KAIDO - SUSHI BAR

I recently visited this French sushi restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The interior design is simple and democratic, creating a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere that makes you feel welcome whether you’re coming in for a quick bite or a longer dinner. The pricing is moderate, offering good value for the quality of food. The sushi itself is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious — a great balance of flavor and texture without being overcomplicated. If you’re looking for a place with tasty sushi, fair prices, and a comfortable, unfussy setting, this spot is definitely worth trying.

The microwave pings, there is no fresh food. iPads yes. Frozen yes We had to walk out, frozen edamame berms that were brown, miso soup with raw leeks, no tofu? Chicken nuggets. Utter rubbish ! And freezing cold. Paid for drinks then left !

This is an outstanding restaurant. It is just off the main restaurant area and as a result many visitors are missing out of this amazing food. So don't walk past it expecting other food outlets to be better. We have been to many sushi restaurants and this is one of the best we have ever been to. The food is delicious and the service is polite and attentive.

Excellente expérience chez Kaido Sushi Bar à Troyes ! Les sushis frais et savoureux et très bien présentés. Le personnel est accueillant et le service rapide. L’ambiance est agréable, parfaite pour un repas entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande ! 🍣🔥

Nous sommes venus ce midi, nos plats étaient excellent bien assaisonnés. Le restaurateur était très aimable et a l’écoute. Je recommande !!

Un des meilleurs restos de sushis que j’ai testés ! Tout était parfait : la présentation des plats est magnifique, les sushis sont super frais et délicieux. Le personnel est vraiment sympa et très pro. Je recommande à 100 % !
