This was the first time I’ve tried Burmese cuisine and I was totally in love! I highly recommend ordering the tea leaf salad for its crunchy texture and delicious flavor! The paratha was delicious to start the meal before diving into some noodles. We tried the street noodles and the summer noodle salad and the whole party loved these dishes for their freshness and unique sauce flavors. I don’t think you could go wrong with any dishes at this restaurant. On top of the delicious food, the service was amazing. Our server was attentive and sweet, and she gave us the best recommendations. Next time I come back to SF I will be coming here for sure!

I am absolutely astonished at how good this meal was. I am almost in disbelief that a place this delicious is located so conveniently near me. Every single item that my partner and I ordered blew our minds. We were getting blessed with the best possible combination of foods bite after bite after bite. The paratha with coconut curry dip paired the crispiest, most buttery paratha and the creamiest, insanely savory curry. It was mind blowing how flavorful the curry was. It was comforting how warm and welcoming each bite of the paratha was. The tea leaf salad was so refreshing. It was maybe the best salad I’ve ever had in my life? Fried garlic, tea leaves, roasted peanuts, elements of citrus, and more made for an exciting experience. I feel like I am a better person now for just knowing this tea leaf salad simply exists. Our final item was the pork curry and dude, the meat was PERFECT. The pork was just falling apart into perfect sized chunks of happiness while simmering in the sauce. We had it over coconut rice, and the combination of the delectable curry over some sweet rice made my tongue roll into my eyeballs and fall over onto the ground in delight. Pretty much what I’m telling you is that you should try this restaurant. And tell your friends. And make them tell your friends. Because it’s incredible and the best meal I’ve had in the Marina.

What a tasty Burmese addition to the Marina! Tried some tasty curries (chicken, pumpkin shrimp) and soup. Great sauces and seasonings. Highlight is definitely the staff, extremely friendly and approachable with great recs across 2x visits. Great space as well with room for small and large parties. Small but mighty mix of solid beers (westphalia red, hazy). Pretty large portions which turned into a lunch the next day both visits. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

We walked by this place and decided to try it. The food was good but I have had better burmese in the city. The Royal tea leaf salad was my favourite!

First time here and really loved it! The service was sweet and attentive, and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced - especially for the area. We had the regular tea leaf salad and street noodles, and they were both great. Will for sure be back!

Got the green tea leaf salad and the chicken satay (not pictured). BEST Burmese salad to date and that chicken was incredible and impeccably cooked and prepared. All in all amazing. I’m only in SF for a couple days but will probably come here again - it was THAT good.

I’m a competing chef, although not in the same genre of food. Everything was perfectly cooked, the samosas crispy, seasoned perfectly, and the sauce not anywhere near too spicy. The Jungle Pork is tender and spiced just right to get the subtle nuances if all the spices. The slaw side is lightly citrusy, crunchy, and pits perfectly with the pickled mango (watch for the seed!), and a cold Myanmar Lager. They have earned my repeat business! It’s a quiet little gem that is sadly unrecognized by the construction going on it’s location, but WELL worth the minimal effort needed to get there!

Interesting flavors, well prepared, but the tastes just weren't terribly exciting for me, and the less than ideal ambiance and slow service that I experienced make me not want to come back.
