The 19 Best Restaurants in Seychelles | Eater

"Part of the Laïla hotel across the street, Kafe Kreol in Anse Royale is a family-friendly beachside haven that serves a hodgepodge of Seychellois Creole and Italian food. Pastas are made fresh daily, like the spaghetti vongole (which gets the chef’s kiss), while mango adds a twist to octopus salad, a refreshing Seychellois staple. In true Seychelles style, the atmosphere is super relaxed, which makes Kafe Kreol a good choice if you’re coming off the beach in your flip-flops or after hiking one of the island’s many spectacular trails. Once you finish your meal, order a fresh coconut, pop that straw in there, and head down to the beach to digest with your toes in the sand." - Steven Rioux

We enjoyed quiet much. The prices are medium/high but the quality is really good, we had 1 fresh coconut water and an amazing milkshake. Nice view of the sea and seating tables are really nice. Very clean toilets and clean place in general 👌

Really enjoyed our meals here at Kafe Kreol. Came one night for dinner and another night just for dessert. The staff was very friendly and attentive to us! The food was also really tasty, especially compared to other places around the island. For food we had a pizza, a red snapper fillet dish, coconut nougat and brownies! Would suggest everything, but especially the pizza!

This is the apex of Seychelles experience: way overpriced, average food but just taking advantage of the beautiful seaside and fine sand around. Everything is a money milking factory, nice for a once in a lifetime but don’t plan to return any time soon.

We visited this place at about 12.15 pm and the person in the service refused to serve us any food. We ended up drinking some beer only. The service here lacks the quality the ambience of the place demands. The pros definitely is the location , it surely has one of the most beautiful view of the ocean.

Place is located in the East Coast Rd, Anse Royale. As starters we got Smoked Kingfish Salad. This is a true Creole classic..! Locally caught kingfish that's smoked to perfection and paired with sweet mango drizzled with a tangy signature sauce. One bite and you'll taste an explosion of tropical flavours. We ordered Creole Degustation as the main dish. This was an unforgettable Creole experience which had a selection of fish curry, rougaille sausages and whole fish for two shark chutney, and prawn curry that also accompanied by local chutneys, rice, lentils, and tangy pickle For drinks we ordered Twa Dalon which is made out of Local oranges, homegrown passion fruit, and a hint of fresh mint. The trio gave an unbeatable bursting with tropical charm. This is best place for a tourist to enjoy 100% authentic Kreol flavors. Generous portions, flavorful, hearty, and incredibly satisfying; this local restaurant nailed it..!!

Fast and polite service, spaghetti bolognaise better than in most of Italy, but overpriced. Cocktails we didn’t like. Place itself has beautiful atmosphere and location.

we visited this restaurant almost every day while we were on holiday, we liked everything. The food is very good, tasty and of good quality. The atmosphere is wonderful both during the day, beach and relaxed, and in the evening there are DJs or they play very good music. The prices are a bit high, but this can be explained by the fact that other only pretend that they are restaurants, and the Creole cafe is a real restaurant. Thanks to the wonderful waiters for the service and the chef for the delicious and beautiful food
