I’ve already shared my outstanding experience with family and friends regarding my appointment with Dr. Kern at Kaiser in Santa Clara. Although this was our first meeting (as our previous exchanges was only through secure messaging) he was very familiar with my medical history. He was very engaging, informative, compassionate and knowledgeable. Additionally, he provided me with excellent advice in how I could maintain and improve my health.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Williams. From the start, Dr. Williams has been attentive and took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, which made me feel confident and well cared for. The entire team was friendly, professional, and supportive throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone seeking skilled and patient-centered care.

Dr. Stevenson was really great. He took the time to explain a potential procedure to me, and was very thorough in walking me through what surgery would look like. He was very attentive and listened to me when I talked. I felt immediately that he was authentic and genuine; this made me very comfortable.

My Primary Doctor , was very friendly and listened to my concerns and explained well too. As a person moved from another country and trying to settle in,this is a big step, medical system . Kaiser made things easy , especially to get appointments. People in the hospital are very friendly and helps to find departments and rooms.I love their app, which make things sooo much easier, you can take appointments, see results, send messages to doctor and upload documents , pharmacy team is also good.Thank you

Dr. Jong-Ping Lu (Kaiser Santa Clara Homestead) is one of the most self-less and caring surgeon I have met. She despite undergoing health issues of her own, was always available, reachable and extremely prompt in her responses. She has the amazing ability to calm her patients down and make things look like normal. She was a pleasure to work with and she supported me in every way she could even though I was being treated remotely for my issue. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. JP (surgeon) is excellent, she responded promptly and helped me get the pain medication and MRI right away. She is extremely knowledgeable and her professionalism is incredible. She is a great doctor, best I have had at Kaiser so far. Very grateful for her help so far 100%. Dr. Nguyen my Primary Physician was also very helpful to get pain meds.

Dr. Job in Family Medicine was very attentive to my situation. He took the time to thoroughly discuss the pros and cons of the treatment recommended by the Employee Health Department. He carefully considered various aspects of my health and provided detailed information to help me weigh the potential benefits against the possible risks. Dr. Job even printed out additional resources for me to review at home so I could make a more informed decision. He also made several attempts to consult with a colleague about my specific case, demonstrating his commitment to ensuring the best possible care. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, taking me to the room and when asking questions.

I’ve been seeing Dr. John Park for some time now, and he consistently demonstrates genuine care for my overall well-being. I truly appreciate his generosity and attentiveness, especially during my recent annual exam. He not only ensured I felt completely comfortable throughout the process, but also went above and beyond by contacting the necessary departments for my lab work and infusions. It's rare to find a physician who takes such a proactive and compassionate approach. I’m confident other patients feel the same, and I will absolutely continue to see him. Dr. Park is someone who truly cares about his patients.
