This place was great! We had some standard things kerage, fried chicken skins, deep fried chicken skewers and it was the best we’ve had in Kyoto. Lots of choices on the menu. I’m not much of an adventure eater and ordered gratin chili tofu because I love chili and just wanted to try something new. Wow! This dish was good enough that I never need to eat meat again…ever! It was a special of the day and I had a second order. Really enjoyed our meal and we’ll definitely go back before we leave. Reasonable prices, good portions. English menu but doesn’t list everything available. Probably a good idea to book, relatively small place completely full at 7:00.
