Kalamansi

Highly recommended. Food is super delicious, service is top and very comfortable atmosphere.

The streets of Coutances were completely empty on a Friday, so we thought we’d take a chance and see if a table was available. When arriving at Kalamansi we were given a once over and told to be on our way by an incredibly rude and self important waitress. Good service, attitude and atmosphere are fundamental parts of a great restaurant and Kalamansi has a lot to improve in this area.

What a more than pleasant surprise! Service perfect, chef has earned his credits in the past and made our lunch dream come true. We ordered both the surprise menu, with accompanying wines. A beautiful and tasteful combination of fish and slowly cooked meat, truly delicious. First chef we know of in this Manche region who makes use of a green egg in his kitchen! Rating as far as we are concerned: definitely in the top 10 of la Manche!

Qu'il soit en Alsace ou dans la Manche Frédéric Michel sait nous emmener loin avec sa cuisine pleine de saveurs, un assaisonnement parfait! Son épouse en salle toujours avec le sourire et efficace complète parfaitement ce duo. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Hypra bon, service avec le sourire : la recette pour nous donner envie de revenir. Plats savoureux et recherchés avec des produits frais. Service agréable avec présentation de chaque plat. Rien à redire, il faut y aller!
