We started lining up at 10:45 AM and were able to take the side elevator up to the 10th floor right at 11 AM, putting us at about 10th in line. We were seated shortly after, and the setting and atmosphere was nice and elegant. In terms of the sushi, I thought that it tasted good - but nothing standout. We tried several of the premium pieces including toro, unagi and scallop and were not too impressed, as we feel we have had more fresh sushi even in Vancouver. Luckily, because we did not wait, it was just a slightly overpriced meal - but I would not recommend waiting in line for any more than 15 minutes for this place - much less 3 hours as we hear from some people.

With high expectations with quality of its branch in Hokkaido, I wasn't satisfied with the sushi quality. It is still good but I can say only few that are very yummy and the rest is just so so. What I can recommend is the salmon sushi and aburi salmon. It has the English translation of the menu which is helpful for tourist.

When we first got our ticket at 3pm it said there would be a 48 min wait but we stood around and a few minutes later we were called up for a seat. Fresh sushi made in front of you by passionate chefs. You have the option to pick off the belt or order from an extensive menu as well. We enjoyed the tuna the most and grilled salmon. Crème brûlée for dessert was a nice treat!

This place serves absolutely amazing sushi! The fish is incredibly fresh, the rice perfectly seasoned, and every bite is a delight. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Yes, you might have to wait up to two hours for a table, but it’s totally worth it! The negative reviews are completely unfair—this spot truly deserves the highest praise. Highly recommended

Alright, let’s be real. The sushi here isn’t bad—it’s good, even—but is it worth a 90-minute wait? Definitely not. This is our third time trying to get a seat, and each time we’ve faced a wait of 120+ minutes. So here’s the trick: get your ticket first thing, and then go do some mall therapy while you wait for your number to be called. That way, at least you’re making the most of the time spent. The sushi will still be there when you’re done shopping… just don’t expect to dive in immediately!

This place is a tourist trap, and I don’t recommend it. The line was incredibly long, but the quality of the sushi was nowhere near worth the wait. The sushi weren’t fresh—especially noticeable since I had very fresh ones in Yokohama just the day before. Honestly, waiting an hour for food like this was a big disappointment. It tasted no different from a random conveyor belt sushi spot, and might’ve even been less fresh.

Eating here is like you are doing them a favour by eating here! Staff are rude and aggressive! It's a popular restuarant so I presume that's why they think they are doing you a favour by letting you eat here. They only seat people once a group is complete. There's no point asking for a table for 6 and only 2 of your party has arrived as they won't seat you. We saw some tourists who had this problem as they didn't understand how it worked. Located on 10th floor of Tokyu Plaza. Mall opens at 11am exactly. The lift beyond ground floor does not open until 11am exactly. So we queued up at the lift at 10.40am, there was already a queue of people for the lift. Everyone waiting to get to the retsuarants on the 10th floor. We were on the first lift to get to the 10th floor ag 11am, but there were already some customers in the restaurant....they probably took the elevators up. Once at the restuarant we were promptly seated. Seating around the bar. Order at table with paper and pen by wroting down the number of the sushi and give to the waitress. Order 5 at a time. Can also get pick off sushi from conveyor belt. Sushi is high quality and the prices are very reasonable. There were some species we never tried before so we had those. Food is good. There is a slight pressure to leave after 45 mins.....they don't want you to hang around if you finished eating. We spent JPY8,300 for the 2 of us. We spent about 45 mins in the restuarant and had 18 sushi plates. Rude staff at check out. Tokyu Plaza has very clean toilets....went there straightaway after eating here

Not the best conveyer belt sushi I’ve had here in Tokyo. Prices are decent for the size of sushi you get. I don’t think it was worth all the hype. We did only end up waiting 25 minutes which seems to be fast. I included the Menu so people can see it.
