Our first time here for my birthday dinner for the all you can eat menu option. We recently moved from the Midwest to Henderson, so we are always looking for new restaurants & businesses to try. We highly recommend this restaurant! The food, service & atmosphere was wonderful & driving distance is good, too. Thank you!

Kaizen Fusion and Sushi in Henderson is a five-star experience from start to finish! The sushi is fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. I especially loved the Kaizen Roll and the crispy rice with spicy tuna—absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was modern and inviting. Whether you're dining in or doing all-you-can-eat, the quality never slips. Great spot for date night or a casual dinner with friends. This place has easily become one of my go-to sushi spots in the area. Highly recommend if you're craving sushi done right!

I ate here with a few friends and loved the selection of all you can eat food. The sushi was fresh and delicious. There was so many choices it was hard not to stuff our selves while trying to taste all we could. Great value

The best sushi restaurant I've ever been to. My husband and I come here about two times every time I visit. The rolls are only the tip of the iceberg; they have an amazing high quality variety of Japanese cuisine to die for! I tried curry for the first time here and will not settle for anything less now. Because I am from California, high quality fish is very easy to distinguish from lower grade cuts and suppliers. Kaizen Sushi has great standards for their fish and it shows in the food, no matter what you order. Please visit! (owner/ manager is very friendly too!)

First time, we came here with a group of 27 after our kids tournament. Very laidback place for families. The service was great. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food and quality. We did all you can eat for $35 each. We will definitely come back when in Vegas !!! Great job !

This is the best AYCE in Vegas/Henderson IMHO. So much variety for a very reasonable price in this day and age. Every bite of sashimi and nigiri was fresh and vibrant. Staff was always close by, cheerful and responsive. The Korean grilled short ribs were outstanding! Perfectly cooked! I am excited to return many, many times! Edit 7/12/2024: I have returned many, many times. 25 times to be exact. The new Summer Temaki options are SO GOOD! The variety of options is unbeatable for the price. The staff are courteous and genuine, for me the interactions with them enhance the dining experience greatly. Special shout out to Nour, Sydney, Kevin Dania and Angelina, you guys ROCK! Thanks for always taking great care of me!

I’ve dined at this restaurant dozens of times since 2015/2016 and never once been disappointed. Most recently, we can to AYCE sushi & I was hesitant about trying it with my 1 year old baby/toddler. The staff were so amazing and accommodating to her! Even brought her her own plate of fruit which she loved! And they let us pick which tables we wanted to sit at, which was nice that we could be tucked away a bit. Sushi is great and I was continuously surprised by how fast it came out. Great establishment, would definitely recommend.

Kaizen in Las Vegas offers a fun sushi experience with fresh rolls and a unique conveyor belt system. Though service can be slow and the belt sometimes stops, the tasty sushi and lively vibe make it worth a visit.

The food is really really good. The server was very kind. I really recommend this place. The ambiance is not fancy but clean. But most of all the food is the best!! All the sushi's, rolls are really fresh and tasty!!!

The most high quality AYCE I've had in a long time! This is my new sushi spot. Nothing compares! You definitely have to try the fatty tuna, and the coconut saketini, to die for! Service is great, and the restaurant is super clean and fresh.

Angelina and Daniel are attentive servers. Price is reasonable for AYCE. I love that their rice portions are tiny. Hence... no wastage! Miso soup was boiling hot! And it was yum! Desserts were amazing! My boys loved the cheesecake! I loved the mochi and green tea ice all cream!

Service was pleasant. We got seated right away and felt taken care of. Even when we paid the bill they continued to ask if we needed anything. The food was delicious and well prepared. We were glad that they had the scallops to try this time (absolute favorite dish). I love how they have so many items and felt like I got to try so many different things and flavors like their mango roll. We came in when they opened and it was really calming. I noticed the posters and decorations on the wall and the catzilla one made me laugh. Can't wait to come back again!

Very good sushi, grilled meats and quality ingredients. The servers are really nice and patient. The atmosphere is so cozy and the sushi bar is a great area to sit as well!

I have been to this location before and am always pleased with it. The service is quick and friendly. The food is amazing! I love kaizens sushi quality and overall flavor. They also allow you to customize and order additional sides of your fav sauces. The restaurant isn't big but it is a nice size and intimate settings. I will continue to make this a go to stop when I'm in this side of town again

The sushi and fish quality here has gone way down. All the nigiri I got were tough and hard to chew. I went intentionally for fish and ended up ordering apps and shrimp tempura rolls because I couldn't chew through the fish. I gave two stars only because the service was good and quick. With all the sushi in town? I won't be back.

Yum! Great place for all you can eat sushi! If I wasn't on a diet, this menu would taste all amazing but with the diet, we had limited choices but had enough to choose from! We love the variety they have even to the seasonal menu. The sushi was delish and fresh. Many to choose from! From sashimi, nigiri, to rib eye!I really wanted to try the numerous desserts too but couldn't because of my diet! Service was okay. Staff were nice and attentive but they kept messing our order up. Ambiance is casual! Get there before it gets slammed or make a reservation on Friday nights! Can't wait to come back!

A decent pick for AYCE sushi in the Green Valley Ranch (Henderson) area. Service is good, they check with you to place more orders very promptly. Filling up drinks no problem. One note - their restrictions on the lunch choice extends to salmon roe and the restaurant is pretty much telling you to get the higher dinner price.

Big variety of a lot of sushi rolls, nigiri, grilled meats, soups, and appetizers. We really liked how you can do half rolls as well. There are some korean barbecue meats as well to try. The nigiri was fresh and the special items were great too. The waiters were all friendly and fast to take our orders. They were all attentive and all staff were able to take our order which was nice. The food came out very quick. I recommend making a reservation online to avoid the wait. There is a bar space as well if you don't mind. Can't wait to come back!

Always our go-to sushi spot! We keep coming back to Kaizen Sushi because not only is the food always fresh and delicious, but they also reward loyal customers with a stamp card! We already have 14 stamps, which gave us a free meal today , saved us $35! We only paid $37 for two of us instead of $70, which is such a great deal. It's basically like getting a buy-one-get-one-free deal just for coming back to a place we already love. Great food, great value , can't beat that! Highly recommend!

Five stars no doubt Kaizen is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you've stumbled on a local gem in Henderson The service is genuine welcoming without being pushy attentive without hovering You can tell they care not just about the food but about the folks who come in The food Absolutely delicious Every dish is packed with flavor and clearly prepared with love Whether you're grabbing something quick or sitting down for a full meal you're leaving satisfied and smiling the unlimited sushi it just amazing ! If you're anywhere near Henderson and haven't been to Kaizen yet it's time to fix that

Second time trying out AYCE in Kaizen and it was not disappointed. My husband and I brought fam who came to visit us. And today was less busy than last time. Loved the roll called King of the ocean. One of our favorite AYCE place for sure!

Food quality was good, but definitely be prepared to wait. It definitely seems like they are a bit shorthanded on staff and things seem very discombobulated.

Craving satisfied! This place was fantastic! I went with a friend for lunch and we both loved it. The staff was super friendly and explained the menu to us since it was our first time. We ended up trying a few different rolls and some nigiri, and everything was fresh and delicious. They have a good selection for AYCE. They have a la carte option, too, which is not included as a menu in the ayce, which we'll definitely try next time we're feeling extra hungry. For yelpers, there is a free draft beer if you check in. My first ayce sushi experience where they offer ayce for deserts as well. Usually, most ayce sushi limit one per person for deserts. The ayce also limits certain menu ie pork belly and short ribs which we maxed out and they were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend checking it out!

The food is always great here. Staff is friendly, patient with orders, and come often checking in on us.

Every dish is high quality and made with care. One thing that really sets Kaizen apart is their dessert selection. Unlike most AYCE places that just throw in a scoop of ice cream, Kaizen offers generous portions of delicious sweets, making sure you leave completely satisfied. Sushi in the desert...! Yeah I know, I was hesitant too. But let me tell you, this shit right here... this shit right here. It's straight fire. The two times I have been to this hidden gem in a small plaza the staff has been very friendly, the food has been phenomenal... and did I tell you it's all you can eat! Make sure to make a reservation before coming because it seems like it's always packed. Oh and if you plan on coming back make sure you ask for a stamp card

Great Sushi spot that's been here for many years now. We have been coming here since our girls were younger before they even offered the A-Y-C-E sushi. Small intimate restaurant, but nice size bar and good amount of seating. Dined here this past Friday with my husband and some friends. We had about a 20 minute wait to be seated at the bar. It's always packed here, which tells a lot about the food and service. Fun atmosphere with good music. Usually they have movie videos playing on a huge screen and they also have TV's at the bar to watch sports! The A-Y-C-E is $35 for dinner. Nice menu with lots of options. Two of my favorite rolls tonight were the Super Mexican roll, and the Lobster crunch roll. Delicious!

Yelp tricked us at first when we searched AYCE sushi and we ended up at another place for it that didn't actually have it. So then, decided to try again and found Kaizen and sooo glad we did! Kaizen is located in the same shopping center as Bdubs and Yo Mochi and Chipotle. It's definitely a little hole-in-the-wall feel to it! We didn't have a reservation but they were able to seat us at the sushi bar. There was 5 of us total so not too bad for an early Friday evening. We all got AYCE and it was sooo good. My sister in law loves their crème brule so we ordered some of that too which is kinda funny for a sushi place to have that but it was sooo good! The sushi was super fresh and they did a really good job at checking in on us to make sure we were good! I'd definitely come back here. It was seriously such good sushi! Better than other spots in my opinion and the service was fantastic!

Family visit brought us to a Yummy AYCE sushi and love the hot entrees included! Great service and fun vibe! Definitely make reservations!!

I stopped by while in the area for dinner last night, it was delicious as always. The server who initially took my order came off rude at first because he was not ready to take my order despite having asked me if I was ready to order. I did not like his tone, but aside him everyone else was very polite, and attentive with excellent service. There was another younger shorter server who also took a few of my orders and would better explain the menu and actually answer my questions had better service than the first rude server. The rude server also forgot to place the last item I ordered, it took about 20 minutes to get my two nigiri orders because he forgot to submit it and later admitted it after like 10 minutes that he had just placed it. Unfortunately the blame fell on the kitchen staff making the items for having a large order previous to mine, but the server had already said he basically forgot to submit the order when he first took it down, so I know that wasn't the kitchen staff's fault. The kitchen staff was all excellent, I want that to be highlighted, I especially want to acknowledge the older Hispanic lady who made most of my items personally as she was who handed them to me, everything she made was quick and delicious as expected. I asked her name but I unfortunately forgot, however I mentioned it to the other female employee who ended up processing my payment, that the kitchen staff and the older Hispanic lady in specific who made my items was great upon leaving. The female employee who processed my payment was also excellent, as she also noticed I had been waiting a while for my items, when she had asked me twice if I needed anything else and noticed I had yet to receive my nigiri order, so when she checked in with me the second time (since the rude server hadn't even checked in with me regarding my order that he had forgotten to submit nearly 20 minutes later, he didn't even ask me if I needed anything else, the rude server just basically never came back, and even scolded another male employee for something else unrelated, after that other male employee asked me if I wanted more water and refilled my cup). After the female employee who had checked in with me the second time after I had told her I was just waiting on my order had noticed I still hadn't received my items, I had told her she could cancel the remaining items, since my food had already settled and I had already waited a like 20 minutes by that point. I told her it wasn't a problem I understood if it was very busy for the kitchen and that it was not their fault. Despite the one rude server who forgot to submit my order and had an attitude while taking my order, I will still give this restaurant the 5 stars it deserves because the food is great, the quality of fish and portions are generous, and everyone else's service made up for that one crappy rude server. The best part was ultimately the female employee who processed my payment, and noticed how long I had been waiting, even gave me a discount which I did not expect - to make up for the long time she noticed I had waited. I didn't want to complain but acknowledge that for the most part this place is great and service is awesome, despite the one rude employee. I will be back for the delicious food, and awesome staff for their service. Hopefully that rude server has a better attitude by then or at least isn't my server in the future, ha!

You say you service and food have changed. Incredible night here. It's been a while since we've been back, but things have improved quite a bit.

I must leave this review: Food = delicious & fresh & large portions. Price = cheapest I've seen lately. SERVICE = absolutely the kindest and friendliest people ever, and best service I've had eating out in a long time. Our server was so helpful in his suggestions, kind & nice to our 2 little kids, and super attentive to our party of 6. He actually cared and that's rare these days. Bringing us things like cups of ice he knew we might want. It's the little things like that that make great service! The man up front took our family's photo and when my daughter asked about a box of Mugwart bath that they sell up front, he explained it to her and said she could keep it. I will be using it tonight lol! It was just so nice to eat out and have pleasant people serving you. This is my new sushi spot for sure!

There were four experienced sushi eaters at our table and we couldn't get the check any higher than if a couple went to one of the restaurants on the strip! We went for lunch and all the plates were $2! The food was excellent. The service staff was right there to answer questions or help us get food from the little red truck! (It delivers the food) it is a revolving menu of things you could have. I left full and with a doggie bag! I can highly recommend Kaizen!

Kaizen sushi was the first place I went to eat when I landed in Vegas and it not disappoint. The fish was incredibly fresh and the flavors were better than any other sushi places I've been to in Vegas. But the highlight of my Kaizen experience was the sushi chef - Anthony who gave us his best recommendations and delightful service. 10/10 would recommend

Sushi was all premium cuts of fish.I have been to multiple sushi places and this one surpassed them all!!! The menu is unlimited there are so many options. I have no complaints and would recommend to any sushi lover.

Kaizen is a fun spin on a traditional sushi restaurant. With multiple offerings for sushi lovers as well as those that prefer heated dishes, Kaizen takes a bit of a creative approach infusing thier sushi rolls with items like asparagus, garlic, jalepeno, salsa, korean bbq and spice. You are sure to find something for everyone. Service can be spotty during busy times. The restaurant is AYCE based with the usual rules regarding sharing and finishing your food. The cuts of fish are sometimes thinner than I would like but the fish is fresh and flavorful. Definitely on our sushi rotation.

Tiger Roll - 8/10 Solid choice. Fresh and flavorful with a good balance of texture and taste. Would definitely order again. Pork Belly - 8/10 The first time we had it, it was absolutely on point--crispy edges, tender inside, rich without being overwhelming. The second time, it leaned a little too heavy on the fat, which threw off the balance a bit. Mexican Fiesta (Full) - 10/10 Packed with flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Every bite had a bold kick that kept me coming back for more. A standout on the menu. Sex Bomb (Half) - 8/10 The salmon was buttery and melted in my mouth, but cream cheese a little too overpowering that usually brings that contrast and balance. Still really good overall. Hungry (Full) - 9/10 This one surprised me in the best way. A subtle hint of lemon brightened the whole roll and made it feel refreshing and light without losing any richness. Gyoza - 6/10 Pretty average. The filling was fine, but the wrapper lacked crispness and didn't have much of a sear. Shrimp Tempura - 6/10 Crispy but kind of forgettable. Could've used a bit more seasoning or dipping sauce with punch to stand out. Egg Roll - 8/10 Really good crunch and fried perfectly. The sauce that came with it elevated the whole thing--simple but satisfying. Korean Beef - 10/10 Melt-in-your-mouth tender. The balance of fat and flavor was perfect, and it had that deep umami richness that hits all the right notes. Shishito Peppers - 7/10 First time trying these, and I was pleasantly surprised. Didn't know what to expect, but I liked the light char and mild heat--definitely worth trying again. Matcha Crème Brûlée - 5/10 Visually appealing but the texture was off--it wasn't as fluffy or creamy as expected. The matcha flavor was subtle but couldn't save the overall execution.

I love coming here to Kaizen! This is mine and my sister's favorite AYCE sushi place. I've been here multiple times and the service and food have been excellent every time. 10/10 would recommend!!

I love AYCE sushi! Kaizen has great varieties of different sushi, rolls, nigiri, cones, and also sashimi. They have a full menu of delicious items like kalbi, salads, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. We tried a variety of their rolls, including the unicorn and spider, the OMG and Shrimp Lover, and Shrimp Tempura. I had the tuna sashimi with ponzu soy sauce. We also had their veggie and seaweed salad, fried rice, and fish taco. The ambience is warm and friendly. The staff were fast and on top of things. They were also easy going with families. The one thing that we tried that was ok was the udon. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything. This place is worth their price!

Excellent sushi and sashimi in Henderson. I just moved from San Diego and this place blew me away with their fresh sashimi and sushi. I started with saba (mackerel) and unagi (eel). These are usually my favorites and I've had better in other places but still good here. I was mostly impressed with their sake (salmon) and maguro (tuna). Very fresh and flavorful. The highlight though had to be the uni (sea urchin) and fresh oysters. The Winner Raider Roll deserved an encore. Excellent taste and great way to end my round of gluttony. The desserts mango mousse and tempura ice cream highly recommended to complete your meal. I gotta say that the service and servers did an exceptional job and the ambiance of the restaurant was lively and had a lot of energy. No need to go to Spring Mountain or the Strip to get great Sushi. It's all here in Henderson Baby!

Sunday lunch AYCE sushi! We came in around 1:30pm without a reservation. Because the place wasn't full, our group of 3 was seated right away. Sashimi | The thin slices of sashimi appeared vibrant and fresh. They tasted clean and not too fishy. Tuna Poke Salad | The mushy and pale tuna cubes came with slimy seaweed salad, ew. Nigiri | The serving slice of each fish seemed enough, but the fish to rice ratio was off. Way too much rice bruhhh! Rolls | Just typical. Toppings and sauces were enough. Nothing unusual. Dessert | Generous portion of ice cream. Chocolate wasn't too bad. However, the taste of green tea was lacking. It was green, but it ain't green tea lol Menu: Aside from the sushi, there were decent appetizers, such as cold tofu and garlic edamame. There was nothing distinctive about this restaurant compared to other sushi establishments. Service: The bussers were too aggressive when clearing out the empty plates. One of them seemed to be in a hurry resulting in spills on the table and floor, then proceeded to ignore them. After returning from the kitchen, he passed by our table, saw the spills, and ignored them once more. The only person who seemed to have good customer service skills was the employee who took our orders, she was polite and cleaned up after the busser lol. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot, but maybe packed around dinner time.

When I go out for sushi I never go to AYCE, I don't want to overindulge, but since I have never tried all AYCE sushi I had to come experience it. Kaizen is close to home for me and has good reviews, I came on a weekend so the price for ACYE was $35 same pricing as dinner and holidays, during the week you can come for lunch for a discounted amount. These are the items I ordered: Orange blossom, Japanese lasagna, yellowtail sashimi, monster, lobster crunch roll and mochi. All were good, nothing that really impressed me. My favorite items were the yellowtail sashimi and the lobster crunch roll. The service was decent, they were busy and I didn't want to flag them down so you have to wait for acknowledgment to order something else. The restaurant itself was small but cozy.

Kaizen is just the best. We've been coming here for years and the quality is always spot on. The sushi is fresh, the flavors are always balanced, and the vibe is fun but still feels relaxed. The staff is what really sets it apart. We love Nour and Daniel. They always make us feel like VIPs, no matter the day or how busy it gets. It's one of those places that just never disappoints.

Best sushi in town. They are very fast and it's fresh every time. We are now hooked, and been coming once a week for a month! Must try!

It's 2024 and we still love Kaizen! When the family wants sushi, we head here to satisfy our cravings. We did the AYCE option, the price pretty typical for all you can eat in Vegas. The food overall was amazing. The sushi was good and fresh. They have a huge assortment of rolls so you'll be able to find your favorite or even try something new. The fried foods were delicious, cooked properly and tasted wonderful. If you're headed here for dinner, I suggest you call ahead to reserve a table. The restaurant does typically get busy even on a weeknight. But overall the restaurant has a great vibe to it and the staff were all amazing and kind. My only ding that I would give our experience was our 2nd round of rolls, the crab filling on the inside was way too much. I know, maybe not an issue to some, but it was a lot for us.

On our 20th visit to Kaizen in Henderson, NV, we were impressed once again by the excellent service, particularly from Kai, Nour, Kevin and the tall lady (whose name escapes me) who showed exceptional care. The cuisine was outstanding and the new red velvet cake dessert was a delightful addition. Mr. Juhi, the owner, is indeed lucky to have such a talented team.

This place always hits the spot. Came here last night with some friends and had the All you can eat Sushi. Everything tasted good and fresh. We sat by the bar and the service was on point. Ambiance was cool. The all you can eat is $35 for dinner with many choices to pick from. Music had a cool vibe going and TVs with sports on.

This AYCE sushi spot is a hit & had a cute atmosphere! My friend and I went here for lunch today & the service was excellent. I hate waiting for the waitress to come back to take my order, but these girls were on top of it! The fish was fresh & they served nice size pieces, I love the option of 1/2 rolls & their tempura cheesecake was incredible. We will definitely be going back on a monthly basis!! Ps - they have punch cards ;)

First time at this restaurant, newer Henderson, NV residents, my pick for a birthday dinner out. Excellent, friendly service; amazing, fresh, flavorful food; great menu, All You Can Eat is a great value. We highly recommend this restaurant & will be back as soon as possible! Thank you.
