I used to love this place, but the quality simply isn't what it used to be, and I would guess the restaurant got sold.
A lot of the dishes now taste more of an Indian-type spice base instead of Chinese, and the same care in the food simply isn't there.
For the price point, I expect fully authentic food. If this place will be cutting corners, then surely they should lower their prices too.
Noodles are still hand-pulled, but don't taste anywhere near as good as they used to, the dumplings are very poorly put together, with large clumps of dough at the top, and whilst the pancakes were okay, this is more of a commercial dish so my standards are lower.
Serious improvement needed.
