As a regular customer of this site, I was very happy to participate in the survey and receive a complimentary chicken karaage. I am also delighted to see the menu expanding, especially with the addition of sukiyaki, which I enjoyed very much.
That said, I would like to humbly offer some feedback regarding the service. While today’s experience was excellent ,with clear explanations for the sukiyaki and warm, attentive service; there have been previous occasions where the service felt quite inconsistent. I had initially assumed the person in charge was the owner, but later learned she is the manager. Unfortunately, her manner on some visits came across as somewhat distant, and regrettably, her attitude on several occasions has felt somewhat dismissive.
About two weeks ago, my friends and I waited at the entrance for quite some time to be seated. Although the manager clearly noticed us, we did not receive any acknowledgment. My friend became so frustrated that she decided to leave, and naturally, I had to follow her. I had promised her that I would share feedback regarding that experience, but I had forgotten until we visited again- so here it is!
I sincerely hope the restaurant can take these comments into consideration, as the food truly has great potential!
