Kaizen Fusion Roll & Sushi

The Deer Springs Location is ACTUALLY CALLED NAMBA Sushi and the menu is different... The food was really good. There's something for everyone whether you eat fish or not. Google maps got us in the door claiming this was a Kaizen Fusion location. It may be a sister loc. or same company with a different menu. What kept this from being 5 stars was the service. We were not informed that all day Saturday is dinner pricing for AYCE and the server gave more care and attention to making disposal dipping sauces than he did our table/order... We ordered a Bento with Veggie Tempura and a reg order of Veggie Tempura. The server set the reg order in front of the person who ordered the Bento without a word of who it's for. We had to order another one... He kept leaving quickly when trying to place an order, causing me to look and order everything at one time (ordered too much this way, of course) so that I wouldn't have to wait for him to come back, which he hadn't, so good thinking on my part. Might try again since the food was so good in taste and see if the horrible service was a fluke.

AYCE WAS OUTSTANDING. Lunch 25 Dinner 29. One of my new favorite sushi spots to go to. Sushi is fresh and delicious. The have a large variety of rolls and platters.

The best sushi restaurant I've ever been too. Great selection even for all you can eat. You can order half rolls which allows you to try many different options.

The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes it takes a little too long to get your order. Some of our favorites are The Aliente, The Jackpot, and The Silverstate. The Garic Edamame are amazing.

My wife and I come here every chance we get. I love their all you can eat option. As a guy who can eat and really appreciate food sushi, I have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly and if you sit at the bar, the chefs are always so quick to get you your next roll. Can't recommend highly enough! Bring a jacket, as it tends to be a little cooler inside.

They have a large selection of sushi rolls, platters, other entrees, appetizers and desserts. Some of the rolls are specials that aren't available with the all-you-can-eat (AYCE) option. We didn't get the AYCE because they were closing soon, we don't eat that much and we shared 3 special rolls for about three price of one AYCE. You can order half a roll for half price with many but not all of the rolls. We actually got one full roll and two half rolls for more variety. We sat at the bar and the chef was extremely fast and good. The sushi was great! Something take note of is that they close the kitchen over a half hour before closing time, which I thought was unusual. I went on a Thursday night.

Great sushi, love the appetizers. The all you can eat is definitely worth it and the way to go. Fresh food, comfortable environment, specials rolls are great and unique.

WARNING BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT!!!! They do not cook their food or prep it all the way. when i came here i heard it was bad but i decided to give it a shot anyway. After i ordered my food and began to eat i noticed they did not peel the shrimp properly which in return got stuck in my throat. I had to run to the restroom and throw it up, i know thats gross but i couldnt just spit it out it was big chunks. If you have kids and you come here be very careful on what you order. Also when i brought it to the cooks attention and servers they acted like if it was normal as if it happens often so i paid and left. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.
