"Kaos is run by three young partners, all of whom trained in leading restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca, Disfrutar, and Enigma. As you descend the stairs, you come to a pleasant bar crowned by an open-brick vaulted ceiling and, to one side, a modern dining room furnished in contemporary style. The à la carte takes its inspiration from what is available in the market, is reasonably varied and up-to-date in feel, and is always complemented by daily suggestions featuring local, seasonal ingredients (the famous Palamós red prawn, for example, is served as a carpaccio, cooked, or in croquettes). The rice dishes here are all prepared individually." - Michelin Inspector

We had a truly spectacular lunch at Kaos today. Each course was delicious and served with warmth and a lovely smile by Meme. It was the best meal we have had in Spain. The burrata with pickled pumpkin, duck ham and toasted pumpkin seeds was outstanding. The polpo was maybe the best I have eaten. The oysters were huge and delicious. And I had the best wine I can remember. We will come back to Palomos for this restaurant alone!

This restaurant is a must for visiting Palamós. The waiting staff are friendly. The food is fresh and the combination of ingredients makes so much sense. It was our first time having Palamós red prawns and there are a variety of dishes that you can select from which all tastes amazing. The sweetest prawns that we have had before. The (Basque) cheesecake made with sheep cheese and blue cheese is to die for which we must ask you to order. No other cheesecake’s taste or texture can compare to it. I have been thinking about it for a couple days now and kicking myself for not getting a second piece.

We found this place on a food blog and we loved it! The service was great! The wine selection was spot on, and the food was remarkable! Special mention to the ‘Colombia’ dessert that the sommelier recommended to us! Can’t wait to be back at this place!

Every time I go to Kaos I have an amazing gastronomic experience. The dishes are elaborated with high quality ingredients, creative and super tasty. The staff is also super kind and attentive to the details. Can’t recommend Kaos enough, keep it up and I look forward to visiting Kaos again.

We loved the food. Took the famously expensive Gamberi Extra Palamos and some great fish plates. Nice orange wine as well. Really nice service but we were served first plate prior to water and wine so we give a 4 stars for this. The atmosphere is ok but place's aesthetics not so chic. Could improve design and lighting a bit. So, all in all top quality but can improve some details.

Kaos is a gem of a restaurant in Palamos. We tried it first in early July and couldn’t wait to go back. The food is delicious, and a modern take on traditional Spanish cuisine, the spiralised Bravas, the Iberian pork croquettes, the Zucchini flowers, Red Palamos prawn rice, too many to mention. Cristina and the staff are attentive, and friendly and recognised us each time we dined there. The restaurant is stylish but relaxing, and we have recommended it to friends, we can’t wait to return.

Gosh I wish I had discovered this place sooner. Absolutely loved it. I was visiting Palamos off season so all restaurants if I came around 21.30 would say “we close soon”. Not this place. They said welcome straight away. Absolutely loved the burrata, tuna dish and all desert. It was all amazing. Highly recommended!
