Kale Afrika - Review - Watkins Park - Nashville - The Infatuation
"It’s a good thing that this place has kale in the name, because that’s the real star here. It’s in the quinoa power bowl and the garden wrap, but if they made the whole menu out of this lightly spiced green stuff and we’d come back again and again. The menu from the pickup-and-delivery-only space inside Midtown Foods is pretty short, but whatever you get will be well seasoned and easily gobbled up. Even the side salads are great, full of chopped cucumbers and white onions that go nicely with the bright and herby homemade Italian dressing." - Ann Walczak
Honestly my new favorite place to grab food!! Since my first time having it the meal has never failed me. The owner is amazing! Very attentive to what her customers are looking for. I’d suggest this place 1000 times again!🔥🔥

Ghost kitchen. We ubered here assuming it was a restaurant. But its a ghost kitchen. But food was amazing! Great to see that Nashville has such amazing vegan food. Highly recommended!

Decided to give this spot a try while visiting the beautiful city of Nashville, BIG MISTAKE! Portions are very small, and the burgers have no taste. I basically paid over ten dollars for a cut-up avocado dripping out of a cardboard box. I can't believe I let these reviews hype me up to spend $65 😩. Tennessee, you deserve better! 🤨😡🤬

Enjoyed the vegan omelette and the chick pea bowl. The yellow rice in that bowl was delicious and could stand alone as a dish all by itself. Spoke to the chef and she is very concerned about the food not only tasting good but being truly healthy. Quite satisfied.

WOW! Kale Afrika proves that food can be delicious, healthy, and filling. We had two bowls, which were packed with plant-based protein and flavor. The ingredients are super fresh and you can taste that the food is made with care.

I'm always excited to find vegan food and Kale Afrika completely satisfies! Yum! Fresh, flavorful, nutritious. I was visiting Nashville for the first time from Washington state and if I ever get back to Nashville I know where to get absolutely scrumptious vegan food. Wish I could bring it home with me!

I stopped by while on a road trip. This was my first time encountering this type of establishment. It’s a building where you sit outside and the food is brought to you from multiple restaurants.
Anyway, the lady who brought me my food was very nice and asked me to share my thoughts.
My portions were large. I don’t know what the last guy was talking about. I eat a lot and I couldn’t finish my tofu scramble and side of sweet potato fries- which went together really well and were delicious. Loved the sauce.

Yelp
First time ordering from a shared kitchen
Perfect setup for food ordering businesses
Ordered chickpea bowl w/jalapeños and sauce
Tasted fresh
Loved the combination
Needs more flavor
They should slow cook peas and rice in stock

Yelp
I've been vegan almost 10 years. We all have good intentions but The fact they where satisfied with serving me what they did is not cool. Burnt, mushy, in no way resembled an omelette . Especially for the price.

Yelp
I'm here for it. The food was fresh and the process of ordering and picking up from the shared kitchen was seamless. I can appreciate the burst of flavor from the yummy kale wrap I ordered. I'll be trying them again and so happy to have another black/woman owned vegan spot in town!

Yelp
Great vegan food. The founder and owner still runs the kitchen. She comes from overseas and uses fresh ingredients. Her food has great flavor and minimal use of processed food.
