"In a 900-square-foot ground-floor space at 1419 Lawrence Street around the corner from Larimer Square, Kaffe Landskap will offer the same Scandinavian-influenced all-day cafe menu of coffee, espresso, tea and European pastries as well as salads, sandwiches, simple toasts, soups and other health-forward items that emphasize clean, minimal ingredients. Baked goods will be supplied by the larger Wewatta Street kitchen; the design will be minimal and wood-forward with large windows, and beverage service will include six pour-over choices, batch brew and espresso drinks using beans sourced via Collaborative Coffee Source and roasted at Landskap Kaffe Rosteri.
