Kale Me Crazy Cumberland | Health Food Restaurant

I would like to apologize to the lovely staff that service me. My attitude yesterday and google rating is not reflective of you. I went to the Cumberland Kale Me Crazy location for the first time yesterday. I parked in their designated customer parking within the parking garage. I went inside, ordered my meal and sat down and enjoyed it. Before leaving to go to a meeting within the same building, I asked the staff if there was anything that I needed to do about the parking . She kindly said no that the parking was free. My plan was to come back after my brief meeting and purchase some of their organic juices to take home. I came back to a disgusting big bright sticker on my brand new car window. I went back inside to see who put the sticker on my car as a customer parked in customer parking. I was told the owner put us put on the sticker. So I spoke to Solomon, the owner, on the phone who was so rude and immature. I can't even believe that he is the owner of this franchise. Corporate Kale Me Crazy be very careful who you franchise with because people with corrupt character like Solomon will bring down your overall brand that you worked so hard to establish. Instead of offering a simple apology for the misunderstanding, he talked to me like trash, was quick to defer blame to his staff, and then hung up on me. I myself am a professional who owns multiple businesses. From a legal standpoint, he had no right to touch my property because I was appropriately part no matter the time. As you see on the signage from the pictures I took there is no time limit written. If they want their customers to only be parked for a limited time, their signage has to reflect that. Otherwise, they risk bringing litigation against the company. Needless to say I did not buy the additional products, nor do I ever plan to return to this establishment that is so poorly managed by Solomon. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work for him. He sets a terrible example of customer service but expects good customer from them or reprimands them. He might be better suited for picking kale(where he doesn't have to deal fairly with people) than owning a Kale Me Crazy franchise. He's got the crazy part, but that's about it. He needs to be monitored and supervised. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I come here all the time! I get the acai bowl and matcha rose latte. It’s always made perfectly. Love kale me crazy. Smynra and Cumberland are the best locations!

I recently stopped by Kale Me Crazy in Atlanta for breakfast, and I’m already dreaming about going back. This spot strikes the perfect balance of flavor, vibe, and health-conscious deliciousness. I started my morning with two toasts — the avocado toast and the peanut butter banana toast — and let me tell you, they hit the sweet-and-savory combo just right. The avocado toast was fresh and satisfying, while the peanut butter banana toast, drizzled with sticky honey, was indulgent in the best way. (Bonus points for the clean and cute bathroom where I could wash up after the honey!) I paired my meal with their mushroom coffee, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I’ve tried a few mushroom coffee brands at home, but theirs was hands-down the best — smooth, rich, and grounding without the crash of regular coffee. The atmosphere inside is charming and inviting — think cozy café with a touch of wellness flair — and everything about the experience felt thoughtful and well-executed. Before leaving, I grabbed a quinoa salad to-go for lunch, and it was just as flavorful and fresh as the breakfast — light yet filling, and definitely something I’d recommend. If you’re in Atlanta and looking for a nourishing bite that doesn’t skimp on flavor or vibe, kale Me Crazy should be on your list.

I didn't encounter any issues other than my juice was expired by a day or two. I didn't realize until after I left. Parking is tricky. Really clean inside. The area around is really pretty

Just moved to the area and happened upon this place looking for a good smoothie (had never been to a Kale Me Crazy before). I’ve already been back three times not just for the good smoothies, but the awesome service from Steven. Five stars all around!

It was a little tricky to figure out where to park. Not sure if it was mentioned on the website or not but that would be helpful. Nevertheless, it was awesome to have such good, yummy clean food to eat while traveling. I bought enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Another plus is the convenience of the location. I'm definitely going back when I pass through again. I ordered the beet juice, avocado toast w/o eggs, and veggie wrap.

Had the Poke Bowl, deluxe açaí bowl and they threw in some watermelon juice. The poke bowl was great. The warm rice and veggies was great with the poke. The aioli and soy was the perfectly balanced. The bowl was also very good. Excellent spot for a quick and healthy meal.

While parked in one of their parking spots getting an açaí bowl someone put this parking sticker on my car. Bowl was good enough but not worth that hassle. Won't be back.

Super cute place! Good size menu, kind of pricey. Beware of parking, I saw about 5 parking spots designated for this place in the garage but I'm not sure where you'd park once those fill up. Seating is good, a couple bar seats, 4 or 5 indoor tables for two people and a couple outside options. I got the matcha smoothie and it was great! Staff was friendly and quick(:

This was a really cute little place. My smoothie tasted yummy and the staff was friendly. The only con was paying $10 for such a small beverage. I'd revisit again but wish the cups were a tiny bit bigger for the price.

I tried the Buckhead's location back in December & liked the Smoothie (Burning Kale) that was brought to me while I was next door getting my nails done. I was in the Vining's area & saw the sign so I stopped in, there is so much more than just Smoothies. Organic Poke Bowls, Wraps, Toasts, Salads, Coffee/Tea, Shots - nonalcoholic of course & sweet bites. That's just the edible selections as you can get supplements & other nutritional products. For the Cleansing Gurus, they offer a program that you can personalize from one day up to seven days consuming their cold-pressed juices. They also offer raw foods, Hemp & Vegan Proteins. I got the Green Dream with added Ginger, hello I found my new go-to...even though substitutions are a hospitable accommodation here. This upscale superfood café that is immensely clean & with a small patio exudes everything green, healthiness & served with a wonderful dose of friendly customer service. *Open seven days a week, only Carry-Out & Delivery for now.

Great healthy options. A bit pricey compared to similar style restaurants in other cities, but I'll still return when I'm in town again.

This restaurant is in an interesting little corner. Although there is signage out front, it can be easily missed. The good thing is that there is ample parking in the attached garage. I have dined in (pre-pandemic), and ordered take out from this location on several occasions. I can say that they service is hit or miss. During my my recent visit it was ok. I ordered an iced matcha tea half Oder of the chicken pesto wrap and the smoked salmon salad. Everything was delicious. For a healthy dinning option, this spot is a good choice.

Excellent customer service!!! My go to spot for anything healthy. Turkey wrap and pesto chicken wrap are my favs. Great smoothies as well. If you're looking to take care of your health, stop by. Don't leave credit card tips. They don't go to the employees.

Arrived an hour before receiving one smoothie. Order change was remove banana, cashew and cherries. Replace with pineapple, berries and kale. Machine broke during making of smoothie. I was served smoothie with broken machine parts. Could have been catastrophic if I'd swallowed. Returned and waited on two additional shakes to be made because the second was made with no protein When I asked for remake and refund the employee paused as if I asked for stock in the company. Totally waiting to hear from management. Will update either way this time next week. Seemed slow to refund and NO APOLOGY WAS EVER GIVEN. Sadly disappointed that my health was regarded with little importance. I'm a good an nutrition expert and I will not detail what could have happened if I continued to drink and consume this product. I've had great experiences at Kale me Crazy both times I went so far. The service was satisfactory, and the store was cleanly designed and very welcoming. The mushroom latte was not too sweet and had subtle earthy tones that I loved. The turkey wrap, although seemingly plain and bland, was jam packed with flavor and quite filling. The worker kindly heated the wrap up at my request, and the warming up really elevated the wrap. Prices were moderate, but the food was worth it for the taste. Overall highly recommend!

The smoothie I got was really bad. I'm willing to pay pay for a good smoothie and this was not it. I watched the employee making it and the amount of ice that went in was exactly reflective of the taste --watery and tasteless. I honestly have never seen such a small amount of fruit put into the blender it was about a teaspoon of almond butter. I could not even finish it and threw it away. It's not the employee's fault. I'm guessing this is at the instruction of the owners.

I really wanted to like this place. It defiantly has a refreshing vibe. But the server took me by surprised when I asked to purchase the remainder of the smoothie leftover in the blender. It was a special order smoothie so she wouldn't be able to serve to anybody else. Literally the leftover is going to be thrown away in the garbage. Can you believe she was going to charge another $10 for the leftover smoothie? Seriously? I already paid for the smoothie. I wouldn't have mind give $3-5 extra but double? Bad business to say the least. I will pay extra for the cup and service but not for a smoothie I already paid for. I won't be back.

Know what you're getting. Smoothies are refreshing. If your OK with paying $10 for about a 20 oz smoothie that a was as good but smaller than most other smoothie place than I'd recommend. The bowls looked good. My smoothie was good. I don't think I'll go back only because I can find similar product cheaper.

With this specific location, they make their wraps skimpy and they consistently do not make their items like other locations. I'm a total fan of kale me krazy but not this one. Heaven forbid you ask for additional coconut shavings on your smoothie that wasn't filled to the top, or extra dressing on your dry kale salad! This location does not go the extra mile your lucky if your salad gets a fork with it!

Decent smoothies but overpriced and portions aren't big enough. I can do the same or better at home. This was me being lazy. Honestly they're friendly and have an app to order ahead. The fact that they even exist in the area is great. If you're trying to be healthy and all, this works. I was just underwhelmed and love Arden's Garden more.

Always good! Great healthy food options, my favorite is the açaí bowl. There also some delicious drink options including the matcha drink. This is my go to for a quick healthy meal!

I recommended this place all day every day. The food is tasty and I never have a heavy full feeling after I'm done. Full, but it's a light full and happy tummy. I love all the toast options, it's hard to have a favorite. Venture out and try the banana and hummus toast...so good! They did a great job with lunch boxes for a group lunch (20 people).

I am already a fan of Kale Me Crazy and am very excited to have one in Toco Hills (so close to home). It's located right next to Spiller Park Coffee. The inside is a bit more spacious than other locations I have been to. There is a decent amount of bar style seating, 4 table/booth seating and a little lounge-ish nook. The staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. I observed the staff calling regular customers by name as they walk in which is impressive considering they just opened. The menu consists of smoothies, juices, salads, wraps, and other healthy options. I enjoy the kale based smoothies. They're perfect for when I am on my way home from kickboxing. Nice addition to Toco Hills. They will be seeing more of me.

The food was delicious but the service was terrible the cashier did give her full attention. She was on her phone the whole time she was taking my order. Her name was Madison

My girlfriend and me have passed this Kale Me Crazy a bunch and didn't give it a try until today. We are loves of smoothies and want to try their out to see if it was as natural as they say it and it was. I tried the Super Matcha and it tasted great. The key factors which many them stand out from their competitors is they are clear about what goes in it each smoothie, the price, and you can watch them put only fresh ingredients in your smoothie. My girlfriend got a beet juice called the Beet-L-Juice and it was definitely all natural not added sugar I could tell from trying it myself it was all healthy. I definitely will be returning to try at least one of their other smoothies and maybe another one of the juices. Also I will return to try some of their food options too. I definitely recommend if you are in the North Druid Hills or Emory area and want to get a healthy drink and/or food check out this place out!

I was the only one in there during lunch hour. Paid $11 for a kale caeser with chicken and got no chicken. How did you mess that up? I regret tipping

I had a wonderful experience with the whole staff at this location in May. I ordered my boss' favorite smoothie, the Go Getter, and it was made swiftly and to perfection! Got some delicious Food Should Taste Good sweet potato chips as well. The service staff started off my morning with good vibes, great tunes (Lauryn Hill, duh), and Darlyne the owner helped me track down my receipt when I lost that, too. WILL be back!

There's no parking. I've tried to go to this location 3 times - 2 of the times it was vallet only but the deck was full so they turned people away. The other time the only spots in the deck available to non residents are labeled as vallet only. I love the buckhead location so it sucks that this one is so inaccessible

Continuously says on their website and by their staff that it closes at 8pm. They "update" their hours via staff preference and you will show up at 6 and it will be closed. Very simple to update your hours, please do so!

This location is awesome. Me and my children frequent here often. I love that it's always super clean and neat and it's pretty fast healthy food

I felt like this place was trying too hard. I felt the prices were too high given the quality of the food. The entree I had was sublime. The service wasn't that good and the waitress was unprofessional. I was not very pleased to find out that the experience. Might be back. Time will tell.

I am in love with this place!! Amazing healthy options anyone can enjoy. Tried their Recovery smoothie which had the perfect sweetness without any added sugar. They use fresh, organic ingredients to make all of their smoothies, foods, and cold-pressed juices. I bought few of their juices to drink after my workouts and they are refreshing AND delish! If you are looking for fresh healthy food that actually taste good, you need to check this place out!

My favorite location, friendly staff+fresh ingredients. My favorite smoothie is the recovery and always get the quinoa salad.

I had their deluxe açaí bowl and it was delicious! I have a peanut and tree nut allergy and they were very accommodating and knew the ingredients in the açaí bowl which was very helpful.

Oh man, even on the busiest days, the customer service is always amazing and I don't spend too long in the shop. Always fresh tasting.

Love the food. The chicken pesto wrap is my favorite. Gave it three stars because I watched the person who took my order take my payment with kitchen gloves on and then return to the kitchen with those gloves on. Ewww I used to work in the restaurant industry. There is nothing more annoying than to watch employees take short cuts like this and risk making someone sick.

I am a huge fan of Kale Me Crazy food. It's super healthy and delicious. Unfortunately this location has a bug problem. I received food with "nats" in it. I had a salmon toast and a salad and 2 bugs were in my container. I called and no manager was available to give feedback to and the employee on the phone was rude. Will take my orders to another KMC location in the future. Very disappointing as this one is closer to home.

Stopped by this place this evening & I really needed a healthy pick me up. I literally arrived just as they were closing. Luckily I had the pleasure of meeting John and he allowed me to purchase a deluxe açaí bowl. It was was really fresh and tasted delicious. Can't wait to go back & try other selections on the menu.

Went in for the first time, wanted to grab a smoothie and a shot. The manager seemed very....offputting. He was sarcastic in his answers and not very helpful for us. I was thrown off by his demeanor and won't likely return

Just went in for the first time tonight. John was very helpful and gave me advice about juicing and cleansing, then recommended the Beet L Juice. So good. I will be back for a smoothie and maybe an acai bowl soon. Highy recommend this place!

I used Kale Me Crazy for an office luncheon this week. The staff loved the food ,it was fresh and taste great, the gluten free wraps were a big plus with our team.Jon Price was very helpful with our food selection,the delivery was on time and complete. We will definitely use this location again. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great meal!

Today's choice was a disappointment. I ordered my usual tuna wrap. It was so wet, my wrap was a soggy mess when I went to eat it. Soaked all the way to the wrap. It only take two seconds more to drain the tuna.... Guess I'll have to check it before leaving next time. Dissatisfied with my $20 lunch
