kabsah and the Mixed Tandoori Platter. These were great, and the Mixed Tandoori came with Nan bread, I suggest you order this. As it also comes with fresh yogurt. The service was amazing, the guy that took our order recommended this, and I recommend this for anyone trying this for the first time. Everything was fresh, and the Mixed Tandoori came on a grilling hot pan, which had smoke coming from it. The place was clean, the only time it wasn't clean is when they were cleaning it. This place deserved five stars, and is great, and I loved how when we sat down they had a little cover set, and they have lovely places to sit. Sit on a little couch spot and eat with your shoes off, sit at a table, a booth, etc. Overall, this place deserves five stars, and I would go here again and will attempt to with how good the service, food, and ambiance was.

Joe S.

Yelp
Great food, great service. Gald, we stopped by. We ordered the mix grill and the chicken mandi dishes came with rice and naan.

Israa M.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town, service was great and staff was very welcoming and friendly, for the food highly recommend lamb fahsa! I don't typically like lamb but this was AMAZING!! Definitely the best Yemeni food in Orlando and will be coming back!

Gamal k.

Yelp
Great authentic food with great taste. Very good place to check out and try Mediterranean cuisine. Nice plates and great prices.

Zak A.

Yelp
This place has great dishes. I usually get one of these 4 options. Lamb Kabsa/Lamb Mandi/Chicken Kabsah/Chicken Mandi. They're all good and the serving is large is can be used for two meals if not very hungry. The owners are always nice.
google avatar

Mounir N.

Yelp
I tried Lamb Mandy. And the beef soup It was absolutely the best. Going back again today

Mariah A.

Yelp
So surprised to find a Yemeni place in Orlando! Has a cute little traditional seating area. Didn't have to wait long for our food. Got chicken kabsah, lamb haneeth w bread, and fatoosh. So good! Highly recommend
google avatar

Christine F.

Yelp
There is a lot of parking and plenty of seating. The chicken tikka masala was good as well as the naan. Quick service and good prices. The reason for 4 stars is the naan was burnt and the chicken pieces had rubbery pieces.

Yelp
We are preparing for a trip to the middle east. We have been watching programs and especially the food. After having had enough we had to give some a try. Luckily here in Orlando there are many options but we though we would give Kabsah a try. First be aware that they are currently renovating but this does not effect your food experience. I found the staff and servers here very friendly and helpful with the menu. We ordered lamb mandi and chicken kabsah with lemonade. Our drink order came first and I swear the lemonade here isn't just good, it's fresh and delicious. Our entrees came shortly after which was very impressive and the smell was amazing. Served with a green spicy sauce which I don't know, both dishes were incredible. The chichen dish was a bit more spicy and the lamb was more savory. I perfect pairing if I do say so myself. The portions are generous here so be prepared to have some leftovers. All in all a great experience and we look forward to our next visit.

Wei C.

Yelp
Amazing food, and great service. Wodeed was an amazing server and we sincerely enjoyed eating here. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Yelp
Went yesterday and the food was so delicious. I wish we had taken pictures but we were so hungry and the food smelled amazing. Loooved the fresh hummus and the tabbouleh. The kids loved the steak wraps. The owners son who was only 9 spoke with us extensively and was the most polite little boy. He even showed us a video of Yemen dancing and told us how much he loved his culture. Would most definitely recommend.

Yelp
Good food and pleasant service! The server was thoughtful. Also free tea There are also two cabins to sit on the floor, best way to have the entire experience and feel the authenticity of the Arabic tradition.

Waleed A.

Yelp
The food was horrible. The chicken wasn't fresh. No flavor at all. I will never return. Customer service was also bad. You try talking to them and they just stare at you. I spoke in English and Arabic with barely any response.

Saiful C.

Yelp
I searched for Kabsah - an Arabic dish and found this one while visiting Orlando , fl . The restaurant does not look like much . But their lamb Khabsah, lamb haneeth and beef mokalkal is so good ! Hands down the best Arabic food anywhere .

Usman A.

Yelp
I would consider this place because the food is very authentic, the staff are very friendly, and it' has a peaceful atmosphere. It gets even better if you come during Ramadan. They turn the restaurant into a buffet, and there's always a long line to get the food. This only happens in the night though. Overall would recommend.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch, craving some amazing food and this place did not disappoint!! Very friendly and welcoming staff and the food was flavoring and fabulous! Even ordered another meal to take home for dinner!

Yelp
This is a no frills Arab style restaurant serving amazing food. We loved the Lamb Haneeth and the Chicken Kabsa. I can't wait to visit again and try the rest of the menu items. Absolutely recommend it if you are in the area.

Khalil M A.

Yelp
Hello-I hope this message gets to owner. -Chicken was so dry and not seasoned good, chicken was cooked this morning and it's 7 pm. Not fresh at all. Rice was good. Did not provide salda harrah with it. That was very cheap of you to not provide it. -saltah was really just mixed vegetables with chicken, that was the worst saltah I've ever had. Not that much okra in it, no white sauce and not seasoned good. Bread was good. ( Delivery order from Uber)

Ollie A.

Yelp
When I first got to Florida I was worried there wouldn't be any Yemeni food, and they came to the rescue! I took my Puerto Rican friend to try Yemeni food for the first time and he was shook! We got the lamb haneeth, a classic and my favorite dish, and he loved it. He couldn't believe how soft and well cooked it was. They were kind and sweet, as Yemeni folks tend to be. The place gives a taste not just of good food, but of the culture. The setting and the art gives you a dive into Yemeni history so it was fun educating my friend on our culture. I loved it and will for sure be coming back! Thank you!

Yelp
I don't really have much to compare to because I'm not familiar with this region's food, but what I had was tasty and fairly priced. The server was the only one there, and he did his absolute best to take care of everyone. The food tasted clean and refreshing, although some was a little different then I expected. I had a lamb soup, that was nothing but broth. I'm not surprised at only $1.99 that it lacked meat, but was shocked it lacked vegetables, too. It was more like a stock. A delicious stock. But a stock. I'm not going to hold me not being familiar with their culture against them for this, but will certainly ask more questions next time. I also had an appetizer that was described as pieces of bread with yogurt. I was a little surprised when it was all mixed in. Tasty and refreshing, but I was expecting a dipping situation. The serving was sizable, so much i took about half home and will enjoy it with some fresh veggies for lunch today. Again. I need to ask more questions. This area has a lot of Indian and middle eastern eateries and I will certainly return!

Yelp
Badly made Yemeni food they need a new cook got a lamb it had 70% fat flavor is there but not made well
google avatar

Walid S.

Yelp
This is a Yemeni restaurant that serves food that transverse into arabian gulf and Indian varieties. It is a very simple set up thar draws you in to delicious fresh food. Owned and operated by a couple who cook and serve. The meats are mostly cooked to a drop-off-the bone beef and lamb. The chicken and vegetables are stewed to perfection. We had the lamb haneeth and lamb biryani. They offered to serve them in one large plate so we all can sample all. We also ordered the okra stew. Then we added the lamb fahsa which is a vegetable and meat stew served boiling on a clay pot. They have bread that is a cross between pita, naan, chibatti. Hummus was nothing special but then again we failed to find any good hummus dip in Orlando. The service was very friendly and more like a home host style. The experience was so good we came back the next day.

Yelp
As luck would have it, my colleagues and I were heading to another Yemeni Restaurant and luckily ended up here. We tried following: Lamb Mandi - one word. Delicious! Make sure you utilize the green spicy sauce that comes on side. Meat was amazingly delicious. Succulent and melts in your mouth. Chicken Kabsah - Yumm. Good! They may be known for this and it tastes really good but I guess I'm a Mandi person Chicken Kabob - good! Lamb Fahsa - my first time with this meal and I would like to say it was delicious. We had it with naan which is a little odd as naan is an indo pak bread. Tea - a bit strong but reminded me of my time spent in the outskirts of Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Customer service - they give a very hole in the wall, ghetto environment. That's not a negative but they could try to change ambiance a little to uplift the atmosphere. I went to this restaurant on Thursday night and I ended up coming back on Friday evening. I will definitely miss this place. I'm glad it's not in Atlanta as I cannot afford to put on so much weight.
google avatar

Majed A.

Yelp
We had lamb mandi, lamb kabsah, and fahsah. The dishes were tasteless. In addition, the fahsah was cocked in a different style. In fact, it is okra with meat, but they call it fahsah. Seriously, if you are looking for lamb mandi or fahsah, I recommend you going to a different restaurant.

Yelp
Amazing Yemeni food! The first time for me and my wife to a Yemeni restaurant in the US and it was a great experience overall. We tried the lamb Mandi and chicken mukalkal which was my favorite. Would different recommend this place and will come again to try the breakfast menu
google avatar

Yelp
Wow. The food was like homemade. Nice people and generous portions. Many selections and flavor to fit most. The bread was out of this world and we kept ordering more.

Yelp
Here in Orlando for work and a friend decided to take us to this place called Kabsah Restaurant. Its located in a plaza that has various other halal restaurants specifically from Pakistan/India however this allows you to taste Yemeni authentic food. We all decided to order the Lamb Kabsah which was recommended by our friend and glad we did. The rice was good and lamb meat was juicy and melted in your mouth. The restaurant seemed very clean and owner was very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone living or visiting orlando to definitely come and try this place ...

Yelp
All that needs to be said is yum! I love Yemeni food but have only had it a few times. I found this place on yelp while in the area on business. This is a great place owned by a young couple. The food was just fantastic and they were both very friendly. I started with an order of shafoot. I had never had Shafoot before, so thought I would try it. The best way to describe it is a cold bread porridge. Chunks of bread in a yogurt broth with mint, spices, and tomatoes. It may sound strange to an American but was really good. They bring s big bowl of it, so I would order to share. For my entree I ordered chicken Kabsah. This is a wonderful dish consisting of piece of bone in chicken covered with basmati rice and spices. The rice was very well cooked and seasoned and the chicken was flavorful as well. I was definitely impressed. The dish is very large so come hungry. Honestly you could split it between 2 people. They brought out a complimentary dessert, kunafa that was very good as well and much appreciated. I will definitely be back the next time I am down on business.

Yelp
We made a reservation for the Ramadan buffet through the google site online but when we got there, we were greeted as if we did not have one. The staff was not welcoming, the food was alright but cold. We had to pay for water separately which is kind of outrageous since the buffet is $20 per person. Wouldn't eat here again.
