Man Leung and his family joined Kaiser almost 30th anniversary from Honolulu to Fremont. We are really satisfied with Kaiser services. Recently, I had a surgery at Kaiser Fremont Medical Center on 11/26/25. I checked in at the admission office. The staff explained to me clearly about my patient right and placed the ID band on my non operation site correctly. It was very impressive! At the pre operate area my nurse : Lauren was very thoughtful and kindness to take care of me. She approached me with her skillful nursing knowledge which made feel comfortable about my operation. The PA : Venus came to greet me and reassure my operation. While I was waiting for my surgery, I watched and heard other nurses to explain to other patients clearly and professionally . They were very knowledgeable. Dr. Solanki came to explain about the sedation plan in details. That's made me feel very safe! My surgeon Dr. Matsui also came to explain the surgery and expected outcome. She marked my operation site . She was very reliable. I feel confident in her. The OR nurse, Jesse checked my ID band, the consent, and my allergy then safely walked me into the operating room.I lied on the operating table. Dr. Matsui leaded the Time Out clearly with staffs : scrub tech: Lilia, Or nurse Jesse, surgeon : Dr.Matsui, Anesthesiologist Dr.Solanki. Aftersurgery, the Pacu nurse: Christina Leung also took care of me nicely. She addressed my questions quickly. She explained the discharge instructions very clear and detailed .I was discharged home with present and positive environment. Overall, I had an excellent experience of the admission and periop department. I am very satisfied with Kaiser services. Easy access to advice nurse at any time, and quick follow-up calls from doctor's office - giving access to reasonably timely appoints for patients suffering discomfort. Kaiser's process is impressively efficient - so far the check-ins on all my visits have been smooth, with very little wait before getting called in and seeing a doctor. The staff is friendly and professional. And I was particularly impressed with Dr. Hadiashar. She listens attentively and bases her observations, analysis, and treatment on what she learns. She picked up on subtle distinctions in my skin that led to her diagnosis. I appreciated that she suggested starting with a simple pharmaceutical approach and scheduling a follow-up, rather than jumping straight to a more invasive biopsy. And that she gave me the choice among these options. Beyond her deep knowledge, skill, and practical approach, Dr. Hadiashar has a fantastic positive energy and a great sense of humor. It made this a surprisingly positive experience and gave me real confidence about my health going forward. I’m genuinely grateful to have found her.

I needed an important eye exam for DMV. I got the appointment for the same day I phoned. The young lady that helped me, Lisa Nguyen, was very helpful and gave me a thorough eye exam. Dr. Moore and his staff are kind and thoughtful. Dr. Moore takes time to listen to his patients concerns and then addresses them in a way that they can understand. He went above and beyond by explaining the steps of knee replacement and then had his staff MA - Monica schedule an appointment with the suregeon. He also administered a cortisone injection into my knee that was painless. 100 points in my book.

I am a person who has always loved Kaiser Permanente for years because of their patient care team that listens and takes the time to understand the situation, not only the situation, but the person as well. This year has been the worst year of my life. I had more problems with the simplest things because the doctors I chose didn’t care and didn’t listen. Just moved you in and out like cattle. I believe next renewal I may consider another insurance company.I hope you guys have a better primary care physician than I have received. I went in with a simple request to see a dermatologist. I explained an issue with my face. I’ve been dealing with since I was 12 when I first seen a dermatologist. The physician told me that I had dandruff on my face. I was appalled. Now The medication she subscribed for my face has made the condition three times worse than it was when I walked in there just to see a dermatologist. Oh, by the way she denied. Me from seeing a dermatologist I had to switch doctors just to see a dermatologist and at this point I still haven’t seen one. I am still on a search because I believe that Kaiser Permanente offers primary care physician that takes the time out just to listen.

The provider was compassionate and took her time to explain everything. Provider definitely gave warmth when I was in pain. She did not rush me or my explanation of pain/worry. This created a space for feedback and I have already told my family about her. I will not forget how she encouraged self care. I greatly appreciated her guidance and kindness.

I've had in and out patient surgery at this location last year (2024) and this year (2025), which is comparing the quality as night and day. Both surgeries were on this campus but we're conducted at different buildings. My 2024 surgery was a nightmare. The nurse did not explain the details of what she was performing and stuck a needle into my arm. I was kinda appalled because the doctor was on my other side prepping me for surgery with the disclosures. I wished I had said something because it was definitely not okay doing something like that. Im a full grown adult and don't need to be distracted and disclosed of what was happening. Worst part came during the recovery area where I woke up in intense pain and almost fell off the bed railings. The nurse prevented me from falling but was upset because the pain was so intense and I told her I need to use the restroom because something felt like coming out. Afterwards the nurse was rushing me out. I was alone by myself and no one from my side was observing me. Things were significantly different and for the better in 2025. My designated driver accompany me to my intake and waiting room area. This time, there was a new nurse being mentored and a anesthesiologist resident practicing with me. The only RED FLAG during the nurse training was another nurse (who wasn't attending to me) telling me the needle is going to HURT repeatedly which increased my anxiety levels as this isn't my first or probably last time getting an IV. It probably didnt help the new nurse as something did happen but I looked the opposite direction due anxiety. I believe my blood squirted everywhere and the new nurse had to change and clean my hand and floor. It was a one try insert but slightly messy. After surgery, they called my designated driver to monitor me in recovery. The nurse cleaned my face to help me wake up as I was going in and out of consciousness. I thought it was an extremely nice gesture. I wasn't rush like last time and coordination with my designated driver was excellent. The doctors and nurses this time were excellent in communication and asking if I had requests. Kaiser definitely needs to know which are outstanding employees because it does impact the overall organization. Not everyone is going to perform the same but this time left a lasting impression.

This hospital is so much worse than highland was when they were the worst treatment. They bring patients frozen non microwaved meals then tell them too bad eat it frozen or wait until dinner. Unacceptable. The care her is the worst I've ever seen. Nurses or drs of patients refuse to return calls. Daniel on 1 south today kept putting me on hold and NEVER had my Sons nurse call. I've called from 10:00 am but no one nurse on duty in that hospital would help me find my Son's nurse. Dr Ayre kaisers biggest lying cardiologist never knows what's going on. It's like Satan is running this hospital. Joseph is dying they are the worst trained medical personnel they don't care about the patients one bit. They have repeatedly tried to KILL my Son by turning off his live saving medication when he sleeps. WTF??? Nobody at this hospital can ever answer questions you just get put on hold repeatedly. DONT SIGN UP FOR KAISER AS THEY ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF SHIT MEDICINE OUT THERE. Worst Dr Worst nurses shame on you Daniel from 1 south you lied like Dr Ayer. No call for this grieving mother. You people working at that hospital are the worst of the worst congratulations!!! I'm there often and they the nurses act like they are charting but you go behind them and that's clearly not what they are doing. They ignore the sickest of the sick then talk amongst themselves about the patient how many laws do they break daily. I would take an actual Rat to Kaiser for help they are that bad. You wait hours for medicine you are suppose to have it's not care it's synchronized killing. KAISER = DEATH.

Well, the type of care I was having I was having a procedure done in the G.I. department. The office experience was fair after their procedure. I was still in a lot of pain and I was told they couldn't give me anything else because I was already had had medication's, but whatever my nurse took very good care of me. He was super awesome Branden Way to go Daisy Way to go. But there was one particular nurse gave me a hard time she said over and over we can't give you anything else because you already had something. I was already over it. It's all good. I know what I need to do. Figure out a new plan to help me deal with this excruciating pain wow I'm still in shock because if it's my body and I'm telling you my situation and you're telling me that I need to contact my PCP doctor to get some meds and those men aren't working like what the hell like yeah I know what I need to do

I wish we lived closer to the Milpitas Kaiser, or maybe even the San Leandro or Santa Clara Kaisers. Fremont Kaiser is the most convenient, but I feel like every time I go there, I have to tack on an extra 10-15 minutes to find parking. This last time I was just going to drop something off at the lab and I was circling the parking lot and was waiting for a spot when someone else stole it from me. It was quite frustrating. When I finally got a parking spot, there was a good amount of people at the lab which again had to wait a bit to drop off what I needed. For something that should really only take 5-10 minutes. I may have spent at least 30-45 minutes to do everything. Also finding appointments is not great either. I've had to plan months ahead for physicals, OB/GYN as well as optical appointments. Though I've finally found a good PCP and love her, trying to find a good OB/GYN seems to be still hard for me. No one's clicking. Some doctors are hit or miss. They come in, they go out. Sometimes they spend a good amount of time and really listen to your concerns, sometimes they don't. But I think this is the case for many Kaisers. Now don't get me started with getting a Radiology appointment. I've been waiting almost a month for someone to get back to me and I seem to never get a call back. Again my experience with Kaiser has been a lot of hits and misses with a lot more misses these days.

I've been receiving fantastic care from this location for years. The ER has been a godsend for me when I've needed it. The staff there saved my life last year as I came down with severe dehydration. My primary care doctor is extremely responsive and kind. The specialists I've seen are top notch as well. All of the medical staff I've come across have been very knowledgeable and considerate. When I was an in-patient, the staff was very attentive, conscious and nice. I would highly recommend this location.

Kaiser's autism treatment has been disappointing. My child's therapy provider, Discover Hope, was unprofessional -- the teacher was often on the phone and didn't bring any toys or teaching tools. When we ended that service, Kaiser couldn't provide a new therapy option. I had a much better experience with Aetna insurance before, so I plan to switch back next year.

I am NOT a member of KAISER, however my child was. Mind you, I said WAS. Kaiser saw her in ER numerous times. Her PCP didn't take her seriously because now she's DECEASED. Instead of sending her to the appropriate Dr she was sent home. We my daughter's family are at a complete loss at trying to figure out how did this happen? My daughter left messages for her Dr that were not answered. I have cried a river of tears over the death of my daughter. If ANYONE that reads this has had experiences of this nature with Kaiser please comment.

Friendly staff and the doctors and nurses. They pay attention to what I or my family have been conveying and we have been happy with them. One complaint has been the parking at this location. It is brutal no matter what ay and time you go there? Besides that, sometimes I feel that they delay providing additional tests or medications (maybe for good reason) until we persist on the ask (possibly due to Insurance reasons / lowering their costs).

My brother went to the hospital seeking help, and he left in worse condition than when he arrived. What we experienced was not just negligence - it was complete disregard for human life. We arrived at the emergency room at 6:30 PM, desperate to get my brother the care he needed. My sister and I stayed with him until 4 AM, clinging to the hope that the doctors would do their jobs and help him. Instead, we watched helplessly as the hospital staff toyed with his fate, constantly changing their decision on whether to put him on a 5150 psychiatric hold. The nurses barely checked on him - maybe once every 3 to 4 hours. None of them introduced themselves. When they did appear, they stayed for just two minutes before vanishing again. Nurse Jane was the worst. When my brother, already distressed and vulnerable, simply asked for his test results, she coldly refused and told him to wait for the doctor. Not once did she check on his well-being. Not once did she ask if he needed anything. And when he needed to use the restroom, instead of helping him properly, they made him urinate in a bottle. He lost his balance and sprained his ankle under their supervision. Imagine that - someone coming to the hospital for help and leaving with a swollen, injured foot because the very people meant to care for him could not be bothered. And then, the worst part: he waited until 11 AM to see a psychiatrist, only to be met with a doctor on a VIDEO CALL. My brother was in the middle of a manic episode - panicked, disoriented, and desperate for help - and the hospital's solution was to have a remote doctor dismiss his condition through a screen. This doctor disagreed with Dr. Supat's decision to keep my brother under a 5150 hold and told us that there was 'no reason' to keep him. He offered no solutions, no treatment plan, and no medication. Just a cold, detached statement that my brother should seek help elsewhere. By the time we left, my brother was not only still in a full-blown manic state, but now physically injured and unable to walk. The nurses never gave him an ice pack for his swollen foot. He asked for Advil multiple times, and they ignored him. When we were finally leaving, the last nurse almost refused to give him a wheelchair and expected him to hop out of the hospital in the rain with a swollen foot. He never even got a proper room. Instead, we had to endure the cold, judgmental stares of a female security guard who looked at him with nothing but disgust. When he finally asked for food, she rolled her eyes and snapped, 'I already offered it to you earlier, and you said no,' refusing to even stand up. The male security guards were kind, but this woman? She made it painfully clear she did not want to be there. We spent hours convincing my brother to seek help. We told him that the hospital was the safest place for him, that the doctors would take care of him. But instead, they ignored him. They let him suffer. They sent him home in worse condition than when he arrived. Now, he is screaming. He is banging on doors. He is trapped in his mind, spiraling deeper, and the very people who were supposed to help him - the doctors, the nurses, the so-called mental health professionals - turned their backs on him. No medication. No resources. Nothing. This hospital did not just fail my brother. They failed an entire family desperate for help.

Dr. Suja Nagarajan was reccomended to me as a primary care doctor. However , it's been a nightmare ever time I talk to her on the phone. She doesn't want to treat me cause my case is complex and is purposely trying every which way out .? She even purposely asked me to take a urine test after I took antibiotics for 3 days knowing full well it would be negative and wrote a note telling me how wrong it is to take prophylactic antibiotics when I was in so much distress and couldn't pass urine or feces after surgery and blamed me for taking an antibiotic which helped. She was rude spending most of her time telling me my case was complex and I lived far so I should find another doctor instead of treating me appropriately. Just terrible care . I had to call another doctor to get appropriate care.

we visited urgent care in Fremont for a laceration wound on eyebrow for my son. The service was prompt. But the quality is questionable. The physician didn't bother to clean the wound before glueing the edges. Given the wound was on face, the approximation of edges is pathetic. Now we are dealing with infection and a horrible upcoming scar requiring the plastic surgery in the future. Kaiser should focus on improving skills and training of the people they higher. Currently the skillset of employees is mediocre!

At Kaiser Fremont, DR Kelly Lee Wong MD did a horrible on taking care of me. Before diagnosis or testing or any process, she proscribed me to wear medical graded compression stocking up to my waist. If you are a medical professional, you know there is a process for professional help. However, the difference between her advise and one without a medical license have been the same or worst. After following her medical advise, my legs developed scary sign and symptoms and I end up going to urgent care And END UP with those for LIFE!!! The bottom line is stay away from her and and some doctors and PROTECT YOUR OWN HEALTH! Best

I have appt and PARKING IS the main issues you have to make extra time to make sure you get on your appointment. But this time is unacceptable!!!! I have an appointment and made sure i get here early. Surprised!!! Was early but the problem no PARKING AT ALL!!!! YOU TO GO WAIT AND GO CIRCLING AROUND JUST TO FIND A SPOT!!! Finally parked... when I get to my appointment I was late and they don't want to accept me!!!! WAS LATE DUE TO THIER OWN INCONVENIENCES OF THIER PARKING!!!

The medical records in Kaiser is hard to call! Calling them to help for EDD assistance is not helpful! Nobody answers! I even message them through online still no reply..

The layout of this Kaiser is confusing. It's separated into the names of street (Niles, Argonaut, etc). And you have to go to different buildings to get certain stuff done. Like labs and urgent care are in two different buildings. It's a lot of walking for someone who's sick or weak and fatigue. Not sure why they don't just have it all in one building. By far the worst Kaiser layout. Also, 1:30 means 1:30. I hope the nurses are a little bit more respectful of schedule times because I went to Niles 1B and they had lunch until 1:30 and didn't open up on the dot. Just disrespectful for those who have other appointments or errands to do. It pushes everything back.

Becareful going to urgent care at this Kaiser Permanente. I had a small wrist injury from a car accident, went to uegent care and had a splint from my fingers all the way to my elbow. The staff wrapped all my four fingers and my fingers became so swelling badly. I have been trying to reach out the manager /director at urgent care ( i believe her name is Courtney), she never call back or aclnowledge my messages. That really tells how much they care about patients

My experience and all my visits with dermatology DR. Kimberly Chun at Fremont Medical Center has always been positive. Dr. Chun is a compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Chun is never in a hurry to see her patients and gives her time in explaining all the treatments and medication available to treat my problem. I will always recommend her my friends who has Kaiser Health Plan.

Please read and share my story Re: Kaiser mental health services division Around late 2018, I seek help from kaiser mental health in union city. I actually had call them and go through a telephone interview first: ***Warning below contains sensitive information regarding sexual assaults and suicided*** After I explain my situation to a Kaiser mental health rep that my sister attempted suicide and that she informed me that she was raped on several occasions. --Kaiser rep next questions was: do you have access or have a gun. I responded 'NO' This occurred five more times, twice by phone, twice by online questioner, and once by in-person. -I had to response NO five times, and each time I had to explained my situation with sister over and over again. There was No empathy, no advance warning(or the reason why) regarding the gun question. Kaiser offered me NO condolence or Advices. Kaiser treated a Dog better than me. I felt so humiliated from my experiences with Kaiser. I absolutely feel that if I was a white woman or man, I would not be treated this way. I absolutely feel if I was a white woman Kaiser would not ask me if I have a gun.

I have been with Kaiser for the past 30 yrs unfortunately quality of service is no longer the same they have taken too many patients without having the personnel to take care of patients I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that has caused a severe sciatica pain the doctor has placed a request for spine injection 2 weeks ago their earliest appointment is for Jan 9/25 I have been calling every day they have no cancellation doctor had to give me strong pain killer so I can wait 3 more weeks In the whole Santa Clara county they only have 2 locations for these injections and they don't even return calls because they don't have any available appointments this has made me depressed imagine there is a solution for you suffering but they tell you you can't get the treatment you need for the next 4-5 weeks. I will start looking at other insurances I am very upset and disappointed with Kaiser

This is for the Kaiser Fremont Emergency team (night shift) on 9/1/23. I was having some chest pain and shortness of breath. Long story short, i ended up going to the ER. I was checked in fairly quick but i know those extended wait times in the ER can get quite frustrating. I wanted to shoutout Dr. Warren, Nurse Vilma, Nurse G and Nurse Jessica. Dr. Warren's knowledge and expertise was top tier. She was on top of her game that entire night caring for multiple patients and giving diagnosis. She got me my proper care and we fixed the issues. Sometimes things get hectic and rushed at the ER but not that night. Nurse Vilma, G and Jessica. Thank you for caring and proving proper treatment for me. I was a bit nervous for some of the procedures but they got me through it with their motivational talk. These ladies work hard and deserve some recognition. Thank you to the ER staff and aforementioned names above.

I'm sad to write this review for Kaiser, as I've been a longtime member and appreciate all of their services and dedicated workers. However, I have to admit Kaiser Fremont is the worst location I've been to thus far. My first visit, I needed to get lab work done and the individual at the check-in desk was on her phone the entire time. She wasn't communicative and the interaction was just awkward. Afterwards, when I got my blood drawn, the phlebotomist was pretty rough and left a nice bruise. Few months later, I decided to give this location another try in which I went to their flu shot clinic. Luckily there wasn't a long line, but there was no organization or system of checking people in and creating a queue in the first place. The individual that checked me in was ordering her Chick-fil-A lunch, which slowed down the entire process of checking others in. Overall, not a big fan of this location. The staff I encountered during my visits aren't very friendly or welcoming. I will try to avoid this location and set my appointments to another one in the bay.

Great service from security to the nursing staff. Officer Hershey was fabulous, and kind. She helped my mom with a wheelchair. Of the nursing staff, Ms. Annalisa was gorgeous and very kind. I really am very thankful to know we have such good care in our community.

I don't understand why Kaiser Fremont got a low score. My family has been with this facility for over 5 years and they have been doing a great job. I would like to give them a high rating based on my experiences. I hope the overall rating can become higher and their efforts will be recognized.

Some parts are under construction so make sure you know where to park (we parked on the wrong side of the hospital and had to go all the way to the other side around huge trucks). Parking is easy to find. Elevator in building B has been under repair for the past month.

If I could give negative stars, I would . Had a traumatic experience regarding my dad who was admitted to icu 5/1/24 with pneumonia. He passed away 6/3 and we're so heartbroken. He had 7 icu doctors during his stay. I guess this is how they operate with rounds but it is ridiculous with respect to handoff and ultimately patient care. Most of the doctors were young and seemed inexperienced. My mom and I were there every single day and I had to aggressively act as my dad's patient advocate because there was 0 communication and when I asked to speak to a doctor, I was treated like a nuisance. Bedside manner was mostly nonexistent, except for 2 of the doctors who were older and more experienced. It was a learning process and I only realized after week 2 or so, the only way I could get updates was to appear during their rounds at 10:00 am each day. During this period there were so many emotional ups and downs, where we were told he was getting better and could be released. In fact it was only the day before when we were told this, only to find out the next day his lung collapsed and they needed to perform a procedure to put in a stint to remove the air. That first procedure was ineffective and we were told he needed a second, the next day, telling us he would not survive without it. However he had been on blood thinners for about a week and that second procedure resulted in internal bleeding which they could not stop and he was dying. After a day and half we decided to take him off life support. While they were trying to address the bleeding, they administered a drug to reverse the blood thinner but my question is why had they not considered that prior to these procedures? After that second procedure I asked if there was any potential of internal bleeding and I was told basically no because it would have already occurred during the procedure. However the bleeding was only detected the next day. There were other incidents where a dr. Would disregard my concerns. I'm no idiot, a data scientist by profession, and did my research for every question I had. The last dr was Dr, Espinoza and while there were a slew of poor decisions prior to him, I mentioned him as he was the last Dr who ultimately was responsible for my dad's passing. As soon as I can, I am pulling my mom from Kaiser. My experience is not out of the ordinary. During this period I spoke to other families whose loved one was also in Kaiser, Fremont's icu and they told me Kaiser is not good for patient care, and this was coming from nurses who were employed by Kaiser but who had different insurance . I've also spoken to other family members who had a loved one pass under their care.

I am so angry and frustrated. My mom was admitted via the ER for passing out and hitting her head. She was given a CT scan which showed no bleeding but some swelling in the brain that looked to be associated with a meningioma (a preexisting tumor). The doctor in the ER said that it looked like the tumor was growing. They would need to perform a MRI. She was eventually moved to a room. She never did receive that MRI on the day of admittance. When I returned to the hospital the next morning, she was completely lethargic and non responsive. I was told her MRI was scheduled for 10am. She was so out of it that she had to be transferred to a gurney by the nurses. I let the nurse know that I needed to speak with the doctor. I repeatedly told the nurses that something was wrong. She was fine when I left the night before, and now she could barely keep her eyes open. They couldn't complete the MRI due to her non responsiveness. It took the doctor hours to finally come. When she arrived, all she said was it's probably the drug they gave her for seizures. I asked when they planned to redo the MRI. I was told whenever they can fit her in and that they were taking care of emergencies. When I expressed the fact that something emergent could be going on with my mom, I was told by the nurse Cora, that every family feels that way. I am sure that is true but to be so dismissive of my concerns is unexceptable. There is obviously something going on with her neurologically. I am going to try to find someone in administration to talk to. This is ridiculous. Update: I asked to speak with the administrator and was told he was in a meeting and would come speak with me when he was done. I didn't see or hear from him.

In 1989 I was blessed with a caring compassionate doctor that saved my life. I have search over and over for her (Pamela Brown) and can't find any record of her in my medical history. I am tryiing to find her to thank her for giving me a life. We cried together when my blood work results came back dooming me at the time to death and because of her amazing care I am alive and well 35 + years later. I currently reside in France and would love to see her once again to properly thank her for giving me an amazing life. The care and compassion went far beyond her calling and I want to know some how to get a hold of her to thank her. She was my light in my darkest hour.

Be careful with seeing a physician outside Kaiser - even if it is a medical necessity as Kaiser will refuse payment. After 6 UTI's in a 9 month period I was told I should see a Urologist while out of state. The UTI's were caused by Kaisers refusal to get me single use catheters... Long story short, while they paid for ER and urgent care visits they WILL NOT PAY for doctors or follow up visits. Now I am stuck with a 639.00 bill. The "representative" from Member services had an unreal attitude. I am SO GLAD I no longer have Kaiser Permanente as my insurance carrier. I may look into filing a complaint against them with Medicare also

This place is not a medical facility they do more damage to their patients then they do help. I strongly recommend not going here unless you want to lose a limb and potentially face death due to gross negligence. I almost lost my life because of how unprofessional these people are. When I would be given wound care dressing and creams by the time I woke up the next day it was all stolen. If I needed an ice pack I would ask till I was blue in the face and I still couldn't get one. These are some of the most curliest people to exist Do Not Go Here, I am not joking BTW The Middle Eastern element here at Fremont Kaiser I believe where not helping me and grossly neglecting me because they believe I am an infidel and that's why they let my wound become life threatening. After Kaisers response I have changed my views because there are a few Great nurses here but there is a element of bad nurses doctors, and customer services like the complaint email they included which doesn't seem to be working either. Although a few of the good ones they have are a Nurse named Jonette who has my moms name and started watching over me like a mother. She helped me get right with the lord again and prayed with me( I am in tears just remembering here it was a very spiritual journey for me I will never forget) A nurse named Priya was very nice to me and helped me with my wound she was nice and gentle with my condition. A nurse named Sandra was always asking me if I was ok. I definitely have more names to give your nurse named Phony should explain why he considers himself tall Dark and handsome and why he calls all the women honey buns and sweetie when it's his co workers I found it to be very unprofessional because I was not even allowed to give hugs to my friends when I was leaving because it made me look like a sexual predator. Something to think about Kaiser Permanente please call me 602-743-4278 I still need to talk to who is in charge of taking care of this matter I remember everything please contact me I will also try to contact you, this is serious. You rock for how you played your ‍ Update I have sent an email to the address Kaiser provided I will give it two days for a proper response 2 update I sent an email off to Kaiser yesterday and there has still been no response back from them there message attached here is turning out to be non useful and becoming an insult to injury. Yelp keeps tearing down my review while Kaiser hides behind big tech. I wondered where all the twitter employees went to after doing this behavior ultimately destroying twitter. It is all starting to make sense now, so disappointing. Update 3 Still no return response at this point I don't believe they will very disappointed

This has been a terrible and scary experience! After 8 months of attempting to resolve a heart problem, I regret to say there has been no progress at all. My regular doctor doesn't know what she is doing and is dishonest on visit reports. I suppose that's better than my cardiologist who just doesn't reply to emails or text messages. Such a disappointment, how do people get better in such an environment. I'll be leaving and paying more to go anywhere else during Medicare enrollment.

Their Flu shot program managmnet is completely bonkers!!! They need to understand that tons of folks show up on Saturday and they stopped the drive through as well. I have been waiting in line since 1 hour and no luck yet. Most mis managed and poorly executed flu shot program. Someone needs to be reprimanded to make it better !!!!just found out that Union city has a drive through ! Better to have gone there than wasting half day Saturday in this dumb facility.

I am a returning Kaiser member after living away for almost a decade. I was very impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness of the hospital and of everyone. I work in another hospital in the Bay area, and I wish every hospital set the bar as high as Kaiser did for me. I highly recommend Dr. Mickey Ni for your Internal Medicine needs. Great staff, great hospital, and clean institution.

She did everything she could to help me relax to help bring down my blood pressure readings, instructed me on my follow up plan re: lab work and next appointments, then handed me a print out of my after visit summary for today

Aw Homie!!! Today is my Day For The Covid Vaccine!!! October 13 2020 Covid Killed me Literally!!! But the Doctors were able to Save me !!! It was a Literally a Miracle that the Doctor's were able to save me !!! How do I know 5 different doctors working my Case told me so !!! So today I arrived at the Kaiser and The Covid Vaccination Clinic . I checked in and the Kaiser Front Counter Staff was Very Efficient and Friendly!!! They Checked me in 5 minutes and had my second Appointment scheduled. Easy Peasy !!!! I then made my way to Station 2 where they asked me Screening Questions of my Medical History!! I Passed!!! So I Made my way to the Injections Covid Clinic!! I was directed to station B . Where My Injection Technician Ester informed me I was getting Pfizer Covid Vaccine Injection number 1 !!!! Yea!!! She was so Masterful I didn't even feel It !!!! Hell Yeah!!! This is why this Kaiser Covid Vaccine Clinic is a Baller On a Budget Approved Establishment!!!

I am on a business trip and I have been having Fevers, shortness of breath so I knew it was a flu and I needed to get antibiotics prescribed. So I went in to urgent care, but they refused to take me or make an appointment for me. They just told me to go to the emergency room even though it is not an emergency. No one really helps you there. The only person I could say was beyond nice and empathetic was the Dr. I wish I remembered his name. But he was so nice! Even the nurse was a little standoffish. Sad that they lack empathy. OH AND the pharmacists. OMG best team I have ever seen at a Kaiser. Kudos to the entire team! Keep it up at the pharmacy

Young ladies working at lobby info desk don't know where the Inpatient Pharmacy is located. They gave me the "run around" as they insisted it was somewhere else. Wasted 20-25 mins as they gave me bad directions. If you don't know the hospital, don't work at the info desk. The Inpatient Rx is on the 2nd floor near the ICU.

Do not choose KELLY LEE WONG as your doctor. Horrible, non-responsive so-called "medical professional!" She would cancel your scheduled appointment without any explanation. Doesn't respond to email after you did what she's asked. Just leaves you hanging, left scrambling for your own solution! I don't think I'd ever come back to the Kaiser Fremont medical center again. I'd rather drive farther for better care.

I don't know what to make of Kaiser any more... we've been patients of Kaiser Fremont for well over a decade now; they have always been attentive, responsive people. If I had an issue that I wasn't sure was worth a visit, I would email my doctor and ask about it; I'd get an answer within 48 hours, from her (in the old days) or at least from her staff... But that was before the covid era... recently I had a vague issue that I wanted to discuss with her, so I sent an email as always... and it was *SIX WEEKS* before I got an email response, saying that I should make an appointment if I have any issues... In the meantime, my wife was recently in surgery, and we had a problem with the Jackson-Pratt drain that they put in her stomach; it seems to be blocked, in a spot that I cannot access... so I've called the surgery room (using the number that they provided) *THREE* times today, left detailed messages each time... and nobody has returned my calls at all... The only way you can get support from Kaiser Fremont any more, is to go to the emergency room... when my wife went recently with her issue, she spent most of the evening in a bed in the hallway, because all their beds are full... but at least she got to talk to a doctor eventually... but even then, she had to wait two weeks for surgery to remove her severely-inflamed gall bladder... I just don't know what to do about all this... we are both approaching 70 years old, and would really like to know that we had medical care available if we suddenly needed it...

Worst place to be in ER, they have security guards as you enter the ER department, they check you as you are going through airport security, they even ask ladies to open there purse an take things out .. December 1, 2023 | checked in and I am in pain instead of me checking in or asking me why I am there they go under everything else, this is ridiculous, seems like they have no other jobs, also in ER department they were only 2 registration people and they were very slow ...

This is for the ALLERGY department team!!! I had the best experience today! Coming back after being away for a while. The whole team and staff were so welcoming and attentive. Cynthia my LVN was such a pleasure to see, she did my vitals and offered me a drink (how nice!). She even remembered me as a patient previously. Mickey Houston was my RN that delivered the best patient care and did my allergy testing. There is a new allergy specialist Dr. Jimmy Ko and it was nice to meet him too. He explained everything clearly. Overall I had a great experience in this department. I am happy to start allergy shots again and get sox relief. They do not have a registration, so you have to check in on the adult/med side. That was kind of a hassle because they are not as attentive over there dep101 wasn't as attentive even though they had a line. So heads up--- arrive a little early because right now you have to check in at stations 101-105.

I'm very satisfied with the doctors here. The waiting area and rooms are no frills. Parking is difficult during peak hours so allow plenty of time to find parking. I saw that they now have valet parking.

it's fully automated. You don't get to talk to a human until you down load the app and make an appointment. The parking lot is always full. There is always a line at the pharmacy. How they could improve have the doctors come to patient houses and deliver medicine perhaps partner up with Uber or door Dash. Speed of service really slow it's really not fair with someone with a broken leg to walk around at the hospital
