Great food, solid choice. Went for a Sunday lunch with friends and it was a pleasant experience, with the food quality standing out. The donburi set was a great deal, and the tonkotsu ramen had a rich, creamy broth that was really good. The overall atmosphere has a comforting, standard Asian vibe that feels authentic and inviting. The only minor issue was that the dishes did not arrive together, and the floor staff seemed a little understaffed, which affected the service coordination. However, the excellent quality of the broth and noodles makes this a fantastic ramen spot worth visiting. Recommended 👍🏼.

The place is quite easy to miss, tucked away among a few newly built residential blocks. There were a few empty tables, but they hadn’t been cleared yet. The staff told us we’d need to wait about 15–20 minutes — I think there was only one person on the floor, which didn’t seem very reasonable. Still, I’d been looking for the place for ages and was pretty hungry, so we decided to wait. Luckily, the tonkotsu noodles were delicious, but the yakitori was far too salty and overpriced, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is the 1st time I had ramen as a delivery service. I had the standard Tonkotsu Ramen with extra noodles and an egg. The soup came in a separate container, so did all the toppings and the extra noodles So I mixed it all and the ramen was not soggy. However, the delivery person made another stop for a different delivery on the way and that meant that my order took a long time and the food was lukewarm. So not ideal and 3-4 star because of that.

As a regular customer of this site, I was very happy to participate in the survey and receive a complimentary chicken karaage. I am also delighted to see the menu expanding, especially with the addition of sukiyaki, which I enjoyed very much. That said, I would like to humbly offer some feedback regarding the service. While today’s experience was excellent ,with clear explanations for the sukiyaki and warm, attentive service; there have been previous occasions where the service felt quite inconsistent. I had initially assumed the person in charge was the owner, but later learned she is the manager. Unfortunately, her manner on some visits came across as somewhat distant, and regrettably, her attitude on several occasions has felt somewhat dismissive. About two weeks ago, my friends and I waited at the entrance for quite some time to be seated. Although the manager clearly noticed us, we did not receive any acknowledgment. My friend became so frustrated that she decided to leave, and naturally, I had to follow her. I had promised her that I would share feedback regarding that experience, but I had forgotten until we visited again- so here it is! I sincerely hope the restaurant can take these comments into consideration, as the food truly has great potential!

My 1st time here, we were very welcomed by a nice girl who treated us really well. Service was quick, and the food was really tasty, a proper taste of Japanese food. The desert, I will definitely choose again 1000crepe Ruby. The tea was nice, too. The restaurant was clean and tidy, I will definitely come back again. Congratulations to all the team.

Visited Kanada-Ya in Ealing Broadway today, and it was a great experience! The service was quick, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. If you're looking for authentic Japanese ramen, I’d definitely recommend this spot. We tried the Chashu Don and Abura Soba Pork Belly, both were delicious. For dessert, we had Mochi Ice Cream. Floor staff Louis and Olivia were amazing. No service charge, which is a nice touch tho i left a £2 tip to show my appreciation. Will be back for sure.

Food was great. Ramen was up to standard. Would definitely come again. But the staff was trying their best its was just too busy for them at 2pm Sunday afternoon. Almost full. I'd like the music to be a bit lower so people can chat easier. It's not a pub.

You know, it’s so important to get the little things right. Firstly, the service while efficient, isn’t particularly friendly. It wasn’t busy. The (seemingly hard-pressed and) unsmiling waitress was rather matter of fact and seemed dismissive. Then the ramen portion was far too small given the price (£16) AND the broth was more tepid than hot. Also, the chasu was dry, like it had been sitting there for a while (see pic). A real shame as I’ve been to another Kanada-Ya in central London and thought that one was much better.
