"Flouting “California style sushi,” Metairie’s Kanno proffers the usual, along with an entire section of skinny rolls sans rice and soy paper. Available in half and full roll portions, these pared-down rolls include the likes of the Elvis roll (named for the chef), made with salmon, avocado, and both snow and blue crab, and the protein roll, with spicy tuna, snow crab, avocado and salmon. A hefty sake menu includes sparkling sake, though it’s not always featured." - Beth D'Addono, Clair Lorell

Google
Out of towner looking for some amazing came via recommendation and it did not disappoint. Some of the best sushi I’ve had. Service was top notch, including recommendations. Will be back the next time we are In town.

Google
So technically wasn't aiming to come here, but my navigator got confused(again). This is the second time I've ended up at a sushi restaurant that was not where we originally agreed upon. As long as it's good I'm always down for sushi though. They are more of a modern style sushi, with mostly specialty rolls to fit every appetite. I like how you can get half orders of some of their specialty rolls which we took advantage of. I know there was a kush and a bobby roll, a Ryan roll(?) and can't remember the last one, plus seaweed salad and salmon skin roll. Everything was excellent, especially the kush and bobby rolls. I can't believe I somehow ended up with mostly soy wrap rolls but I did. Even being a traditionalist to the point of snobbish, I was really wowed by these. My salmon skin was excellent too. The Sapporo was ice cold, almost slushy. So good on a secretly hot day in October. BUT being the sushi snob that I am, I have to admonish them for no mackerel. If you can't feed my saba addiction, you won't get my undying love and admiration.

Google
First time walking in and out wasn't packed. I love to sit at the sushi bar. The cure of meat on the sushi was nice and generous. The tuna Toro melts in your mouth. The rolls were amazing 10/10 the food here never disappoints. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The atmosphere is great the smaller the place the better the food.

Google
Literally the most delicious sushi I have ever had! Super fresh and tasty. Service was great and they have the best complimentary dessert. 11/10

Google
A very warm welcome here as my friend eats here regularly....and food wise I can see why. Nice big glass of chilled water straight away and then happy and attentive service. The sushi was great in all the forms it came. The fresh wasabi is a must! Also had some of the teriaki action going on which was delicious. The kobe beef was well worth the bite too! This place is well worth a trip and has all the hallmarks of a well-run restaurant.

Came here for lunch and had a great experience! The food is fresh and delicious and the service is great. It was very quick (we were in and out in about 30 minutes) for a lunch break. I had a Philly roll and the beef gyoza and both were so good. I will definitely be back for dinner!

Google
Over sauced and sweet sushi. Lacks balance of flavors. I'm familiar with the "California" style sushi. The food here is just way overly sauced. Everything was sweet. I couldn't even dip the sushi in soy sauce for fear of making it even saltier. The building is pretty run down. A handful of parking spots. It has a loyal following, but truthfully, you can find much better sushi less than 5 minutes away

Google
Without question my favorite sushi place in the greater Nola area. So so fresh, small space but great knowledgeable staff who aren't afraid to make recommendations. The salads are unique and delicious... I'm currently over the moon with the albacore kimchi salad.. It's delicious. Sashimi deluxe is great value and variety of fish.. All buttery and melt in your mouth good. Kanno is one reason to go to Metry.

Yelp
After hearing glowing reports from friends and coworkers about Kanno, I just had to try it myself! It's located near Veterans Blvd on a side street, so despite the restaurant itself having a tight parking lot, there are plenty of other areas nearby to park. The inside is cozy with both small and large tables/booths, as well as a sushi bar you can sit at. The sushi itself, especially their special rolls, are divine! They have a great selection of nigiri, sashimi, rolls, etc, and I can't wait to try more! I ordered the sashimi appetizer which came with a great array of selections: it's perfect for anyone who doesn't know what exactly to choose and wants to try a bit of everything! I also ordered a few special rolls, and each was delicious! During my visit, I ended up sitting at the bar, and making small talk with the chef was wonderful as well. Plus the service was great and I was able to get my rolls straight from the chef's hands! When I was done, they brought out an in-house made chocolate dessert. I have no idea what it was, but I could've eaten a whole tray of them! It was cold and chocolate-y, similar to a truffle or mousse. Kanno was definitely worth the visit, and it's the perfect place for a nice date and good food. I'll certainly be back to try more!

Yelp
I came here and had a terrible experience. We ordered the deep fried calamari appetizer and when it came out and when we tasted it, it was awful. It was super rubbery and burnt tasting. So I asked the waitress if we could get something else or replace it. She came back to our table to tell us the manager refused. So we asked to speak to the manager. When she got to the table she was very rude. She said she wouldn't replace or refund our order but would give me a $4 discount. She also said she tasted a piece and it was fine. When I told her $4 off a $15 item we weren't going to eat was not going to suffice, she became indignant! I told her she had two choices, one to call the police or two call the owners of the store in Japan. She agreed then to take the calamari off of the bill. Out of the 5 rolls, 4 were good and the sashimi was tasty. But I couldn't come back. There is tastier sushi with better customer service elsewhere. 4/10 would not recommend.

Yelp
Found this place from yelp! Had to check it out for myself. When we first walked in we were greeted right away and seated immediately. The service was impeccable and fast. We ordered a bunch of items based on pictures. The Ricky roll, tiki roll, energy roll, baked mussels, sashimi, and hand roll. Everything was amazing, sooooo fresh, and high quality! The sashimi melted in my mouth like warm chocolate. This by far is the best sushi restaurant in the surrounding cities!!! PleAse just go!

Patricia R.

Yelp
Kanno is conveniently located in Fat City near Lakeside Shopping Center, and there was adequate parking the night I visited. I was warmly welcomed, seated, and provided three menus right away. Two of the menus contained their current specials. I had a protein roll and an order of gyoza. They were both good. When our server brought the check we were given a little container of chocolates for dessert. They were delicious!

Anna F.

Yelp
Oh YEAH! Now that's some sashimi! I now know my go-to order will be a sashimi appetizer and side sushi rice as my dinner. And if I'm not alone I'll split the tofu avocado appetizer. It's literally just chopped up silky tofu and avocado in sauce but like...what more do you need? All my sashimi was perfectly fresh and the portions were generous and filling. Warm fresh rice too. My friend's roll (i think caterpillar?) was way way oversauced. It was falling apart from being so wet. Apparently this is a common issue here that I hope they remedy. However they took it off the bill with no issue. Now I know!

Ada M.

Yelp
OMGGGG some of the best sushi I've had in the city. None of the rolls had rice which I literally didn't even realize until they were completely gone. So fresh. We had to wait a bit because they don't take reservations but so worth it. Just keep that in mind because it's a small restaurant so not a lot of tables. We will be back!!!!

Youngone K.

Yelp
The sunflower roll and Ryan roll? I think it's called never fail. They always deliver great flavor, texture with the pickled onions, and lovely quality fish. The chefs are efficient, servers are attentive and accessible, and the experience is always outright lovely, especially with the chocolates given at the end of a dine in meal to my infinite delight. They are delicious and can even be purchased on their own! It's a small place so may get loud and can get busy on the weekend so call for a reservation or arrive early on their open weekdays. It's definitely a longtime favorite hole in the wall.

Nicole S.

Yelp
My favorite sushi restaurant... been going to see Elvis since he first opened. Friendliest staff. Service is always great. The best, most delicious and creative house special rolls. I always get the same rolls though because they're AMAZING! The W roll is my favorite because I love spicy tuna and the flavor is epic with a surprise crunch of julienne apple! I've never had a bad meal in over 20+ years of going there. And you'll love your complimentary chocolate pudding bites at the end, that's the truth! ENJOY!

Sue M.

Yelp
Sushi is always fresh at Kanno. You will find the most eclectic rolls here. Be sure to look at their hours before you go. When you dine in, there's a special treat at the end of your meal. I won't divulge the details. Go and enjoy!

Alejandro S.

Yelp
This place was small but packed a big punch! It was a great dinner setting for my wife and I's 6 month anniversary. The food was out so quickly with great service. Once the sushi made it to the table it was too hard not to eat. Each dish looked so delicious and matched the taste with how good it looked. What isn't pictured is the Ryan Roll which was probably our favorite of the 3 we got. Only change I would've made was I would've gotten the spicy rainbow instead of the regular but that was our mistake. Like I said, great, speedy service, nice atmosphere, and delicious food to top it off! I loved the small surprise at the end too!

Charlé W.

Yelp
Hesistant to review Kanno because this secret has been well kept for years. I have 4 words for you: Get. The. Hand. Roll. Now here are a few more words, the owner is an alum of west coast sushi restaurants. I can taste this in everything I've eaten here. I love their tataki and I order the Asian Salad every time I come through. The service is great. Kanno is an excellent date spot because it's a small space, with small tables. Impress them with your knowledge of sushi beyond Orleans Parish.

Kathryn E.

Yelp
The best sushi restaurant in Nola. I've been coming here for years and the sushi quality has always been top tier. The restaurant is small but the wait is 100% worth it. The staff are always kind and attentive. The best rolls by far are the Elvis, Tommy, and Godzilla rolls. The best part is the fudge they give to everyone at the end of the meal. My go to sushi spot!

Michael H.

Yelp
Best sushi in New Orleans? Maybe, just maybe. Dig this little spot when craving sushi while hanging out in Metairie with my parents.

John N.

Yelp
Favorite sushi restaurant in Metarie. The Ryan roll and Tiki roll are always a must every time we go. But my absolute favorite is the complimentary chocolate at the end of the meal!

Benjamin O.

Yelp
My wife and I had $48 left on a gift certificate from last years Christmas gift. The manager would not honor the coupon as it was three days expired. The smirk on her face was what really upset me and when I asked to speak to the owner she smiled and said he was in Japan. These are not nice people!

Arzel B.

Yelp
Touristy. Cajun dancing is an option and a form of entertainment. I had a seafood pasta and it was good.

Genevieve F.

Yelp
Overall I was pleased. I ordered too much food & I felt like the seaweed salad was a bit old. But the soup was good as was the sushi

Paul W.

Yelp
Went here for dinner last night. The Nigiri sushi was some of the best I have had all-time -- including lots of premier places in the Bay Area and Los Angeles! I recommend sticking to the Nigiri as it was the best food we ate last night. The rolls were a bit underwhelming. I tried their recommended speciality roll which was beautiful and generously portioned, but I just didn't care for it. Sorry, but I don't remember which one it was. We ordered several regular rolls which were small and underwhelming. Nothing special here. The shrimp tempura appetizer was OK. My friend did not enjoy the CA-style dipping sauce that came with it. I did not care for the fried soft-shell crab appetizer at all. They need to improve on their Sake selection! Only three types were available, and tried their best and it was just OK. The service was phenomenal. Of the hundreds of sushi places I have been to over the years, this place was the fastest by far! To sum up, avoid the regular rolls and some appetizers. Stick to the Nigiri and Specialty rolls and you should have an exceptional experience here. The prices were pretty good as well. Recommended.

Yelp
I've been here multiple times. The service is always great. Everyone is kind and helpful. The food and freshness of the fishes are top notch. For a small restaurant, they tend to get pretty busy since the food is always good. I would always expect to wait a bit . At the end, they also give out complimentary Japanese chocolate that is declined and indescribable.

Catherine F.

Yelp
The food here is good, but they denied my mom and I to eat here with my baby in his doona stroller because it's a "fire hazard". We were sitting in the corner.. not in anyone's way & he was asleep. Only one of the lady's in the restaurant was not letting us to keep him in his doona stroller.. we have eaten there before with him in his stroller when she wasn't there. They wanted us to put the doona on top of a wobbly high chair?? Like that's more "fire safe" - makes no sense. I guess they don't allow people in wheelchairs? Which is illegal under ADA. Pretty sure they just don't like kids

Yelp
Love the sushi. The fish is always fresh and I have never had a bad roll. The chocolates that they make melt in your mouth and are to die for. Only thing that stinks is the restaurant is small so sometimes it's hard to get a table but it makes it unique. Love Kanno and it's my go to sushi spot

Rebecca F.

Yelp
I had been looking forward to going here after the temporary closure of my favorite Metairie sushi bar. The reviews for Kanno looked pretty good, and there were a lot of great comments on social media so I was excited. I'm so underwhelmed. Possibly it's because it was a takeout order, so I'll have to try again to eat in, but everything I had was just "meh." I placed my order over the phone as that's the only option, and even though it was just sashimi dinner and an Elvis roll, it took 40 minutes (but it was a Saturday night). The restaurant is super small, there's only 2 parking spots in the front and a handful in the back, and not many seats. There's no place to stand while you're waiting for a takeout order except for sandwiched next to tables and I felt so awkward that my butt was literally in people's faces. The person assumed a whole order instead of a half for the Elvis roll and didn't ask, so it was about $10 more than I thought, and cashier/waitress refused to take my Apple credit card even after I showed her I could give her the digits for manual entry. She said they have had problems with the card and don't take it. It's just a Mastercard, though, and I've never had a single place tell me they couldn't use it. Fortunately I had another card with me or I would have had to go all the way home. The Elvis rolls were highly reviewed by other patrons and I was excited about the crab but the paper wrapper combined with the massive amounts of sauce were off putting. It was just a mushy mess. The sashimi was fresh enough but many pieces still had remnants of waxy white and gray fish skin stuck to the bottom. The pieces were presented with onions, ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce. It came with a soup and salad but the salad was just lettuce, tomato, carrots, and a ginger vinaigrette. The soup was clear but just had a few pieces (4) of tofu and a few (3) pieces of seaweed. I think my total check was somewhere around $65 and it just did not seem worth it. I didn't eat most of it. Again, I'll try in person, but I order takeout sushi all the time and I usually am mostly or perfectly happy with what I get. I ended up being so hungry that I added seeds and cheese to my salad and made it a meal over eating the rest of my sashimi or rolls. All things considered I hate to give 3 stars but it's based on the overall experience, the parking, the atmosphere, the cost, the Apple Card issue, and the food just not being what I'm used to at other Metairie sushi restaurants. I'll try again in person but I sadly don't have high hopes based on what I saw the other night.

Mathew I.

Yelp
Elvis is the King of Rolls! The staff is always so wonderful, even remaking my Kush Roll when I forget to ask for no rice. Great quiet place for a date or even a business meal at the bar. No frills, all function.

Ranielle E.

Yelp
I had no idea this gem was tucked away in Fat City. We got the sashimi appetizer to test out the quality of the fish, which was excellent. We got the W spicy tuna roll, tiki roll, and the energy roll. They were fairly good about subbing crab meat for imitation since my boyfriend and I are both allergic to shellfish. Our favorite was the W spicy tuna roll, the flavors were delicious and the texture of the apple and crunchy bits made it incredibly enjoyable. Compared the the W, the other 2 rolls we got were a bit lackluster. Flavors were good but I found myself craving more texture since everything in the rolls was soft. I think a little asparagus or some other veg added into the rolls could easily fix this. Overall, I would def recommend this place! Staff was friendly and the frozen chocolates they give you with the check are a yummy and memorable touch.

Christina N.

Yelp
Best quality sushi in Metairie. Makes all the other places seem like a sham. Their fish quality is top notch! Recommendations: Sashimi appetizer, Ryan Roll, Sunflower Roll, Filet Roll, 911 Tuna. Any of the specialty rolls - can't go wrong! Enjoy!

Cassie M.

Yelp
Really fresh and delicious. One of my new fav sushi places in Metairie. Tons of rice free options, too! My hubby also loved the chocolates!

Jeremy L.

Yelp
Top sushi I've had in Louisiana area besides Nagomi. I can honestly say that this place knows their stuff From the creative rolls to the baked yellowtail neck. Don't forget to make reservations a week in ahead, the little chocolates at the end are also to die for

Abi B.

Yelp
Amazing sushi! Adorable servers! Definitely family friendly! The little dessert that they give at the end is delicious and a nice touch!

E F.

Yelp
So this is a tiny place with an over the top sushi menu! The sushi is everything you could want when you crave sushi! Fresh well put together, and the toppings and fresh wasabi, dips etc are a world apart from most! Warming - you will overeat!! It is like sushi comfort food - some of the best tuna ever and some crazy good protein rolls - the. These incredible cold chocolate melts end you already perfect evening. It is different that the more exclusive sushi restaurants nearby but when in the mood for good "comfort sushi" sake (not as large a selection) and the most friendly faces around - this is your place

Clint W.

Yelp
Small place with big tastes. Greeted by multiple people when we came in. Also noticed them greeting others coming in and you could tell this place had a following watching the amount of return customers that the staff knew by name. I've been to most sushi places in metro area and this is just my first visit here, but as a huge sushi fan, these rolls were impressive. Portions were big and many with just a huge piece of tasty fish right on top each piece. I look forward to visiting again and trying other things. We had three rolls; MoMo, Ryan, and I think the Sunflower. All were excellent, well portioned and extremely tasty. We really enjoyed our first visit and look forward to the next visit.

Yelp
So I have heard raving reviews about this place from many food bloggers. Until I started to hear about it, I had no idea it was right behind the five guys on Severn. When I got there, i pulled into the back parking lot and then went inside. I did not realize it was so small! I got there at 5:30 just after they had opened for dinner. I did not realize you had to make a reservation but the kind man working said we could dine in if we would be done by 6:15. My friend and I decided to stay. To start, I ordered a house salad. I do this at every sushi restaurant I eat at just to see what it's like. I did not like how they used spinach and the dressing was very watery, but I can't expect much with a $2.50 salad. On to the sushi, I order a protein roll and an energy roll. The two rolls most recommended to me. I loved both of them. They both didn't have rice which I liked. They were large pieces and plated really nicely. Since I guess they were in a rush to have us finish, the sushi came out within 5 minutes of us ordering. So they work fast! After you eat and pay, they give you these cold chocolate fudge kind of things. I don't know what they were because we didn't get a description but they were really good! Overall, this hole in the wall sushi place was quite good but not better than other small sushi restaurants I've tried. I will probably come here again and order other rolls and make a reservation next time!

Joy L.

Yelp
Reservations only restaurant took me a little aback. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and delicious food. Fish for the sushi was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Elvis rolls, Kanno special rolls, and protein rolls. My sons enjoyed the chicken teriyaki dinner, which was a little sweet and slight spice taste that was different. Ended meal with complimentary chocolate ice cream cubes rolling in cocoa powder. Small and hidden gem in Fat City Metairie area. Parking is small lot in back or street.

Chandler D.

Yelp
One of my top 5 sushi restaurants in the New Orleans area. The sushi is always fresh and the people are always so kind and helpful with recommendations. Be sure to make reservations! Pictured is the Kanno Roll: Broiled salmon, snow crab, smelt roe, avocado, wrapped in soy bean paper. Don't sleep on their complimentary chocolate fudge that they give at the end of your meal... so sweet and delicious.

Lucy G.

Yelp
The sushi here slaps, but what slaps more is their service. A+ all around! I came here for lunch with a friend Saturday and was absolutely blown away with the food. The place is a very small house in the Metairie area, they have parking behind but it is very minimal. I definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. We were lucky enough to snag the last spot available, but the place was packed the entire time we were there. Now on to the food. For appetizers, I ordered the A5 wagyu sushi. The meat was so tender and the sauce had an amazing sweet savory tang that complimented the dish perfectly. For entrees I got the Kanno Special. It was super filling for me. Highly recommend. At the very end our server gave us complimentary homemade chocolate, abs it was so so good. I would come back just for the chocolate. Overall, great place, great sushi, great service,

Robert V.

Yelp
I would say this is some of the best sushi in the New Orleans metro area. You do need to make reservations but it's definitely worth it the fish is so fresh and they even have a Wagyu beef sushi that's amazing!

Hikman K.

Yelp
I think that's the best sushi in New Orleans. Every item in the menu is excellent. Is no atmosphere. You go there for food only. Service excellent and very clean.

Sophia T.

Yelp
I've been here many times throughout the years, even as far back as when they were at their tiny old location. Although their new location is bigger, parking is still a bit of a struggle. Do not park at the bank! I don't tend to eat rolls, but I LOVE the rolls at Kanno. They're light, but still filling. And there are sooo many options, you really cannot go wrong. There's also a "secret menu." But just ask and they'll give you a sheet with them. I recently tried their omakase. It is very different from the omakase you would try at Shogun (which mainly consists of nigiri). At Kanno, you get to try a little bit of everything. It is definitely chef's choice (see photos). For two people w/ alcohol and leaving extremely satisfied, we paid $90 before tax. YRMV.

Kelly C.

Yelp
Reasonably priced, decent taste, and super quick, efficient service! Smaller space so make reservations on weekends. Free house-made chocolates for dessert too.

Paul U.

Yelp
Best sushi in the city. Staff is great. A perfect spot for lunch. You can be in and out in 20 mins. Nice and casual.

Kelsey N.

Yelp
Quick service and fresh sushi!! Decently priced as well! Would definitely recommend!!!

Gina B.

Yelp
Food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious! Small family owned restaurant with homemade chocolates as a complementary dessert. Service is great too. It's hands down the best sushi!

Shannon S.

Yelp
This is one of the BEST sushi restaurants currently in the area. There were some others that came close but they seem to have dropped in quality while Kanno has consistently been excellent. When I first heard about this place many years ago I was extremely skeptical as it used to be in a bit of a shady strip mall in Fat City and it didn't look that good outside or inside but once I tasted the food none of that mattered and now they have been in a very upgraded location for several years and just keep getting better. They have a fantastic selection of so many unique and creative rolls that are fantastically delicious along with an amazing soft shell crab spicy miso soup! Elvis and his wife are the owners and work the sushi bar (and maybe you would guess there is a lot of Elvis artwork). They have reserved seating for their VIP customers that eat there like twice a day as it is that GOOD!!! You have to earn your spot in the reserved section so don't even try to sit in that area. Everything I've had here has been outstanding and if you're really good they give you a tasty little frozen chocolate treat for dessert. There hours have been more limited during the pandemic situation and during normal times they usually take a long holiday back to Japan once a year so you might want to call to make sure they are open and what the current hours are but they usually are and it is definitely worth a visit multiple times a week!!! This is a smaller restaurant and with the pandemic lower capacity requirements you need to make a reservation to dine inside the restaurant. My video review of Kanno is here: https://youtu.be/1DgujQdCWDU

Mark L.

Yelp
The sushi here was great! Very fresh and bid portions. We also loved the complementary chocolate dessert they gave us. The soft shell crab miso is like a Japanese spicy gumbo. Awesome idea.

Immanuel L.

Yelp
I love the service and how cute this place is, but I just didn't like how much rice there is on each roll. I would try them again, it just felt very heavy. On the other hand though their appetizers were amazing. It all depends who you go and how well diverted they are with their rolls and dishes. They served pretty fast and during Covid they had all the necessary adjustments like capacity. Spacing and mask.

Jeremy W.

Yelp
Great service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. And impressively swift. The location is small, with limited parking, and I recommend making a reservation. With that said, we enjoyed our experience very much and will return. I recommend the Tiki Roll.

Sarah L.

Yelp
Best sushi in the New Orleans metro! I have heard of this place through eater and through friends. You might miss finding the restaurant as they don't have a large sign - maybe only the name on the sign of their small, unassuming building? Their lot is small and a little tight, but thankfully we took a smaller sedan. Get reservations before you go - we did not, but they were kind enough to seat us! Our server was knowledgeable of their menu and was very accommodating considering we didn't make a reservation. We started off with miso soup and their sashimi platter. The miso soup did not seem watered down and was flavorful. Their sashimi platter is a great way to start as well - they give a ponzu sauce to dip the sashimi in and the fish was fresh and melted in the mouth like butter. You can tell how good this place is based off of their wasabi - it's extremely fresh and a little chunky and not like the green toothpaste stuff you get at lower end sushi places or with your grocery market sushi. As I told my boyfriend about the wasabi - this is the good sh!t ;-) I got the spicy rainbow roll and my boyfriend got the spicy tuna roll. We exchanged a few pieces and agreed both rolls were great! Their rice was also super fresh on the rolls and soft (not hard like cheap sushi) and the rolls included that awesome fresh wasabi. At the end of our meal they gave us a little sampler of this chocolate jelly/jello thing that I have seen on the Japanese dessert YouTube channels I follow - a great surprise to end our meal. We will definitely come back. They had wagyu appetizers we'd love to try and they also do carry-out! We believe their prices match their quality and service. This sushi spot is comparable to nicer/high-end sushi spots we have tried in Atlanta!

Lauren V.

Yelp
Love this sushi place! Best quality for sashimi. Get the deluxe sashimi - it has swordfish, blue crab, sweet shrimp, 3 different tunas, salmon, white fish... it's like no other sashimi platter around! People enjoy the fried lobster roll but I think the sushi is OK.. it's the sashimi and the handrollls (king crab and crawfish!)

Yelp
Kanno has consistently put out some of the best sushi in Metairie for decades. The specials are great. Don't expect to get full as the portions are tiny.
