This beach is absolutely gorgeous we came very early 10 am as the parking gets very crowded. We got a parking spot so we could leave without any problems as lots of cars go by this place. Parking is free! The cost to get in is 35 liras which to me is reasonable compared to other places that over charge for no reason. It is a very small beach but it’s the second week of October so it’s not too crowed. There is not a lot of shade so we do recommend you get an umbrella and chairs those were 150 liras. Overall I really enjoyed my day here I swam all day, brought some fruit and snacks. The only thing I wish people would do is just clean up after yourselves garbage and cigarettes, there are always others coming if we can keep Mother Nature creation clean we can all enjoy this rare beauty!

**Kaputaş Beach** is one of Turkey's most beautiful beaches, located between Kaş and Kalkan on the Mediterranean coast. Renowned for its turquoise waters and golden sands, the beach is nestled at the base of a steep canyon, accessible by descending a set of approximately 200 steps. This untouched and serene location is surrounded by cliffs, creating a picturesque setting. The beach is public, with facilities like sun loungers, umbrellas, and a small café offering refreshments. The crystal-clear waters make it ideal for swimming and snorkeling. While parking can be limited during peak season, Kaputaş Beach remains a must-visit for its natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere, making it a highlight of the Turkish Riviera.

Definitely one of the best beach I’ve ever visited (if not the best). The view is breathtaking, the water is translucent and there are some shops there to get food, drinks or ice cream. A MUST DO PLACE. Now the cons : it’s all the time crowded, the parking spots are limited so you will most probably end up parking on the side of the road and you’ll need to walk around 10 min to get to the beach. It quite dangerous as you’re walking on the side of the road even tho there is always a police car around.

Kaputaş Beach is very beautiful, and the color of the sea is stunning. It’s a bit crowded, likely because it’s so unique. The only downside is the many stairs you have to descend to reach it. I was a bit worried because my wife is pregnant, but everything went smoothly. You can’t reach it on foot; I saw special tourist buses that bring people there, or you can get there by car.

Very scenic beach. Get there early to get a spot. Later in the day it gets very crowded. Bring an umbrella or rent one for 200 because there is no shade and it can get very hot in the sun.

This place is quite beautiful. However because of its reputation there are lots of people on the beach and parking and driving around the access is a bit nutty. We arrived before 8 and got one of the last regular spots near the top and our pick of spots on the beach. Within an hour it was quite full. Beach chair and umbrella each cost 150 Líra. The beach to the left is all small pebbles and to the right a mix of stone and rocks. We snorkeled and that seemed much better to the right end of beach.

Very pretty beach that seems to be the spot in Kas. We arrived at 7:30am and got the last of the closer car spots but people park all along the road. The beach is always busy but the water is beautiful, worth the dip if you can.

The water here is truly spectacular and picturesque, though be aware of a significant drop off at the water’s edge, which can create strong shorebreaks during high swell—this might not be ideal for children but is generally fine for confident swimmers. The currents can also be strong. Shade is minimal without renting sun lounges, especially just before the season opens, but this also means the beach isn't overcrowded with lounges. Parking is manageable; it can get busy, so keep a close eye on little ones. There’s an additional car park further down if the closest one is full. Arriving early gives you the best parking and lounging options. However, a major downside is the lack of respect some smokers show for this beautiful environment, treating the beach like an ashtray. If you must smoke, please take your cigarette butts with you. My child, and surely many others, do not need to be exposed to such trash. I personally had to tell people to pick up their discarded butts and dispose of them properly when leaving. Let’s keep the beach clean and enjoyable for everyone. Respect nature and the sea life!
