"New to the Texas wine region, Kai-Simone Winery owner Sheila Adams is showing what can be done in Spring Branch. It took a while, but the passionate and enthusiastic Sheila Adams knew it when she saw it: three acres of land in Spring Branch set squarely in the heart of the Hill Country... Kai-Simone Winery opened in fall 2019." - Gabrielle Pharms

We decided to return to Kai Simone as part of a month-long birthday celebration. It is still a great place to spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. It was really quiet when we arrived so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our server was nice and had us all ordering and eating very quickly. We shared the Italian cheese and meat tray and did the wine tastings. The food was delicious and we all had a very relaxing time just talking and laughing and getting away from it all.

Sheila (owner) and Christie were amazing! We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure! Had a tasting with a small cheese board... fantastic service, good wine and tasty bites of cheese, etc.

I love the unique story of Sheila’s winery! The outdoor seating area is relaxing and beautiful! It’s shaded and has fans so you can enjoy even in the Texas heat. Sheila is knowledgeable, friendly, and her staff equally deliver an amazing customer service experience every visit. I can’t wait to be a wine club member! The Malbec is one of my favorites and I love that she offers flights so you can find your favorite and try something new. The new Friday hours have been our go to “day date” while the kids are at school. Lite bites are fresh, well presented, and so good!

Had a wonderful evening enjoying good wine 🍷, beautiful music and great vibes. Very nice winery and nice snack boxes. Very open and breezy outside while enjoying the live music 🎶

This was such a cute, little winery! They were very welcoming to our large group and have plenty of shaded seating. The live music was amazing and didn't overpower the atmosphere, but she was definitely loud enough to appreciate her songs. All of the cheeseboards were great and served in containers with lids to keep any pesky flies away! They also offer small bites like chicken skewers and meatballs.

While they were closed for a special event, Sheila was kind and welcoming and allowed us to still complete a short wine tasting. Her attentiveness and her staff were really amazing. We greatly appreciated her service as we were a large group and were all from out of town.

Enjoyed the wine tasting at one of the newest wineries in the Texas Hill Country. Liked the Pink Sky and CocoBerry so much that I bought a bottle of each and was thrilled to learn the owner is a retired female Army Lieutenant Colonel. Well done 👏🍷🇺🇸
