Hawaiian food is my comfort food. Haven't had much luck finding the taste I wanted in Vegas that reminds me the most of the food in Hawaii. But thankfully, Kahuku is now my go-to for those cravings. The owners are both lovely people from Hawaii who really know how to capture the authenticity and essence of the island cuisine. I had katsu, bbq chicken, garlic shrimp, and fresh tuna poke. The katsu and bbq chicken are just the right amount of crisp and char respectively. The garlic shrimp is reminiscent of Giovannis in Hawaii, but I'm somewhat biased towards Kahuku's.. The tuna poke was featured in the Wall Street Journal for good reason and did not disappoint one bit. Fresh, savory, sweet. Everything you look for in fresh poke by the pound. Portions are fantastic as well. Worth it worth it worth it. Thank you, Kahuku, for existing in Vegas! Also, mac salad was awesome. Not too mayo-y and perfect with Sriracha.

Hi there Angie :) I am Ken in NJ. We are safely back to NJ now and I just wanted to leave a message here since we had more than ever expected Poke and Locomoco and such a wonderful kindness from you. I had the most amazing experience at this Hawaiian poke shop! The poke was fresh and incredibly flavorful, and the texture was out of this world - it was so chewy and delicious. I felt like I was transported to Hawaii with every bite. The owner was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the ingredients and preparation methods, which made the experience even more special. We also tried the Locomoco, which was fantastic. It's clear that the owner takes great pride in their food and it definitely shows in every dish. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back for more! It's a hidden gem. If you are looking for something new and delicious to try, then give it try you won't regret it!!

Just left there, we haven't even finished our food yet but I had to come and say how delicious it is. I am so over the fast food around us and I'm so thankful I saw this place while driving home. I'm so happy with my meal, it's exactly what I've been craving. Beautifully cooked, beautifully presented thank you so much for your food, it's delicious and it made our night. 🙂

Devastated to see my favorite Korean corn dog shop broken into this morning. Miss Lilian Lee the owner is the sweetest and did not deserve this mess days before her grand opening. You can’t miss with anything from Kahuku Poke and Two Hands! I recommend the BBQ plates with extra Mac salad and any corn dog with cheese and a horchata slush! Great late night eats! Delicious!!!!

Google
This place has really amazing Hawaiian food. Their poke is really good, probably the best I've ever had so far. The lau lau had really good flavor from the leaves wrapped around it. Roast pork was a little dry, but you get some gravy for it. There's a lot of seating inside and very friendly staff.

Google
Been here a couple of times and love the food each time I visit. Food: • Combo plate with rice, mac salad, garlic shrimp and spicy tuna. • 1/4 lb Spicy Tuna • Roast Pork Bowl The food reminds me of back home in Hawaii. The poke is really good and the gravy on the roast pork was delicious. The service is also always good. Met the owner yesterday and she mentioned she owns the restaurant in Mililani called Maru-Hi. Another great restaurant that I dine at when I'm home. Definitely will return as often as I can and will recommend it to everyone.

Delicious. Someone once told me if you want to know if the hawaiian restuarant is good, you gotta taste the potato salad first before diving in.

Google
My poke was so horrible I threw it out and brushed my teeth lmaooo. I get it, we live mainland everything has to be imported but these people didn’t thaw the previously frozen fish out in a slow cold ice bath like you’re supposed to do, they friggen ran it under the water faucet!!! Now my fish taste bland, they washed the fish taste out and the outside of the fish was white which tells me it just sat in the running water for too long!!! Plus it was a cheaper grain of fish! When you come from a family of fishermen and people who work at the fish auction block responsible for grading the fish and separating them in quality YOU KNOW FISH AND HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE PREPARED! Even with the sauces to mask eewwww wonder if the owners is actually from Kahuku or just wearing the title lol bc this is nothing any outside vendors or restaurants on the north shore of Oahu would be serving!

Yelp
Food was amazing. I couldn't decide what dish I wanted so I got both the barbecue short rib and barbecue chicken #23, and the #8 spicy garlic shrimp. The Chicken and barbecue short rib where tender and well seasoned. I didn't eat the rice at all. The spicy garlic flavor was spectacular, and my only complaint is that the shrimp were served with the shell still on, so I literally had to Peel it before I could enjoy it. With the Shell on means it is fresh and it was diveined, which is a bonus, but The extra work was a bit of a bother. If you are in Las Vegas, this is a great place to stop and it's right next to Walmart. I would give it four and a half stars, and they also have a military discount which is cool. The service is also really good. I asked The young lady at the front counter and she suggested a couple options that I ended up selecting. Great choices

Yelp
Ordered this place for delivery since they were having a killer deal on Ubereats for BOGO free! I ordered the chicken katsu to be delivered. A little disappointed since chicken katsu is my absolute favorite Hawaiian dish, but I'm not sure if it's just me, but the taste was different to me. It just wasn't as good as other places I've had but again, I don't think it was because it wasn't good, just a different flavor. I also personally didn't care too much for the mac salad either, unfortunately. I think I would definitely try other items here in the future. Its definitely a "me" problem and not a them problem, so definitely willing to give them another shot seeing as it seems like people really love their garlic shrimp (going to try that next time for sure)!

Yelp
Service was nice and quick. There's a small seating area with 5 tables but I think most people take their food to go so it wasn't an issue finding somewhere to sit. They share the unit with a Korean corndog place. We got a meat Jun/limu bento & a lau lau/spicy mayo bento. Lau lau was really good. The meat Jun was a bit too soggy for my liking but still okay. The Mac salad has a little too much mayo but also still good. The poke was really good! Limu was my favorite. I'd probably just opt for a poke bowl next time.
google avatar

Amia G.

Yelp
I like the variety of options they have for food here. We had the katsu curry and the garlic chicken. I think it's decent food for the price that it is, I wish the chicken was a little crispier but the katsu curry was great! I like the service here - always friendly. The inside is a little small but it's more a grab and go spot. I love that they also sell Korean corn dogs! Those corn dogs are so so so good!
google avatar

Jason C.

Yelp
The food was really good. The portion sizes were great for the value. The staff was exceptional at the to go counter. The restaurant also sells boba and Korean Hot Dogs. The decor inside seems like it's more of a takeout restaurant. I would definitely go back cause the chicken was cut and very flavorful.

Yelp
I loved the variety of this place and how it was almost like a 2 in 1 restaurant. One side was all things Hawaiian bbq and poke, the other side was hand dipped corn dogs and fries of all types. My family and I went for the bbq / poke side and were not disappointed! I ordered the chicken katsu, short ribs, macaroni salad, rice and side salad to supplement goods we bought from a store next door. My kids ate every last bite and left little else for me and my mom. If they ate it all (and fast) then it was good! I really enjoyed the short ribs and would definitely get them again!
google avatar

Yelp
I tried the spicy mayo tuna poke bowl. It was okay, but probably not my favorite. Portion size was great and the sauce was good, but the spicy tuna was a bit chewy or fatty for my taste.

Yelp
I was craving Hawaiian food (again) and decided to try a new place nearby. I ordered delivery (Grubhub) from Kahuku Poke & Hawaiian BBQ, and I have to say... I was disappointed. I ordered the combo and asked for the mochiko chicken instead of BBQ... but the mochiko chicken had no flavor and was really dry. I was also really excited for the meat jun, and was utterly disappointed it came without the sauce. Meat Jun isn't complete without the sauce. :( I'm sad I paid quite a bit for a meal I wasn't satisfied with.

Yelp
So bonus two restaurants one spot. Inside, there is Two Hands corndogs and Kahuku Poke. I got the corndogs, and the man got a combo poke chicken plate that had macaroni salad. His chciken was really good it also had rice. I was not a fan of the macaroni just because I like mine sweet, but this was more of the traditional Hawaii style - unsweetened. It didn't taste bad. I just prefer the sweet. I only had a small bite of the poke - it was ok, but it came covered in seaseme seeds, which I do not eat, and we didn't think to ask. The corndogs I was so excited about were just a miss for me. The kid at the counter was really nice and gave me his recommendations. My biggest issue was that they were a tad bit undercooked in the middle, so it still had a bit of that raw dough flavor and texture. The spicy dog was really good. I ended up pulling it out and eating that. The cheese had a good melt and cheese pull to it. I really enjoyed the potato outside. I did not like the sweet sauce drizzled on it. The hot cheetos on top did not provide any additional flavor, which was weird, but it was fun to look at. My husband said his food wasn't bad but not memorable. I would be willing to try it again but here is what I would order: Spicy dog with potato outside - skip the cheetos and the sauce. I would get the chicken and the poke but ask for no seeds.

Yelp
My wife and I love Hawaiian poke, and we've noticed that some of the Hawaiian restaurants in Las Vegas serve amazing poke. We randomly saw this Hawaiian place on the way home, and we decided to stop here for lunch. My wife wanted limu poke. I noticed they had some combo platters, when I saw that the restaurant had a meat jun and limu poke set. I'd n ever heard of meat jun in my life, apparently it's based on the Korean yukjeon... which I've also never heard of before. The Hawaiian variant is basically a deep fried egg with beef on the inside, and then sauce on the side. The combo came with meat jun and limu poke, as well as two scoops of rice, one scoop of mac salad, and two pickles. The limu poke was amazing, extremely well seasoned, and I loved the limu seawood that added some extra saltiness to the dish. This was my first time trying meat jun, and I must say I am in love with this dish. Beef wrapped with an egg that is fried is just amazing. The sauce went super well with the beef and egg, and made me want to crave more rice. Absolutely addictive. Amazing authentic Hawaiian restaurant in Las Vegas. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Place looks clean, great selections of local Hawaiian favorites and friendly staff, the portions are pretty big! Can feed two for sure! Was my first time at this place and definitely won't be my last The food was really good like legit good very close to home! I had the all time local favorite which is loco moço wit an extra egg and extra gravy it was bomb specially when I ate it together wit the Mac salad. Really enjoyed for good and will definitely return, the prices are pretty affordable especially considering this outta control inflation where only the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer... Sad days America! Anyhow try it out you'll like it! Mahalo nui Kahuku

Yelp
Overall the experience is amazing, from the food to customer service. All around it's been great since the opening of Kahuku! The food is always delicious and quick, every combo and platter hits the spot. Would definitely recommend to people to try this spot!

Yelp
Yesterday, we ordered for take out of Garlic Chicken, short-rib and poke combination plate. Garlic chicken was so dry and no flavor, short-rib were totally burned and hide in the bottom. ( I should take photos). I throw away because I didn't want to eat. Shocked! Sad!! Why? Very disappointed their service and quality of food.

Yelp
This place is really cool! There's actually two restaurants in one building (Kahuku Poke and Two Hands). Very well lit and friendly service! We went to Kahuku to try their poke bowls. They are simple Island style poke bowls with fresh rice and fresh fish. I got their Salmon poke bowl and my husband got their Spicy Mayo Tuna bowl. Both were really good! The Salmon was actually made "Hawaiian Style" with soy sauce and onions which Ive only ever had with Ahi before, it was delicious! The spicy tuna was great as well! We went to the other restaurant (Two Hands) and tried a couple of things as well. I look forward to going back and trying a one of their BBQ plates!

Yelp
Stopped by and got loco moco. I really appreciated the fact that the patty was home made, not a frozen premade hamburger patty. The gravy was decent and eggs easy over cooked perfectly. A hui hou.
google avatar

Mia A.

Yelp
Hmmmmm. It looked good. Unfortunately, the Shoyu poke was super salty and the katsu and beef was just alright. The Mac salad tasted like it was sitting in the fridge for a while. They're located next to a corn dog place. My sons loved that. But no ono grinds here. I wanted to give more stars. So sad the Hawaiin Soul flavor wasn't there. Tear for 2 stars.

Yelp
Ordered the salmon poke bowl here for pickup through Uber Eats. The regular size was a bit too little for me so I would definitely recommend the large size for bigger portions. The flavor wasn't for me, as it was really salty and heavy on soy sauce. Service was more disappointing. Since we had our dog with us in our car, I initially had my partner go in to pick up our order under my name, and after a few minutes, she came back to the car stating that the restaurant was insisting to see the order on the phone. I've never encountered this before, but that's a reasonable request. Another few minutes elapse and she comes back to me again without our order, saying they were asking her to swipe something on the app to confirm the pickup. We weren't sure what they meant, and to my knowledge, you don't have to do such an action in Grubhub or Doordash either. I finally went in myself to show them that there was nothing to swipe on the app, the order matched the receipt exactly, and was even ready to bring out my ID to show that it matched the order name. After some exasperated discussions among the employees, they finally relented and gave me my order even though a few of them didn't seem too happy about it. I have no idea if food pickup thefts are rampant in Silverado Ranch, or if they're simply that protective over a sub-$20 order, but this unnecessarily lengthy pickup was really confusing to say the least.

Yelp
Love this place! So far they have the best meat jun that I've tasted in Vegas. Friendly service and great food overall. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Solid hawaiian bbq and poke place! The menu is extensive but it's good because you have a lot of choices. Portions were also big. When we ordered for dinner, there seemed to be a steady stream of people coming in for takeout as well, so it must be a staple in the area. We visited more than a week ago now and I honestly can't remember what we ordered, but one of the dishes was the garlic shrimp combo with poke -- that was delicious! Lots of free parking in the complex. Free AC inside when it's too hot outside! I'd come back here on our next visit for sure!
google avatar

Rick F.

Yelp
My family and I ordered a few of the combo plates and everyone was happy with their order. I haven't had meat jun before and it reminded me of a dish my mom used to make. I also liked the limu poke. You can't see the restaurant from Silverado Blvd. It is hidden behind a building that is on Silverado. It is on the north east corner of Bermuda and Silverado. I'll be back to try some of their other dishes. Lots to choose from.
google avatar

Amber K.

Yelp
As someone who rarely gets the chance to eat authentic poke since moving to the mainland, I had to try this place when visiting Vegas. Happy to say I was not disappointed! The poke was sooo fresh and well seasoned - in particular, the shoyu poke was my favorite. I also got a crispy rice dog at the corn dog stand located inside the same restaurant and it was just as good as the ones I've eaten in Korea. The service was 10/10 and there's ample parking in the lot, as it's located in a small shopping center. Will definitely be back the next time I visit Vegas :)

Yelp
We were looking for a place to eat with friends before a movie, so I put out a few suggestions in the area and we all decided Kahuku Poke and Hawaiian BBQ was the way to go. My bf's friend had never tried HI bbq and was super excited. I was a bit less excited, as I went to Aiea (HS). Kahuku were kind of our rivals (for the debate team at least) so the name kind of threw me off. HAHAHA!!! Nevertheless, we're in Las Vegas now so I gotta give all the support I can to any Hawaiian spot. Walking in, the smell was great and the cute flower decorations gave the place a light and airy vibe. The menu is pretty classic and had many of the items I'm used to seeing for plate lunch. It's funny because I think in Las Vegas, we tend to cater to the idea that the menu had to be one "type of cuisine" whereas in Hawaii, it's not weird to see a mix. Seeing meat jun (my FAVE plate lunch) on the menu made me light up with joy. It shouldn't be "weird" to see meat jun (Korean inspired) next to mochiko chicken (Japanese inspired) and Lau Lau (Hawaiian inspired.) The mix of cultures is kinda what Hawaii is all about. I didn't want to get too big a meal so I ended up getting the spicy mayo tuna poke plate. Also ordered were the chicken katsu plate, the bulgogi plate and the shoyu tuna salad. My boyfriend had never tried katsu before the pandemic, but I've got him hooked now so he orders it all the time and he very much liked this version. This was also the MOST AUTHENTIC katsu sauce I've had in all of Las Vegas. Definitely made me nostalgic for my childhood a bit. I wasn't the biggest fan of the spicy mayo tuna. The sauce was very liquid and it was more sweet than spicy but it tasted good and the tuna was nice. Overall, I can't wait to come back and try more stuff and maybe even bring my parents so they can get some nostalgia for great plate lunch too. This place also shares a space with Korean hot dogs. Never had one and even thought the sign board is gross (watching a woman eat a hot dog seductively and getting the sauce all over her mouth isn't what I want to see to eat at a place), I'd like to give it a try.

Yelp
3.5/5. Tasty but expensive and long wait. Henderson has so many great Hawaiian spots and the competition is tough. Although Kahuku Poke has a solid selection of Hawaiian favorites (and Korean food), I didn't think it was the best value. You really can't go wrong with the food though if you are in the neighborhood. We tried a bunch of different bento boxes around $20+. They included rice, mac salad, poke and protein. The bentos are preset and you will have to pay extra if you want to substitute anything. The short rib is your standard tender and tasty. The spicy garlic shrimp was flavorful - above average. The poke had nice sized chunks and plenty of sauce but did not taste super fresh -- might have been negatively impacted by the proximity to the hot grilled meats. The mac salad is legit with large macaroni pasta. Finally, I appreciated the pickled items. You get a free can soda with each bento box purchase

Yelp
Venue: Off Silverado Ranch Rd in a strip mall almost out to South Point Casino. Nice sign and a nice interior sit-down dining area. Most of the Plate Lunch shops focus on Take out and delivery. Service: Staff is pleasant and efficient. I did online takeout ordering through Yelp. Easy and fast. Menu: Very large menu with all the usual varieties of poke bowls and plate lunches, including Chicken Katsu, Kalbi, lau lau, kalua pork and Lomi Lomi salmon. I ordered the lau lau, kalua pork combo which came with 2 scoops of perfect rice, mac salad, and I also got a poke bowl of limu ahi. The laulau came with lomi salmon. I know I have complained that a few of the Hawaiian plate lunch joints don't off lomilomi salmon. Was It Good?: Yes, the laulau was one of the best that I have eaten here in Las Vegas. The portions were huge and easily enough for two people or two meals. The limu ahi was not as bright and 'fresh' as some other places here that serve poki bowls. But it was good enough and a huge portion that two people could share. I'm going with 5 stars because of the lomilomi salmon and the outstanding LauLau, kalua pulled pork plate. I recommend it.

Yelp
First time at Kahuku, came to check this place out on St. Patty's Day and it did not disappoint. Great service, great food and the ambiance is chill. The owner Angie was so nice she even shared with us a four clover from Korea for good luck. I thought that was so thoughtful of her. We're so glad we stopped and definitely coming back! Thanks Angie!

Yelp
Pretty good. Service was fine. Food came out pretty quick. It's not the best meat Jun I've had but close enough and better than some other ones I've tried out here in Vegas. Will eat here again for sure.

Yelp
We're so lucky to be considered the Ninth Island of Hawaii. And there are many opportunities for Hawaiian plate lunch cuisine here, some better than others. This is one of those that shine. It's an offshoot of the "Kahuku Superette" grocery store in Hawaii, which shows how authentic it is, everything is ordered counter-style. You may claim one of the few tables in the cozy storefront and enjoy: ESPECIALLY in the summer when their swamp cooler will make you forget it's 118 outside. I've not had a bad meal in probably ten visits, but my favorite is anything poke-related. There's a two-sushi plate combining shoyu and spicy mayo ahi that usually calls my name. SUPER FRESH. In the same store is Two Hands hot dogs, the crunchy Korean hot dog that's all the rage. Check out these gems. Silverado Ranch at Bermuda. E komo mai.
google avatar

Antonio A.

Yelp
Inauthentic "poke" that doesn't taste anything like Hawaiian poke. It was drowning in shoyu and expensive for what you get. $18 for this small plate ‍ and it wasnt even good. Maybe their other dishes (non poke) are better... but you would think the poke would be legit cause it's in the NAME of the restaurant. ‍
google avatar

M C.

Yelp
Customer service was great. The guy who rang us up today (5/29/24 around 1:20pm) was so nice and helpful with the menu. The spicy garlic shrimp and limu poke combo was amazing. They're generous with their portions for sure. Ted's Bakery in North Shore HI has some good garlic shrimp but they definitely skimp on portions. We are definitely coming back.
google avatar

Yelp
Really slow service. But, saw this place and was craving some local food. I got maybe a pound of poke it was ok. I ordered a roast pork plate and it was so bomb. kind of salty but she was good enough to satisfy my cravings. I would definitely go back to try other things on their menu

Yelp
Oh my! We are die-hard Big Island visitors and we were intrigued when this location popped up in Yelps 'nearby' restaurants from the South Point hotel where we stayed. Warmly greeted as we arrived, we ordered at the counter; I had the salmon poke/lau lau bento, my wife the beef shortrib. Although it wasnt busy inside, we sat outside. The tables chairs out here have seen better days but they worked ok :) They brought our orders out. My wife LOVED the beef and immediately demanded I try a piece - tender, cooked right and delicious! The salmon poke was fabulous. The lau lau was tasty too, just salty enough, I suspect its hard to get fresh banana leaves here so that part was a little soggy (I like eating that too with the pork). It wasnt dry at all, nice and moist. The two little pickled radish was crunchy. The mac salad was tasty, but used the larger elbow macaroni, you usually see the uhh, 'little macaroni' lol Service super friendly and quick. soy and sri racha available at the counter. Since we stay at south point often Kahuku is going on 'regular rotation' for us, we'll be back! Recommended!

Sally N.

Yelp
This was my first time eating Hawaiian Barbecue and it was an absolute treat! The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! I had BBQ chicken and Korean short ribs which came with 2 scoops of rice and some macaroni salad, it was so tasty and the portions are very generous. My husband had the fried shrimp curry and he said it was also delicious. Will definitely be coming back here!
google avatar

Andrea P.

Yelp
Ordered the shrimp plate. The food had a very sour smell to it and tasted like it was spoiled. Service is terrible.

Luis R G.

Yelp
Food was Mid But the service here is not good the Asian lady with red hair who may or may not be the owner is rude man. Idk if she just had a bad day or what
google avatar

Yelp
This is the spot in vegas that has the North Shore shrimp plates! If you want it garlicky or lemony, look no further. I have no pictures to support this time, but I highly encourage and fully vouch, you will not be disappointed. They also have great poke here in comparison to others.
google avatar

Chani B.

Yelp
We love this place! I used to live next door and would come all the time but moved a little farther away. I will still make the 20 minute drive to eat here. The poke is authentic and fresh. The garlic shrimp is closest to how the shrimp trucks in Hawaii make their garlic shrimp. I also recommend their meat jun and Kalbi. We also order from them through door dash and everything is always neatly packed. They make their food with pride!
google avatar

Lourdes R.

Yelp
Garlic shrimp was very good also the chicken Katsu curry I give 5 stars. Next time I will ask for fried egg on the curry! The bulgogi was not a favorite. the spam masubi was ok rice portion was too much I had them add fried egg which I liked better. Macaroni was ok lots of mayo , the poke I was told very good , the Katsu sauce was ok I would visit again recommend Garlic shrimp plate and Chicken Katsu Curry plates!!!

Yelp
First time! We just moved here from Cali where LnLs is really popular but this place is great and exceeds expectation. Glad that it's less than 5mins away from our new spot. Can't wait to come back and try other stuff on menu.

Yelp
I'm from Hawaii and was visiting Vegas for vacation when I started craving some poke. We found this gem on Yelp and was so impressed with their poke - it reminded me of home! Highly recommend the limu and shoyu poke, the seasoning was perfect. There's also a corn dog stand called Two Hands inside the restaurant which was also delicious. We got the crispy hot dog and the crust tasted like Korean nurungji
google avatar

Angel R.

Yelp
My friend and I were starving and wanted some Hawaiian food since we were missing the island. The short ribs were amazing but the poke didn't taste fresh and the mac salad was a bit salty. I was waiting a while to get extra napkins since some servers were just sitting and eating. I'm not sure I'll be coming back but if I did, I'd just get the short ribs.
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered from Illinois for delivery to my GF. The food received very high praise. The garlic shrimp was very similar to what we had in Maui. Let's just say it was so good that within a few days she ordered takeout to share with her parents.

Yelp
Mochiko Chicken is chicken that is breaded and fried in a sweet rice flour, giving you a good crunch on your chicken with a hint of sweetness. This bowl is like having popcorn chicken over rice with a side of mac salad. Kinda wish the bowl came with some kind of sauce to add another layer of taste to the experience. The tako poke bowl was served warm (which was a surprise to me) over rice. A tad bit too much sesame oil in the poke for my liking: Felt like it overpowered its flavor. Still was able to enjoy it, though, and would consider getting it again if the poke could be served cold. I feel like this place has potential, so even though I felt that my meal was only 3 stars, I'm giving it 4 stars because I do plan to return to try out more menu items.

Yelp
I was born and raised on Oahu and this place serves the closest replica to the garlic shrimp I used to get at my favorite shrimp truck on the North Shore. Just the garlic shrimp bento is worth the visit. But if garlic shrimp isn't your thing they've got all the other local Hawaiian favorites too including Hawaiian Sun drinks. Their bentos are a great deal and come with an entree, 2 scoops rice, a serving of poke, and a scoop of mac salad for less than $20. Seating here is limited to about 4 tables and the place is kind of small but service is usually pretty friendly and quick.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I need to update my review. Lau lau has become super dry (like wood chips in your mouth)with solid chunks of pure fat; not sure how they manage to get it that dry with mostly chunks of fat. Macaroni salad INEDIBLE--pure salt. I don't know what they're thinking but they clearly did not taste it. Food came cold, Poke came warm; really worried if they're up to health code. I have a sickening feeling I'll get food poisoning and an angry ex spouse got this place in the divorce ... clearly made to be poisoned and not enjoyed

Yelp
Portion of food was smaller than I thought. Too much pepper in mac salad. I was sneezing a lot. Short ribs taste bomb. I wish they offered shoyu or soy sauce in my takeout

Yelp
Horrible place. No aloha at all. I ordered on postmates. When I received the poke it tasted and smelled SPOILED. I called them and they told me they can't do a refund, or a credit for next time but (postmates also didn't offer a refund) to bring it back in and they will replace it only tonight (same day as ordered). I told them I threw it away already and she told me to dig it out of the trash and bring it back in. We live far away thats why we got it delivered. We will never return:
