So high price with such bad experience. Eel rice with rare eel inside, and took 40 mins to open it. Crab meat is the worst! So bad taste and would never wanna eat it again! Not fresh and delicious at all! Ordered soft drink but every time came lately. At the end we paid the bill, there’s no thank you service even with such high price. Didn’t see any Japanese manner and good quality. Please don’t come!

Food: we chose the snow crab 2L buffet... Cost 9.8k yen now. Crab, very salty. I think I do not like Snow Crab. I think I am too used to Sri Lankan Crab, SG Chilli style. Other cooked food were just average or below average in taste compare to other food I had in Japan. Definitely not worth 9.8k yen. Probably worth only 3.6k yen in my opinion. Restaurant: I think smelled weird and stuffy. Not exactly clean. The online ordering app was laggy and not responsive. Online ordering UI was not exactly user friendly. Food delivery speed was ok but I do not think all the food I ordered arrive. Of all the things we ordered, sadly we only enjoyed the fried oyster. Atmosphere: when the waiter spoke to us in Japanese, we told him we can only speak English. He gave a frustrated look. He then corrected himself when I gave him to a nonchalant, arrogant look in return. I think he realized his mistake. Good that he caught what he did. Overall: I think this restaurant is overhyped by influencers. Not worth spending so much money and time here.

Overall: Will not recommend and will not come back 1. The first serve of crab was excellent and warm, then the next one was cold and tasteless. 2. The food menu was limited, you could only choose few items like sushi, fries and rice. 3. You must order rice once you sit down as it takes 35 mins to steam 4. Time flies and you won't enjoy much the food 5. For experience is OK but for quality I wont consider

We had Red Snow crab buffet with one drink included. 80 minutes of fun and enjoyable among friends. The crab was fresh.

This is an experience that should try once. After having 5 crabs in one hour , feel enough is enough. Snow crabs are fresh. Don’t order sushi which is not recommended. They are using QR code to order but the website is extremely slow. End up we went to the counter and place our order. However staffs are friendly enough and helpful.

Orders were served rightaway, the portion was generous. Besides crab, miso crab cake , crab dumplings and Kamameshi were great options too! 😋

I absolutely love just sitting down in a box and eat crabs for one and a half hours. The meat is fresh, the experience was great, and English is available. There's something magical about ripping apart your 6th snow crab leg and eating it like a barbarian while watching your drunk sister type down a Google review. Will come again when I'm rich.
