From arrival to departure, I was extremely happy. Each person that I came into contact with was very warm and seemed happy. Dr Vadlakonda was excellent. She understood my history and was very attentive. I was concerned going on but she was very personable and answered each of my questions in a way that I understood, which helped me to feel much more comfortable about my situation. I highly recommend Kaiser and Dr. Vadlakonda!

I had an exceptional experience at your clinic for my lens implant procedure. Dr. Huck Holz was fantastic—incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain the operation and lens options in great detail. I truly appreciated the thorough information provided by him and the rest of the staff. I especially want to recognize Jennifer Clarke. She was an absolute star! Not only was she very helpful and patient as the coordinator, but she went above and beyond when I had a major credit card issue with the payment, dedicating extra time and effort to solve it for me. This level of support is rare. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care!

I appreciated Dr. Balani's podiatry expertise & especially liked that she treated me as one of the care team. She explained the findings thoroughly & showed me on the x-rays the problem areas. I felt that I could easily voice my concerns to her. She was quick to respond to an email for further clarification.

Dr. Liaqat is always the most thorough, kind, compassionate, helpful physician. Her bedside manner, the way she listens to her patients, even the proximity of her sitting and looking right at her patient is unlike most doctors I’ve ever encountered. She really take the time to understand and explain, and makes connections to health symptoms and life circumstances/stress. I am very grateful Dr. Liaqat is a part of my care team.

Amazing service from start to finish! The receptionist was warm and welcoming! The VSA Erika was wonderful! She talked me through every test she was doing, and she put me at ease prior to the doctor coming in. Dr. Chiang is hands down AMAZING! He took his time to take care of me, and to explain what he was seeing after some images were taken. The care and communication I felt was amazing, it put me at ease when he did a small in clinic procedure!

Loved having Nancy as my PT. She was very thorough with diagnosing the problem and then gave me a detailed plan for rehabilitation. We worked on each movement and she also provided a printout. She was very helpful and encouraging. Also asked what I would like for follow up. So good from start to finish and beyond, if needed.

This Dr. is one of a kind!! I haven’t met his personality within Kaiser in a long time! Immediately upon introduction, my mind started to become a little relax. He recognizes you as a person not a MRN. He’s very detailed oriented! He takes his time to explain things! Very impressed! Excellent bedside manners!

Dr. Choi is a kind, knowledgeable doctor who has the best skills at communicating with per patients. My after surgery appointment was enlightening and engaging and I left with all my questions answered thoroughly. Between my surgery and this post op appt I came away with high respect for Dr Choi and would recommend her to others with no hesitation.
