Amazing service from start to finish! The receptionist was warm and welcoming! The VSA Erika was wonderful! She talked me through every test she was doing, and she put me at ease prior to the doctor coming in. Dr. Chiang is hands down AMAZING! He took his time to take care of me, and to explain what he was seeing after some images were taken. The care and communication I felt was amazing, it put me at ease when he did a small in clinic procedure!

Dr Merrill has been great from the beginning. He is so personable, professional and patient. He explains everything each step of the way and provides me with all the information I need to make the best outcome. He spent 3 1/2 hours discussing how the suture adjustment works and carefully making little adjustments until my eye was placed just right. He is a brilliant surgeon and I’d trust him with my eyes again.

Very easy to arrange the appointment. Very efficient examination. Very clear understanding of my issues and explanation of follow up. Availability of skilled care is poor enough that wait times for an appointment are longer than convenient; but I suppose that a long-term hearing problem could not be categorized as "urgent"

Sonya was direct and to the point about my options. She let me choose but gave her opinion as well, when I asked for it. Super efficient and productive appointment. My hand has been feeling a lot better since her treatment plan. Thumbs up (pun intended!).

Dr Sequeiros specifically was respectful, the most knowledgeable physician with whom I've spoken about Long Covid. He spent as much time to understand my issues as we needed, and he provided tangible solutions (as best one can) to help me resolve my challenges. Also, love the piano player in the lobby.

I had difficulty finding parking for my larger sized vehicle, so I was 10 minutes late getting into the office. This was a busy day resulting in an extended wait of nearly an hour before being seen. Upon entering a room, Dr. Hamilton promptly followed and apologized for the wait. Dr. H took the time to question my issue and discuss the benefits of my treatment while taking the time to ask about my elbow brace for another issue. As he prepared me for my treatment, he asked questions and offered suggestions for recovery exercises and pain management. Dr. Hamilton has always greeted me and communicated with respect, compassion, and at a level of professionalism that I hold other treating physicians too.

The consultation at Kaiser Permanente was very usefull. The physician attentively listened, addressed them professionally and took action to prescribe medicines. As my BP was consistanly very low he directed me to emergency to attend to the low BP issue. The KP emergency ward was clean neat professiionlly managed, the staff attended promptly and were friendly.

I’ve already shared my outstanding experience with family and friends regarding my appointment with Dr. Kern at Kaiser in Santa Clara. Although this was our first meeting (as our previous exchanges was only through secure messaging) he was very familiar with my medical history. He was very engaging, informative, compassionate and knowledgeable. Additionally, he provided me with excellent advice in how I could maintain and improve my health.
