"The excellent mocktail menu at Karachi Cuisine is the first indicator that the Norbury restaurant is somewhere to come for a good time. The second is the suited server who won’t bat an eyelid when you go for an electric blue drink. The spacious dining room, with purple overhead lighting and bright red booths, is primed for locals celebrating any and every special occasion over a round of paani poori. Although Karachi Cuisine serves dishes found all over Pakistan and North India, its namesake city, Karachi, has a big influence on the menu. Bun kebab is a must-order— the patty, sandwiched with omelette and salad in a bun, is super soft and spiced. Get maghaz karahi to scoop with kulcha naan too—the tender lamb brain is fried beautifully with ginger and chilli. The good here is upto the mark. The good here is good and very reasonable. Highly recommended to locals for dine in and small gatherings / parties. The place holds significant value for budget friendly foodies. Not a lavish place or if you didn't eat here you are probably not missing too much this city has to offer. :)

For the first time I dined at Karachi Foods (Shahra-e-Faisal). We ordered Beef haleem, Singaporean Rice, and Russian Salad Singaporean Rice: Their version used to be so good, but now it's no longer the same. Quantity and quality 😑. Russian Salad: This was the only nice thing. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and I was having it more than the rice. The staff is cooperative and the place is spacious, but the food 😒.

At first the deales displayed at delivery counter are obsolete and currently not available in the menu. The cashier will inform about non availability of displayed deals. This thing is very confusing and disappointing and created a confusion in the minds of customers. The managemnt of Karachi foods should notice and remove this confusion. No proper waiting area is available for takeaway customers.

Worst restaurant experience ever! The staff were rude, lazy, and busy chatting while customers kept complaining. We waited 30 minutes to be told our order was “finished,” then another hour for the new one even after several reminders and complaints to the manager, who was just as careless. When we finally shouted out of frustration, they laughed among themselves and brought the food, but we felt so disrespected that we didn’t take a single bite and left. I’m adding the picture of the server (Avoid any tables under his supervision!) This place only survives because of its location, not because of its service. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED! 👎

Good food. My husband had Beef Korma and I had Beef Nihari. The meat was tender. Fresh Naan was served, warm and crispy. For dessert we ordered Zarda; which reminded my husband of his childhood. The restaurant was very clean and the service was fast.

A big NOOO to Karachi foods again. Biryani not worth 50 rupees even. The service, you can have a good half hour nap before something comes to you. A pathetic service with pathetic food quality. I normally don't write reviews but was compelled by the behaviour and taste.

Visited Karachi food several times, but today experience is pathetic. The chicken of Alfredo pasta is rotten and smelly can't even take a bite. The staff is not corperative and didn't accept that chicken is not edible at all.
