Very disappointed by delivery service and food. Ordered 2 quarter Broasts at 1:10 pm today and as per website the food should be delivered at 1:55 pm but it was delivered around 2:30 pm. Furthermore, in other instructions and on call it was mentioned to add extra sachet of ketchup but they did not have a courtesy to add it only 1 sachet of ketchup as usual. Broast were black and overcooked, fries was not good at all, felt like fried again in overly used oil. I would never prefer to Karachi Foods from now onwards.

I've visited there alots of time wd frnds & family but unfortunately giving a late but detailed review of entire experience so I've tried their alots of item chicken biryani was also gd in quantity or quality according to price, their single chicken boneless handi I've tried many times acha option h v.gd for a single person even 2 se 3 bnde kha skte easily quality & quantity both r perfect in v. Reasonable price, their zinger burger is also gd in taste, also i love their chicken haleem specially uff what a gr8 taste wd naan or spices in a very affordable price perfect for a single person a single plate quality & quantity both perfect, & their chicken Manchurian is also zbr10 in a reasonable price wd gd quality & quantity, their beef qorma is also perfect in taste in a gd price, & their hot n sour soup is gd & also I've tried lab e shereen in desert or fish n chips which I've don't like tbh it's not upto the mark... Need to be improved otherwise everything is ok, also their ambiance is gd neat & clean but lil bit conjusted i thought or their service is also gd they're maintain hygiene properly...in the end keep it up 👍 they're doing well...🙃

It was a good experience, we went for lunch, food was well served, and the quantity was good. Their Makhni handi and qorma was really delicious and full of flavor. We will definitely visit again.

Manager is Liar I ordered chicken chow mein and broast , chow mein is very unfresh with smelly chicken so I told manager to change this so he give me again this chow mein and says this was new but I refused and quantity of broast is very less price is too high without 15% tax so one quarter broast amount is around 900 rupees

Food was Good But the service and Vary poor customer dealing. Waiter don’t have any training to deal with customers, after 4 to 5 complained they switched on only one AC on entire floor. All the kids are sweeting and they ask ON TO KIYA hai. So saad and vary disappointed. Its batter to take away, i don’t recommend dining

A Flavorful Experience at Karachi Foods! As a Lahoreite who firmly believes that the food in Karachi is more delicious than in Lahore, my recent visit to "Karachi Foods" on Shahrah-e-Faisal only reinforced this belief. That evening, I ordered Beef Behari Kabab with Puri Paratha, followed by the dessert Lab-e-Shirin. The Beef Behari Kabab was smooth like silk and bursting with flavor. Their signature chutney, apparently made with onions, tomatoes, and red chili flakes, took the experience to the next level—it was simply outstanding. The ambiance is what you'd expect from a typical mid-range restaurant, nothing fancy but comfortable. One nice touch was the feedback board at the entrance, where customers can share their thoughts. I wrote, "Loved the Food," and I meant every word. Karachi Foods continues to be my go-to spot whenever I'm in the city. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Karachi flavors.

Unfortunately not having good experience......food taste is good but quality and quantity is a question mark? Just served cold Fries, on complaining changed but served again cold....when argued Manager said that we serve cold like this always..... questioned him if you have served fresh then must be hot so does it mean that you are serving stale?? Reply was again same that we serve like this..... ordered Chinese with rice a day ago ....the quantity was so less...on complaining, no action.,....ordered tea and it was served half cup .... On complaining no action but lame excuses only.....very pathetic
