Google
Wow this place is absolutely incredible!!! It is so affordable but the quality is amazing! I love how they used whole tuna for the spicy tuna roll rather than chopped up bits. The couple running the restaurant is also so sweet. If you are in the mood for sushi take out, definitely give this place a try!!

Google
The food here was good and reasonably priced. The chicken katsu in the bento box was really crispy and the sauce sweet and flavorful. Service was great and food came out fast. Definitely going to visit here again when in the area.

Google
This restaurant is run by a very sweet husband and wife duo. I was the only customer there around 9:30pm on a Tuesday night so it was just the 3 of us! This wasn’t the best sushi I ever had, but it was good and I did enjoy the intimate, quiet setting, also I appreciated their great service so I’d love to return some day and try more from their menu. I’d probably go for the beef bento box next time.

Google
I went here on the Valentine’s day. I was not happy with the slow service. We had to wait for 20 minutes, even though there were no one besides us. The deluxe sashimi we ordered was still ice cold. The rice was not soft like other places I have been to. This menu costed $45-50.

Google
This sushi spot is more of a take-out place than a dine-in restaurant, though they do have a few small tables if you want to eat there. The focus is definitely on the food, and they do it really well. The rolls are fresh, and nicely put together — easily better than what you’d expect from a casual take-out place. Prices are fair for the quality, making it a solid value. If you’re looking for a quick sushi fix without the full sit-down restaurant vibe, this is a great option.

Google
The best fish! Sushi rolls are amazing. 30 year veteran sushi chef. Have been coming here for years and also at his previous location. Wonderful service from this husband and wife team. Highly recommend!

Google
We got takeout from here, it was ready quickly and it was delicious! The spicy maki trio tasted very fresh, and the yaki udon was yummy and comforting. Easily one of the best sushi/japanese places in the area. And the man running the restaurant was friendly. Next time we will dine in! It has a cozy vibe inside.

Google
Good spot for affordable sushi. Left feeling full and satisfied for a family of 4. Love that there is no extra hidden fees like most places now.

Yelp
We enjoyed our poke bowls here. Our orders wer made quickly and fish tasted delicious and fresh.

Yelp
Great food, and nice environment. I can't recommend this place enough when you need a nice, nourishing meal.

Nicholas K.

Yelp
The food was absolutely phenomenal. No joke, it was some of the best sushi I've had in years, and sushi is my favorite food. The older man working there was super nice, and let us play our own music when there was none playing in the restaurant. I really wish that everyone comes and tries this place because they deserve more business; absolutely wonderful food. I don't know what they did for their sushi spices/ soy sauce, but it was a total game changer. Highly recommend! P.S. the crispy salmon skin maki is a must-try

Yelp
Ordered delivery through uber eats the prep and delivery was pretty quick and they had great ratings on uber eats. However, slightly regret not checking yelp first. Got the spicy chicken bento box. Seemed like a good deal but the chicken was 90% fat and an unsavory texture. The flavor of the sauce was great but sadly it was just downhill from there. The rice was a bit stale. The California roll was again okay nothing major but then again it's a California roll. Probably won't order from here again unfortunately.

Yelp
Amazing fresh fish. We come for high quality sushi, sashimi, and simple rolls. The owner, Long, and his wife serve everything so lovingly. The salmon belly sushi was SO GOOD! You have to try his spider roll- perfection! We used to visit Asahi in Brighton many years ago and grew fond of our tradition to get fresh fish and tightly rolled maki from Long whenever we came up from NJ. Now we look forward to visiting this location!

Yelp
Sushi was OUT OF THIS WORLD, service was awesome and we had a conversation with the chef. 5 stars, hope this place gets more recognition

Yelp
Kamiza was a nice find. It's clean, friendly, and inviting, as are the staff members we met. We bought a Groupon earlier in the week and were very pleasantly surprised as to how late Kamiza is open (11PM on weekdays, and 2AM on weekends). It made our later-night sojourn even better to know that on a weekend, they'd be open even later. There were about ten tables and also the sushi bar. My favorite feature was the HUGE maneki neko beckoning cat, although the wall art panels were beautiful, too. We ordered regular and lobster miso soup. The lobster miso was a really good call because it really pops! There was egg white in it, in a solid piece, and it was very good. This soup has chili of some kind in it, so it has heat to it. There were real lobster pieces as well as imitation shellfish (imitation crabmeat?) in the soup, and it worked very well. The regular miso is mild and gentle in taste. It could stand to be saltier. This restaurant is one of the few places where you can get straight-up pineapple juice right on the menu. This makes me very happy, as I love pineapple juice. We ordered sake nigiri (which they call king salmon, though I don't know the difference, or if there is one), a super dragon roll, a honey maki, and a garden maki. The salmon nigiri was soft and delicious, though the salmon was splitting apart all over at the natural lines. Super dragon is shrimp tempura and cucumber inside seaweed and rice maki with avocado and eel on top; this roll came with a cold sauce on it, which I thought would have been nicer if it was warm. The garden maki was the hit of the sushi party, made of sweet potato tempura, cream cheese, and avocado, topped with a savory sauce. The honey maki was another lovely vegetarian roll, made of papaya, cream cheese, avocado, and apple. The cream cheese in these rolls just worked so well with the other ingredients. We will definitely be back to Kamiza. It is a solid, mid-range, local sushi restaurant with very cheerful staff. They've got a lot of specials (coupons and specials include 15% off of an online order, or $6 off of $30 dine-in, or free maki with any takeout/delivery purchase of $25), and they have lunch specials and a great number of specialty rolls, so I'm sure there's plenty for me to choose from in the future.

Yelp
I think it's important to note that the restaurant recently changed hands, probably around November 2019. The new owners are the husband-and-wife team who used to own Asahi out in Brighton. Apparently, this place was formerly run by that guy's brother. Don't know where the brother is, but I nearly about cried when I saw that Asahi closed, and I was relieved to hear they had actually just moved a little closer to the city. The sushi is fresh. The price is very good, and they have everything from sashimi to the fancier rolls, with the new addition of more hot plates like katsu and udon. Only caveat is that it can get chilly in there. Bring a coat!

Yelp
I've gone here a number of times over the years for both take-out and dine-in. If you eat there, the atmosphere is quiet, and it's clean with a good amount of space between tables so you're not right on top of any other customers. For the area, the prices are pretty low for sushi. The quality of sushi is fine, but it's certainly far from the best I've had, but it's good enough. I have also ordered some bento combination boxes and was a little disappointed at how dry my side of rice was, but the main feature tastes good. You shouldn't expect a lot of tofu in your miso soup either, but the broth is fine. All in all, a decent meal at a good price. It's also a nice place to dine-in if you want a quiet night out. The owners are also quite friendly, which adds to the overall experience.

Yelp
Gross! Maybe it was the timing (1 hour before closing) but my Spider Roll was absolutely disgusting and warm and smelly. Also was 4 small pieces. The Color Mountain Maki was also warm and the rice mushy with only orange Tobiko and not as described. Needless to say, won't be where I order next time I want sushi.

Matthew B.

Yelp
Great service and the quality/prices can't be beat. Always greeted with a smile. We've been ordering from them since they were in Brighton center -- this is one of those places that fits every criteria for a go-to sushi spot. I suggest asking for a spicy scallop or tuna handroll. The best!

Yelp
NOTICE!!!! ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE FROM YEARS AGO!!!!!! We found this place only last year, but I have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say! The fish is fresh as all get-out and the prices are what you'd expect. Plus the husband/wife that work there are SOOOO FRIENDLY! Not sure why all these reviews say the food was bad. We've had at least 10 different rolls and they're all delicious. Their "seafood wonton" aka crab rangoon is light and crispy with delicious sauce. My favorite is the Super California maki. Perfectly deep fried and always on point. We go here maybe every three weeks or so and they remember us and are always so appreciative. GO GO GO GO!

Yelp
SAVE YOUR MONEY, please. This place is way overpriced and the delivery service is terrible. I live 15 minutes away, it took them nearly 2 hours to get here. When the guy finally called me and said he was outside, I stood outside for 45 MINUTES with no sign of him. The restaurant then called me to ask why I wasn't outside and that he couldn't find me. Mind you it was freezing cold and I was standing SMACK in front of the building, there was no way to miss me. The guy wasn't even on the right side of town! When my food finally got here it was stone cold and disgustingly greasy, my stomach still feels ill from eating it. THE SHRIMP WAS OFF, let me tell you that. 14 dollars for a possibly deadly, grease laden shrimp roll? Yeah, no thank you. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

Yelp
Kamiza came upon groupon when I was perusing some good eats to try out with my man. I had sent it to him and the groupon was bought. We had called and made reservation as it stated on groupon and arrived at 9:30 on a Sat night. Thinking it was going to by slightly busy, it was pretty much us two and had been waited on hand and foot, in a good way. It was a little hole in the wall shop with a simple decor and friendly staff that were ready to answer any questions. As my fella and I are regular sushi eaters, we were excited to try some new things along with some old time favs such as the Red Sox Maki, which had a good kick of spice and was very delicious. As a fellow Yelper, Austin J. A. wrote "The garden maki was the hit of the sushi party, made of sweet potato tempura, cream cheese, and avocado, topped with a savory sauce. The cream cheese in these rolls just worked so well with the other ingredients." It was a clear favorite between my date and I. We also ordered the B-52 and that was a warm sushi that was pleasing to the taste buds. Now the Lobster miso soup, after hearing raves from Yelp, we had to try it. Such a nice kick to the soup and egg whites. A big bowl for two was perfect for my guy and I. Lobster meat and some crab meat floating in there, give it a stir just to get it all flowing and mixed and you were ready to eat some delicious soup. Def pineapple juice made us both smile. :) I like that they are open for late night sushi cravings (Fri & Sat 2am!!! Sun 12 am to 10pm) Mon- Thurs 11:30 am-11pm. Delivery is available if order is min of $15 and its a 1.50 delivery charge. and www.696kamiza.com 15% off online order! Kamiza has a couple new fans! Grab some friends and go on and eat here when you get a chance. (Bring some extra cash in case you want more sushi.)

Yelp
so, I'm a sushi snob. Sushi is an artform. and when not made right...it's not good. The prices here are definately NOT worth what you are getting. They try to make it look good, trying is good. but dont bring me a plate with the edges half wiped and there are still specs of salmon roe from someone elses order...really?! i love spicy and i definately love siracha sauce, but not on my sushi! its way overpowering and essentially makes your mouth numb and you dont taste anything else. sadly, I wont recommend this place and I wont return. After I left, I didnt even feel like I ate sushi, hell, I went home and had a proper meal. for the money we paid, I should have been satified. i wasnt even close. not really sure how this place is still around. also, this place is tiny and they have one waitress...customer service and food experience...all time low.
google avatar

Jake C.

Yelp
Astonishingly mediocre for the price. They are charging prices that you charge for quality sushi. This is warm, mediocre quality food for premium prices.

Grace M.

Yelp
I ordered the salmon and spicy tuna poke bowl and it arrived without any salmon or spicy tuna. Paying $13.95 for a bowl of rice and edamame is ridiculous. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that they gave me the correct order and then they hung up on me. When I called again, I was yelled at about how my delivery driver must have eaten the salmon, that I should not complain and eat the bowl as is, then they hung up once again. I called again and again and was sent to voicemail every time. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Aside from the poor and rude customer service, the food was unsatisfying, incomplete, and sloppily prepared.

Yelp
Went to Kamiza for the first time tonight after taking a menu from a bright young lady handing them out over the weekend. In Washington Square, it's only 200 yards or so from where I live, so the commute's not too bad. :) Atmosphere: clean, simple, tastefully decorated, comfortable. Service: friendly and attentive Food: huge selection of maki rolls and good sushi. Really liked the Red Sox roll as well as the Rainbow Tobiko roll. Sushi chef behind the counter was very friendly and gracious. Complimentary french vanilla ice cream for dessert was a nice treat too. It would be nice to have a beer here, of course, but I bet that's not the fault of the owners. It can be really tough for new restaurants to get a liquor license in Brookline. And hey, it's only their first week. Would expect Kamiza to only get better in coming weeks and months. Will be back for sure.
google avatar

Sunha K.

Yelp
On the one hand, I know that it is a HUGE risk ordering sushi for delivery. Please for the love of God don't do it! Not only does this place make awful sushi, it is also unhealthy. It gave me food poisoning. One the other hand, there are not that many places that deliver to you late at night. It is understandable that you might want Japanese food delivered to your door. As white as it sounds, I insist that you order the Chicken Teriyaki if you must order from this place because the sushi here is rancid.
google avatar

Cris L.

Yelp
It seems a bit hole-in-the-wall, but the sushi here is pretty solid. It is a family run business, which I prefer, even though the service is sorta slow. I took two picky eaters here and they both enjoyed their meal. This isn't Fugakyu, but it's also much cheaper. They do take out (not sure about delivery) or you can eat in. The speciality rolls are good, especially if you like non-traditional ingredients such as fruit. If you live in the Washington square area, give Kamimza a try. It's not high-end, but it is solid sushi for a reasonable price.
google avatar

Ryan D.

Yelp
Polite yes. Quality food. No. Maguro should be red not beige. Eel shouldn't crunch like it did. Even the ginger tasted.... Off. Should have considered somewhere else for midnight delivery sushi. Thanks a lot seamless.
google avatar

Jake W.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. The sushi here is not only delicious, but also affordable. Between the friendly staff, the great tasting food, and the hole-in-the-wall atmosphere, I found my new sushi place in the Boston area. Quality is much better than Genki Ya, or Fins in Kenmore. Quick T ride but they also deliver to many areas which is a plus. My favorite roll there is the super volcano maki. I don't know what they do to it but its honestly one of the best things I've ever tasted. Definitely a must try if you are searching for a new sushi place. You'll be pleasantly surprised for sure.
google avatar

Elizabeth S.

Yelp
I haven't quite made up my mind yet, so I'm going to start off with 3 stars. Star #1: thank the lord there is once again sushi in Washington Square. Star #2: specialty rolls are crazy, and often filled with papaya, sweet potato, lobster, cream cheese, apple, and various other eclectic combinations. Star #3: friendly hostess Missing star #4: sushi chef didn't look up... and where's my 90's playlist... at least there are still metal cats hanging around Missing star #5: the price isn't wrong, but it's less right than it could be I feel bad, as reviewer #2, of giving this place a 2.5 overall rating. It's really a full 3 stars. So give it a shot, and decide for yourself. Also, yes, there are typos galore on the menu, including their own phone number, but expert grammarians do not necessarily make the best sushi chefs, thus, "the point is moo, like a cow's opinion, it doesn't matter."
google avatar

Lilit K.

Yelp
Great shrimp and vegetable tempura, but a bit overpriced. Takeout service was quick and friendly.
google avatar

Elena J.

Yelp
Excellent neighborhood spot for very good sushi at great prices. They also have fantastic deals on bento boxes, poke bowls and sushi combos. The store front is very unassuming and often not busy, but don't overlook it! Although I have preferred sushi spots for when I want to sit down for a meal (and pay more money for slightly more elaborate, fancy sushi), this is hands-down my go-to for delicious, week night sushi take out. The people are also lovely and the food is prepared within minutes.
google avatar

Melissa P.

Yelp
Don't be deceived by the small appearance, Kamiza is a wonderful sushi place that allows you to bring in wine or sake and they will even heat it up for you free of cost. They are very accommodating and friendly. The sushi was fresh and had many new rolls that I've never even heard of. My favorite being honey maki, which was just sweet enough to cleanse the palate after eating a bunch of savory sushi rolls.
google avatar

William D.

Yelp
Just a run-of-the-mill sushi joint. Only cool thing is the dry erase marker you get to circle your sushi selection. I came here for a mid-week lunch around 2pm and the place was absolutely dead. It's off the street a little next to a couple other dingy places. Sushi and miso soup was just OK. Service was pleasant. Floors were very worn/dirty. I don't think I'll come back. U-Sushi down the street is much better.
google avatar

Jess K.

Yelp
I've been to nearly half of the sushi places in Brookline, so my review is a bit biased because there are some pretty stellar places in comparison. I went here with a living social groupon something deal, so it was worth that, but really, it wasn't anything to write home about. The rolls were decent, the spicy tuna was good, and the miso soup was pretty grand. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The wait staff was awesome, though, and I liked how helpful everyone was.

Brenda M.

Yelp
Please notice that the owner has already CHANGED since last year. It is now running by the ASAHI SUSHI couple from Brighton. All the bad reviews are from years ago, and I strongly recommend you try this place if you never did, and come back if you are old customer of ASAHI. Familiar smile from the chef, great sushi all the time.
google avatar

Allison R.

Yelp
With a laminated menu and dry erase markers provided to circle each item you'd like, Kamiza begs the question: how much sushi is too much sushi? I exercised a slight amount of self control and ordered 6 rolls instead of 7 last friday when I was starving and joined some friends here since they had a Groupon. The restaurant is a no-frills (though they do offer lemon water to drink) establishment open until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays in Washington Square. The sushi was reasonably priced and tasty. Not bad, but not great either. And, 6 rolls was a bit ambitious so I had leftovers for later.
google avatar

Raymond W.

Yelp
I think that I'm relatively easy to please when it comes to sushi as long that it's not ridiculously overpriced or the fish isn't fresh. If you can meet those standards with sushi, I'm game if I'm nearby. I wanted to check out Washington Square since I've gone past it a few times down the C line to Eagle's deli and liked the options I saw. You have your big bars with appealing food offerings in Washington Square Tavern and Publick House. Romantic Date spot in Fireplace, bakery in Athan's and cozy sushi stop in Kamiza. Not including the loud obnoxious party of screaming 20 something females, I enjoyed my meal. The staff was friendly and check in often to make sure I had everything I needed and made conversations. I could tell they were looking to get to know more of their neighbors. The maki rolls I got were generous portions and fish tasted fresh despite coming from pre sliced containers. (You can see it right at the bar). Probably helps in keeping the prices down, but not going to be pleasing to the sushi purists. Overall a decent option if you're living in the area, but if not, you'll find more convenient options all around Boston/Cambridge/Brookline.
google avatar

Owen C.

Yelp
The young lady who was our server, was extremely polite and very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, because the sushi rolls we had were not the best, but that could have been my selection. I will definitely be going back for more...
google avatar

Sara M.

Yelp
**BYOB** Lucky for you, there is a liquor store right up the street and if you go alllll the way in the back, you can get singles of Sapporo for a few bucks and enjoy them at your table The dry erase markers are fun, but the selection seemed limited compared to other places. A highlight was the B52, a deep fried roll. We had a decent time and the price was right. Service is a little on the slow end, but family run and everyone was very friendly.

Bernie K.

Yelp
I was craving sushi on a rainy day so I ordered takeout from Kamiza. The sushi quality is pretty low, and I wouldn't recommend this place for sushi. I got a california maki roll, spicy tuna roll, salmon roll, and unagi roll. Even though I should of known better, I got two saba nigiri pieces as well. First of all, the rice was way too sweet and acidic. The rice had way too much vinegar and was also too mushy. All I could taste in my salmon roll was vinegar - pretty disappointing. The rest of the rolls had the same overpowering vinegar taste, but otherwise tasted close-enough to how they should taste. The cucumber slices were mushy and limp rather than crispy as fresh cucumbers should be. The colors on the fish were overall pretty gray.. wish would indicate that they are not as fresh as could be. The saba nigiri.. was kind of a mistake. The color was grey-brown instead of more off-white. It was clearly not as fresh as could be.. and its texture was pretty tough.. yeah... I wouldn't get the sushi here again. Maybe I'd try their hot food, but not their sushi. It's pretty apparent that they are not using fresh ingredients or the ingredients have been sitting around for a long time. I wouldn't say that this place is inedible... but if you don't think that you have a relatively strong stomach, there might be a small risk of an upset stomach
google avatar

Michael W.

Yelp
Love this place. Super cheap and quick. Food is what you pay for, but you're not going to beat 4 dollar rolls. I always go for the spicy mayo, it's lovely.
google avatar

A H.

Yelp
I feel bad saying this because the owner was so nice, but honestly the worst sushi I've ever had in my life. Should have recognized the red flag when I walked in on a Friday night and there was no one else there. Second red flag: sushi chef using a microwave while preparing our food. All of the sushi felt slightly warm. Was it microwaved? Miso soup was salty, scallion pancakes were greasy, tuna was chewy, and vegetables tasted stale. Nicest guy working there who I assumed to be the owner, but omg it was bad.
google avatar

Xy H.

Yelp
Just stopped by from work at 4pm where other restaurants were closed, had a redsox maki, surprisingly it's the best I have ever had all over Boston area! Must try it with spicy source and a cup of Japanese tea! People are very nice too!
google avatar

Alison G.

Yelp
This is my go-to spot for sushi! I've never had something that I didn't absolutely love. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. My favorite part of the experience is the owners! They always recognize us and are so friendly and welcoming every time we come in. Best rolls in my opinion are Spicy Crispy Maki and Kamiza Maki. Rolls are priced well too. Can't say enough good things about this place.

JW R.

Yelp
Do you wear if you are ordering takeout from this restaurant. Restaurant gets very busy and take out seems to be the lowest priority. I have had an order take an extra 50 minutes to be ready.
google avatar

Brookline G.

Yelp
We enjoyed a lovely meal thoughtfully prepared for us by the owner. I found the sushi to be fresh (ordered nigiri) and the maki rolls to be delicious. My husband ordered the bento box and was very happy with his meal. Sometimes sushi is a hard sell for him, but this time he exclaimed, "We should come back!" Quiet, simple and fairly priced- we will definitely return!

Yelp
I went earlier this week due to a GROUPON I had to use. I used to go when it was another owner. The space has been renovated and the server was nice. We were the only table on a quiet Monday night. The food was good. The service was attentive. We got the super white tuna, caterpillar, and a special maki which name escapes me. The sashimi (salmon) on a bed of greens was also ordered too. The AC was nice and the decorations nice and the pics of the GEISHA drawings were interesting. The plant obstructed my view to better see the board for the specials and they were not mentioned by the server. The salmon salad was good. The Salmon came out in slivers and the bed of greens was good topped with fish eggs (tobiko?). Then came the super white tuna which was fresh and had the tempera flakes that added a nice crunch. The caterpillar roll satisfied. The special roll was good with the mount of tempera flakes, spicy mayo covering up the maki was enjoyed by us. Overall an enjoyable experience.
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
Staff as always was pleasant. Compared to Minatos, no contest. The sushi was almost artificial. PLEASE BRING MINATOS BACK!!
google avatar

Anne F.

Yelp
The food was terrible! we ordered for delivery, and the maki had been made and put in the fridge so long ago that the wasabi was crusted and cracked, and the ginger dry and darkened around the edges. The fish didn't look fresh. The gyoza were fine. The sashimi white tuna tasted fishy, chewy and old - we couldn't eat it. The sashimi salmon was ok but not anywhere as good as other places in brookline, again it just tasted a little old. Hoping we don't get food poisoning. I won't eat there again.
google avatar

Particular P.

Yelp
Sushi done well is amazing. However, more so then any other food sushi done poorly is incredibly unappetizing to say the least. I was unfortunate enough to experience a piece of very fleshly sashimi salmon from near the tail of the salmon while at Kamiza. The experience was traumatic enough to completely taint my opinion and I will never go back.
google avatar

Sarah S.

Yelp
This is the type of place that deserves no stars because the food is terrible, delivery drivers are rude, and they have inadequate customer service. I decided to try them for delivery tonight. Let's see what went wrong: Firstly, they forgot the miso soup I ordered. When I called the restaurant they were unapologetic and plainly stated we'll take it off the bill, nothing else. Both of the rolls I received were made with old fish and one of them was completely uneatable. The delivery driver was also way rude. When he got to my apartment he complained about how far away I was from the restaurant, "5 miles!" he proclaimed. Please stop delivering here since you clearly don't want to be anyway.

Yelp
The food is terrible and the staff is worse! I ordered the shrimp tempura which actually only had 2 stale shrimp and the rest of it was soggy vegetables. The sushi was falling apart, it was flavorless and the fish had a strange smell and texture to it. The Katsu chicken tasted more so like a defrosted chicken nugget, and the miso soup that came with it had no seaweed in it and the tofu could have fit upon the face of a quarter. I called the management for some sort of explanation and they swore that everything was fresh and didn't think it important enough to refund/discount my awful meal.

Yelp
This is a great neighborhood place and very kid friendly. No, it is not Ken Oringer or o-Ya sushi but if you are coming with kids it is perfect and not pricey. We get take out during hockey season every Wed after math class for my 11 year old to eat in car on way to hockey. (Yes were overbooked) he loves the sushi and we love that the owners remember us. If u want better, more affordable take out options for kids, this is the place.

Yelp
Solid sushi. Great prices. Lots of choices. Open late. Delivery available. I don't really understand why everyone has been giving this place bad reviews. I have never had a problem with the quality of sushi from Kamiza. If you're ordering sushi at 2am, you should probably understand that it's not going to be the freshest sushi out there, at any restaurant. But at least they're open late and willing to deliver sushi to you. Since there aren't many places open for 2am sushi delivery, I feel like people giving this place bad reviews are just unfairly comparing 2am delivery sushi to the kind of sushi you would get at normal meal hours if you walked in to a restaurant. Also, the people who work at Kamiza are so kind, accommodating, and committed to their customers that I felt obligated to share my positive experiences with the restaurant. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to this time because I almost didn't give Kamiza a shot due to its bad reviews. Super Fusion (which is two doors down) has much better reviews, but I don't think it's justified. Super Fusion is good, but so is Kamiza. Give Kamiza a shot! PS: People who are saying they got food poisoning from here, that is a huge accusation. I hope that didn't happen to you, but I also really hope you are lying about it or exaggerating. Ever thought that maybe you got a stomachache because you're eating pounds of sushi at 2am?

Yelp
Nonono!!! Definitely don't come to this place. The food is awful and way over priced. I wasn't even comfortable staying here for a while.
