The bartender was amazing and accommodated us in the bar. Birria Tacos were delicious! He made me a Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita that I loved. The queso has chorizo 🔥 and guacamole was really good! I definitely will be back.

KC Taco Company has easily become my favorite taco spot in the city. The moment I walk in, the staff always greets me with a smile—my waitress even knows to bring me my Sprite and probably some suadero tacos before I even ask. The food is consistently amazing, but what keeps me coming back just as much is the atmosphere. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, not just to me but to every person who walks through the door. It truly feels like a place that values its customers. I’m genuinely happy to support a locally owned business that puts so much care into great food and great service. Highly recommend!

This restaurant cane recommended from friend. KC Taco is a can’t miss stop if you are in KC. Simple overview. Stopped in the early afternoon. It was quiet in the restaurant but I was quickly greeted and sat in the bar area. My server was friendly and recommended several options. I went with the Birria tacos and Street corn. The birria tacos were superb. The meat was so tender and there wasn’t any of those mystery gristle nuggets of fat that are often found in the meat. The shell was perfectly crisp and the consommé for dipping was good enough to drink. The street corn was also excellent. Perfect balance of each topping and was delivered at the right temperature. Extra napkins required!! I’ll stop here again when traveling through KC. It’s a few notches above the typical taco place and the pricing is very reasonable.

I celebrated my dear friend's birthday and a bon voyage trip for her family. I ordered the Nacho Chinga Chicken. She ordered the Taco Beef Birria. My dish was delicious! To be candid, I've never had nachos this good. Yum!!! Leigh, our hostess was so pleasant, informative and continued to check on us. Her recommendations we're on point! I appreciate the outdoor seating on a unusually warm day! Overall, the service was Fabulous!

This place was bomb. I tried the Baja fish taco and the sweet chili shrimp taco. Both were very tasty and the portion was generous. Everything on the menu looked good. They have a full bar that you can sit at as well as tables. Definitely give this spot a try if you're in the area.

I was not ready for this amazing experience! The food was amazing! I simply shared this with my friends on other social media platforms and just saying a stupid star 🌟(bc it's now 100 out of Google's 5) doesn't do justice. The staff is top-notch at knowing their stuff, but at the same time, I didn't feel suffocated with constant questions. Our hostess was on point. Also... where can I get merch? I stand behind wearing what you love because I love it too. And I stand behind this company.

Got the cowboy junkie.... it was really good. The smoked egg rolls were good. The watermelon lemonade spritz mocktail was not very good. The spicy pintos are really really good. I'd suggest getting an extra side of them.

The rustic atmosphere adds a lot of personality to the restaurant. It is spacious, lots of lights, plenty of room to move around, and very inviting. It is easy to find, offers sufficient street parking, but can be a busy area on weekends. The food is very good. The margaritas are very tasty. Great staff, very helpful, knowledgeable, and providing great service. We share a variety of dips that were excellent. The chips could have been a bit fresher. No big deal at all. I ordered two tacos that were very well seasoned, excellent food temperature. The Wild Bahia Fish and the Suadero Taco. Both were excellent. The beans and rice was also very good.
