This place is renowned for its roast meats. Their combination is a great deal, and you can buy different roasts together. The regular BBQ pork is delicious and less fatty, while the Toro BBQ pork is equally tasty but with more fat. The roast pork is also great for those who prefer a crunchier, fattier pork. However, they don’t offer the best part of the chicken for the combination, even though the chicken is tasty.
The roast duck is good with crispy skin, one of the favorites. One of the besr side dish definitely need to try is the marinated black fungus with vinegar, refreshing for appetizer.
They do have a nice chili to go along with it, but no other chili is served here. The service is choppy, with some good but most uncles not being very customer-oriented when answering customer request. They should be trained better to talk to customers, and if not, maybe other higher-ranking staff should handle customer interactions while others just serve.
Despite this minor service flaw, they master the roast and serve very delicious roast meats. The rice and noodle set seems limited to certain hours, which is a shame because they offer better value. It’s a great place to enjoy roast dinner in Jewel. There’s definitely room for improvement in the customer service department.
