Karadeniz Döner Asım Usta

Fantastic place to have amazing döner, either in a wrap, bread or as a portion with rice. The döner was fantastic, very tasty, very well made and not overpowered by spices at all. The portion sizes are 100, 150, 200 g, and you don't wanna get the 100, it wasn't enough as it is that good. The place has seats in 2nd and 3rd floor, not huge areas but manageable as we noticed people come, enjoy the food, and leave. We were given a side of pickles but they were super sour and not very fresh unfortunately. The service was fast, staff were very friendly and the food was superb.

Average taste and definitely not worth the wait or the high price. I ordered 150 grams of meat and the total was 600 TL, which is about USD xxx. The taste wasn’t special at all and nothing that would make you want to come back again. In my opinion, the price is too expensive for a standard döner and it’s simply not worth it

In my opinion, Karadeniz Döner by Asım Usta is one of the best places to eat Döner. The prices are a little bit high, but in return you get quality food and taste. The restaurant has a very limited seating.

Went to see the giant beef kebab, food was good, service excellent and has lots of settings next door. We went in the morning to avoid rush hour and had no wait.

I’ve been eating döner for about 11 years, and this is the only place where the quality has never changed. Asım Usta’s Karadeniz Döner in Beşiktaş is not just a döner shop, it’s one of the few places that truly reflects the spirit of Beşiktaş. The döner here is always juicy, perfectly seasoned, and worth every bite. Even if there’s a long queue, people wait patiently, because they know it will be worth it.

This place is so good. There are some comments from others about "bad" service but it's kind of like getting served at any busy deli in a large city in the US. Just have an idea of what you'd like and vocalize. This was the best döner I had in Istanbul - recommend drinking the Ayran with the doner. Take cash. Apparently there can be a long wait, but I went for lunch on a Wednesday and I didn't have to wait.

I had the iskender kabob, kabob wrap and French fries. Iskender kabob was very delicious. Wrap was a little dry but good.
