Karadeniz Döner Asım Usta

I’ve been eating döner for about 11 years, and this is the only place where the quality has never changed. Asım Usta’s Karadeniz Döner in Beşiktaş is not just a döner shop, it’s one of the few places that truly reflects the spirit of Beşiktaş. The döner here is always juicy, perfectly seasoned, and worth every bite. Even if there’s a long queue, people wait patiently, because they know it will be worth it.

We came here because of all the reviews. The menu is simple: choose between 100 or 150 grams of meat with either a wrap, rice, or bread. The meat was fresh and juicy. The restaurant is super small, so they direct you to another restaurant to sit for dine-in. It was a bit confusing at first, but they helped us settle and find a table. The service was good. Make sure to get the extra plate of tomatoes, pickles, and onions. I dont know if the locals will get that with their food or they request as well. I saw that on other people's review so that's how we ask and order. They also have a separate dish of just onions and cilantro. If you're an onion lover, I 100% recommend getting that. Meat is always better with onions!

Not as expected. The meat wasn't delicious. Need to have more salt in their meat. I think it is not worth giving 320 Liras to that doner kebab.

The food was good The place was very hot It’s basically one small shop and they have another place to let you settle in. Hospitality not that much 🙃 Prices as in the pic

I’ve been here before but didn’t leave a review since I hadn’t taken a photo, so I’m sharing it this time. The döner at this place is undoubtedly top-notch. I ordered the 1.5 portion of döner, with rice and roasted vegetables, and everything was excellent. The pieces of döner mixed into the roasted vegetables added an extra layer of flavor. Service was great as well. I definitely recommend it!

They just do one thing but very well. You can have it in three types of bread and with a few grilled veggies if you want. You should be able to sit at the bar to the left as they seem to work together. The meat is awesome and the guys who run it are really friendly. We talked to a local in the queue and he commended us on our choice. We went back and had the smaller ones in fresh round pitta rolls. They were even better but are a smaller meal, Why not have two? And have Ayran yoghurt drink too. We made friends with Mehmet Usta who took really good care of us. I can't recommend it highly enough. You'll be happy you went.

Wow this place serves absolutely amazing meat döner. We got there early around 11:30am and the place was already full and the meat skewer was super huge. We tried the döner as a sandwich with tomatoes and also as a plate served with bread, tomatoes and peppers on the side. The meat was super juicy and tasty, the sandwich didn't have any sauce but the meat juices was more than enough to make it tender. Will definitely have to visit again.
