This restaurant is recommended by the Michelin guide, and it’s immediately clear why: the quality and presentation of the dishes speak for themselves.
It’s a small fusion restaurant with just a few tables and a creative, enticing menu. They also offer a tasting menu where the chef selects four appetizers, a pasta dish, and a main course from the à la carte options—exactly what we tried.
Since there are a few ingredients we don’t eat, we gave the staff a list of dietary restrictions. Despite that, they thoughtfully put together a tasting menu that fully respected our preferences, avoiding everything we had asked to exclude. Exceptional attention to customer needs.
The wine list is also excellent, with a well-balanced selection of both local and international labels. Every dish we tried was truly outstanding.
But what impressed me the most was the service: the person who looked after us was always smiling, calm, attentive, and never intrusive.
Highly recommended—not only for the quality but also because the prices are more reasonable than many other places at this level.
