Once a renowned ballroom, Kaisersaal boasts high ceilings, stuccowork, fine hardwood floors and pleasant design details. The kitchen in a glass cube in the entrance area is eye-catching; it is also where the team led by chef Kevin Leitner, who previously earned a MICHELIN star for s'Äpfle, in Bodman, cooks up classic and Mediterranean-based dishes, which are given a creative and modern twist. Friendly service is provided by attentive staff, as you savour dishes such as "Norwegian scallop, rhubarb, nasturtium, vin jaune & pursley" or "bison, back, top blade, grilled spring leek & polenta", either as part of a set menu or à la carte.
