"The flagship restaurant of the Maven Hotel at Dairy Block, Kachina Cantina is a modern take on typical Southwestern fare. Its woven leather chairs, carved wooden tables, bright murals, and geometric tiles are a nod to that region’s classic regional style, while the menu pays homage to the Southwest’s iconic dishes, like fry bread tacos, pozole, and calabacitas enchiladas. Take part in Margarita Monday in the dining room or out on the patio, when some margaritas are BOGO. Try Kachina Cantina’s Blood Orange margarita, which is made with Astral Tequila, blood orange and fresh lime juice, and agave syrup, served on the rocks with a salt rim and a slice of dried blood orange." - Rebecca Treon
