Gone to this restaurant alot. Food is always excellent, service at the tables are always good. One time we decided to sit at the bar, got waited once and never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted to order dinner.

This is one of my personal favorites going back over 10 years. It’s a great place that COVID changed for the positive ! Post COVID 5% sales take out - now 50% ! And this place has it all Table Top Cooking, Great Bar, traditional sitting and tables and great outside patio. I am not going to go deep in the menu except to say I have not had any thing that was not great here … The stand out for me The desert peppermint ice cream: Today I can say the only thing better than one scoop is TWO and better than that is Three and … well I put on the breaks at Three but honestly I ate 90% of Rebecca’s ! So I say 3 Plus is the right amount !🤣😙😋

Disappointing Experience at Kan Pai – Never Again I rarely leave reviews, but our recent visit to Kan Pai was frustrating enough to warrant one. We came in as a party of eight , hoping for a fun night out—but what we got instead was two hours of excuses, chaos, and forgettable food. Service was terrible. Our waiter was overwhelmed from the start, and despite the number of food runners flying around, they were auctioning off dishes like they had no idea where anything was going. Some of our appetizers, soups, and salads never arrived at all. When we brought it up, we were met with flimsy excuses instead of solutions. When our food finally came—two hours later—it wasn’t worth the wait. Bland and uninspired, the dishes were utterly forgettable. The atmosphere did nothing to help; the place felt overcrowded, disorganized, and honestly, a bit dirty. To add insult to injury, our server automatically applied a 19% gratuity—on what, exactly? Poor service and missing food? Kan Pai seems more interested in packing in crowds than actually serving them. It was a chaotic, disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Meh. The food is expensive so I would expect better service and food portions. Over $150 for 2 adults and 2 kids the food was mediocre. The waiter forgot to bring food we ordered, but at least they didn't charge us. They confused who ordered rare/medium rare so the wrong dishes got the wrong food. The service was poor as they couldn't even bother to clean up dishes after passing by twice. They stacked our plates and napkins in front of us and then walked away saying "I'll be serving you" while implying that we'll actually just be serving ourselves. What made it worse was not just the mistakes but the fact that I noted to the waiter that some of the food (not all) tasted poor and that they messed up the order. After hearing me calmy explain this they completed brushed it aside. I believe the young adults that are working here aren't trained to be effective waiters and definitely aren't trained to handle their mistakes. I won't be returning and I won't be recommending it.

Food was ok, most of it came out cold anyway. We reserved for a party of 18 people and weren’t even sat around a hibachi grill nor were told we weren’t going to either. There was hardly any service and to be tipped a 19% gratuity for not even a show nor the service. Would definitely not recommend. Stop by for a drink maybe because our drinks glasses reaped of wet sponge, but don’t stay for the food.

Great spot was my first time there. Like that they focus more on the quality of the food ever showmanship. It's still a fun dinner but the quality is top notch

Overall quite good but our appetizers came out well after our hibachi service started. The chef was very adept at the tricks but mixed our filet meat with others that ordered other cheaper cuts of meat so we didn't really get what we ordered.
